This was our 50th Anniversary and chose this location after reading reviews. This apartment was just right for us and Leta provided us a small bottle of wine to celebrate our 50thIt is a perfect place to stay when in the Nashville area. Great quiet location near Nashville with lots of amenities

Truly a gem! All the comforts of home were provided in this well-appointed space. Leta is a super host with responsive communication to all questions and recommendations. The walkout basement "apartment" is located in a lovely, safe suburb with lush surroundings that transport you away from the busy crowds, yet it is close enough to everything you need. The patio was perfect for morning coffee, lazy afternoons, and firefly sightings in the evening. This was one of the best rentals we have stayed in regards to access, cleanliness, and comfort. This will be our go-to place when we're back in town to visit relatives.

Would Stay Again!

Very comfortable basement apartment, and very accommodating hosts. The space is more roomy than you can see in the pictures. We really enjoyed our 4 night stay and would select this home again.

This is a basement accommodation !!!!!

First and foremost- this is a basement unit. We could not tell this when booking, and had we realized we would have looked elsewhere as we were traveling with a baby. The hosts were lovely, and it was clear a lot of thought and consideration has gone into this space. We appreciated all of the accommodations (pack and play, toys, high chair) that make traveling with a baby easier. However. We had noise issues daily when staying here. The house above is fully occupied with a busy family and every movement can be heard from this unit. Heavy footsteps and stomping woke our baby one night, and we reached out to the host to remedy the situation. She was lovely and apologetic. This continued throughout our stay unfortunately and even occurred most mornings. At 6:30 AM on thanksgiving for example, loud activity woke us up. Dog barking, stomping, toilets flushing and even voices can be heard from this unit. We understand this is a family home and things happen, but we were assured before our stay that there had never been a noise complaint. It became clear after we reached out the first time that they are just a noisier bunch and not much can be done. We were eager to return home as we aren’t used to such noise. We wish this had been made clear that it was a basement unit, but recommend it if you are unbothered by noise as the space is lovely.

Wonderful

This was a perfect location! Nashville is only a 15-20 minute drive and everything was easily accessible. The host was attentive, always checking in to make sure our needs were met. We would definitely stay here again and recommend others to stay at this location.

Exceptional Hostess

Everything about our stay was great! Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Very very clean. The response from the owner to any issue was always within the first 5 to 10 minutes. Would definitely recommend this place so close to downtown Nashville.

Relaxing and Spacious

Great property just outside of Nashville. Very spacious. Full kitchen with a well outfited coffee bar. