Villa con capacidad para 8 personas en 4 habitaciones dobles: en cada nivel, 2 habitaciones, una con cama de matrimonio y la otra con dos camas individuales. Cuenta con una sala de estar, comedor y una amplia cocina de Estados Unidos, 1 baño, 1 aseo con ducha y un aseo separado.
Afuera: la casa tiene una piscina y 3 terrazas alrededor de la villa (para disfrutar del sol en cualquier momento del día). Hay tumbonas y muebles de jardín para aprovechar al máximo la luz del sol desde la mañana hasta la noche. Por la noche, la piscina se puede iluminar y dar un ambiente maravilloso. Uno puede ver las puestas de sol, a menudo espectaculares, detrás de las montañas.
La ubicación es realmente hermosa. La casa es un punto de partida ideal para andar en bicicleta de montaña. Las estaciones de esquí están a 90 minutos en coche.
Garaje: hay lavadora, plancha y tabla de planchar.

We had a wonderful time at Villa Jasmin in Fitou. I stayed with my husband and two teenage sons and my sister, her husband and her two teenage daughters. There was plenty of space for all eight of us with one family using the downstairs bath and beds and the other using those on the first floor. We travelled from Cork, Ireland to Carcassone, about one hour driving time to the villa. The directions and check-in were perfect, and we found everything as had been outlined in the information sent by Nathalie ahead of our stay. Fitou is a quiet charming village with many wine caves and a few restaurants. We had everything we needed, the pool was a big hit - although the cover is difficult to manage even with instructions! We were lucky that the chef d'equipe came along and gave us a lesson. It is quite windy in the area, so that posed some challenges. We didn't spend too much time in the village as it is rather sleepy for four teenagers but I will mention Petit Gabi on the main street, run by a delightful woman who was warm and friendly when all 8 of us descended on her little coffee shop! Also, we ate in Bel Ciano, an Italian restaurant, run by a wonderful couple and their beautiful kids who waited on our table, and I would highly recommend that. Visits to Carcassone, Séte and Barcelona and lots of beach activities too made this a great holiday!An excellent vacation, but some extra household goods for those of us travelling with luggage restrictions would have been helpful.

Fitou 2025

Well equipped villa, close walking distance down steps to Fitou village for wine caves and great local restaurant. Good wine at less than eu10. Not too far to Leucate and beaches and more restaurants but a car is needed. Local spar not always open and only carries basics. Great location to branch out from and well located for a number of airports. We flew into Girona around 90 minutes away. We had a fantastic stay and pool and gardens were well maintained without anybody being invasive.

Séjour en famille

Excellent séjour à Fitou en famille. Logement idéal et propre offrant une vue superbe sur le chateau, la mer et les montagnes. Nous avons découvert une région magnifique tant sur le plan géographique que culturel, et propice à la dégustation de vins délicieux. Le soleil était au rendez-vous et les peaux ont pu enfin dorer un peu avant la rentrée des classes. Nous y reviondrons avec plaisir!!!!colorerun peu avnt

Die Villa ist komplett eingerichtet und liegt in einem sehr ruhigen Quartier. Die Erholung war vollkommen und den Kontakt mit den Besitzern war ausgezeichnet.

Excellent holiday!

We had a fantastic holiday in the villa. We made the most of the pool and the weather. The barbecue was useful and the views amazing. The house was clean, although we did have issues with ants. I can highly recommend this property, especially if you want to relax and enjoy the local wine!

Maison agréable et fonctionnelle.

Magnifique séjour dans cette villa à Fitou !

Le confort et l’espace sont là, les paysages merveilleux et c’est un point de départ idéal pour découvrir toute cette région. Village très paisible où il fait bon se promener et …. gouter les vins de la région. Le seul point à améliorer, mais cela a déjà été cité, serait la taille du réfrigérateur un peu trop juste pour huit personnes si on veut tenir plusieurs jours. En résumé nous conseillons vivement cette location !

superbes vacances

superbe villa toute équipée, un deuxième frigo ou un frigo nettement plus grand serait appréciable surtout quand on vient en famille. la climatisation, les équipements et la piscine sont remarquables! la région est magnifique avec le soleil au rendez-vous. je recommande cette villa.

A Perfect Base for our Holiday

It was a lovely place: bright, modern and clean with good sized bedrooms. The pool was great and much needed after a day of sweltering 38 degree temperatures. Thank god the place had good air-con too. It was on the edge of a newly built area but felt nice and quiet, being outside of the main village. And the views were gorgeous - I loved seeing the castle opposite lit up at night from the balcony and terraces. It was a really good idea to have multiple terraces around the sides of the house as it meant that you could always find a shady area if you wanted. All the facilities were in good working order and there was every utensil or accoutrement you could possibly need provided in the kitchen. We also loved the BBQ pit on the front terrace, it was an excellent bonus. The owners were very helpful and provided lots of brilliant local information such as restaurant and shopping advice (inc opening times) and all communications with them were easy and pleasant. The area was great as there was so much to do we were spoilt for choice and so we will definitely have to visit the region again. Location-wise, you would be best served by having your own transport rather than relying on buses, it gave us so much more freedom too, but with the cars we had (there were 7 of us, in 3 groups) there was plenty of parking available and easy access to the main roads to Perpignan, Narbonne and Carcassone. We all agreed it was a fantastic place and that we couldn't have chosen better. The only thing I would say was that the get out time of 10am was quite tight for us, despite packing most of our stuff away the night before; most hotels say 11am, but we just might be lazy! However, I would most strongly recommend this place; we had a wonderful time.

Great villa for two families staying together

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Jasmin - really clean, comfortable and well equipped with good inside and outside eating / relaxing areas Villa Jasmin provided great accommodation for our two families staying together. The villa has great views to the sea and the local 'chateau' and is an easy walk to the bakery (for morning croissants) and numerous excellent restaurants - and a great little organic garden allotment from which you can buy fresh fruit and veg. We were here to visit family, but managed trips to the beaches at Leucate and Salses Castle, Peyriac sur Mer and the Thursday evening live music in Perpignan. Children loved it and we'd certainly recommend.

An excellent house in a great location

The detail provided to us about the house and the area prior to our visit were excellent. Directions were perfect. The house was very well equipped, modern and clean ideal for one large or two separate family groups. The pool was obviously looked after extremely well. Additional information provided in the house was very thorough and informative. Broadband speed was extremely fast with at least four devices in constant use. The house is situated in a great location close to the coast, but just a short drive into the Pyrenees. The list of activities available within a short drive are near endless in a one or two week break. The village of Fitou is charming. The local Boulangerie is a 10 minute downhill walk in the morning. The village has several good/excellent quality restaurants representing good value for money though booking is advisable especially for La Cave d'Agnes and Vidals. I have no hesitation recommending this house and area.

Great villa!

We had a lovely week at Villa Jasmine. It easily accommodates two families and is very well equipped and comfortable . The views of the chateau are amazing and we very much enjoyed a walk there in the evening for local beers and wine! Fitou itself is very pretty. It's a great base for day trips to Perpignan, Beziers, Narbonne, Carcassonne and Barcelona not too far either. Get up early for your Croissants or you'll miss them! Thanks Andrew.

Fun in Fitou!

What a fabulous week we had! With children aged 18mths, 5yrs, 15yrs & 18yrs we found Villa Jasmin catered for all of us perfectly. Spacious, clean & modern. It was like home from home with all the conveniences to make our stay more comfortable (dishwasher, washing machine etc). Cannot recommend Villa Jasmin enough. The owners responded quickly in their communications. The local village is 10min walk with a boulangerie, tabac store and pizza place along with a handful each of restaurants and wine caves. There's a small Spar 10min walk away but I'd recommend travelling the 20min (by car) to the Carrefour. I've recommended Villa Jasmin (and the local area) to friends and family and would like to visit again in the future.

Beautiful villa for all the family

We, as a family of 2 adults and 4 children (3 teenagers) have stayed in a number of villas throughout the South of France that have all been good but our teenagers felt this was the best yet. The wifi was great and the British TV meant they didn't miss a minute of sport with English commentaries. The villa was very clean, comfortable and well stocked. However it is very windy in this region and although it didn't stop us using the lovely pool we had to be extra careful with sun protection. Fitou is a sleepy village- too sleepy for the teenagers but once we found La Franqui beach a short drive away all was good.

Home away from home

Villa Jasmin is not your typical holiday rental. it is home away from home, with every modern convenience you can wish for. The villa is immaculate. The owner was very helpful from day one of your inquiry, very quick to respond to emails which was very reassuring. The location of the villa is absolutely perfect with breath taking views of the mountains and the sea. Everything was perfect, only recommendation would be for stair gates as if your staying here with kids keeping them away from the stairs becomes a chore. Thank you very much for everything.

French paradise.

Fitou is an attractive village but as we drove up the hill to the house the views just got better and better - the sea one way and the illuminated chateau the other way. The house is stunning with everything we needed and more. Such happy memories of a glass of wine on the patio watching the sun set on the chateau. It was difficult to decide some evenings between the top notch Fitou restaurants or cooking for ourselves on the BBQ. our party of four couples enjoyed the spaciousness of the house and walking the dog in the surrounding countryside and vines. Idyllic.

Excellent Villa for family holiday

We stayed at Villa Jasmine for a week during October half term (2015) and had a wonderful holiday. With 5 children (two teenagers), we needed somewhere large enough to accommodate us all and we were not disappointed. There was ample space for us all in the villa and the kids even managed to use the pool due to some exceptionally warm weather for the time of year. The villa is very well equipped with all we required for a relaxing week away and we could not find fault with anything. The furniture, etc is of excellent quality and it genuinely felt like a home away from home. We hope to return soon.

Fabulous Fitou

What a wonderful house everything there you could possibly need. The swimming pool, barbecue, several areas to eat. With some amazing views all thrown in. . This was our first family holiday in many years with our sons, partners and our young grandson and we we're thrilled. The house was spotless and very nicely furnished. The bedrooms had plenty of storage. For those who miss their "soap fixes" it had English tv with catch up. Fitou village is charming with several restaurants and wine cellars where your encouraged to taste a few samples. There is also a play area on the edge of the village which our little one enjoyed. The pool was very welcome on hot days with enough chairs for us all . Can honestly say that as a family we thoroughly enjoyed our time in this house and would not hesitate recommending it to others.

Stunning Villa and fantastic location!!!

We had been searching for a quiet and relaxing holiday and came across Villa Jasmin, the pictures looked great and exactly what we were looking for. On arrival to the Villa we certainly weren't disappointed, the views are incredible and the Villa itself is stunning. Our days were mostly spent lounging by the pool and our evenings walking down to the quaint village of Fitou enjoying the wine caves and selection of fantastic restaurants. We would strongly recommend to anyone and we are planning on booking again very soon.

Lovely villa in Fitou

This is an excellent villa which is equipped and furnished to a very high standard . We were a party of eight (two family's) and the lay out of the villa was ideal. Our friends were kind enough to let us have the master bedroom which has its own balcony and beautiful views . The villa looks out to a Chateau which is lit up at night . We sat outside most evenings. The pool is good and it is easy to keep an eye on the children if you need to. There is lots to do in the area . We went out and visited pretty seaside towns and villages in the Pyrenees. Also used the restaurant in Fitou which had a lovely buffet and friendly service. ( Viddals) It was hot 35 to 38 when we stayed so the breezy location was welcome. Owner of the villa is helpful and quick to respond . Flight ( Carcassonne for us was an easy 50 minutes) but other local airports to choose from. A slightly earlier check in time and later check out time would have been better for us . Also it might be a good idea to offer a welcome pack at a small cost. Overall we all had a great a holiday. Sue , Chelmsford

Beautiful villa with beautiful views

Beautiful spacious villa, equipped with everything you could possibly need, including a huge George Foreman grill, which made cooking for 7 a breeze. 5 adults and 2 kids stayed comfortably as there is ample space indoors and out with bathrooms also upstairs and downstairs. The pool area has stunning views and the pictures really don't do it justice. There definitely is a breeze in this area however, I feel this was much appreciated with the weather in excess of 30 degrees - bliss. I would say that a car is essential, even if you aren't planning on doing much exploring. The owner was extremely helpful prior to our trip and Suzanne, who looks after the villa, was equally as helpful during our trip, which helped significantly as our French is pretty poor. The quality of the restaurants in the village was excellent, with Moulin de Fitou being the firm favourite, even with my 6 year old niece! I would definitely recommend staying here and would be more than happy to visit again :)

An excellent Villa with a location to match

The villa was very well presented, clean, well maintained and has great living area both inside and out. The pool is excellent and was great for the whole family including the infants. The views over Fitou, it's 10th century castle and out to the Med are fabulous and the warm breeze in the evening is just what you need whilst indulging on the local wines and the bread and cheese. We were well looked after by the owner a very friendly guy who was on call should we need him for advice. The villa has a great location for exploring the region and there are many local attractions to cater for all ages with minimal drive time, We made great use of the fabulous beach at Leucate, the lunches at the restaurants along the beach front were excellent and very good value. A visit to the African Reserve at Sigean was great for the kids - very impressive. A visit to Collioure is a must, especially if you're a budding artist...I could go on but these are just a few of the attractions... I would recommend this Villa to any family looking for a good location that is comfortable and quietly out the way whilst close enough to many lovely places to visit without spending too much of the day getting to them.
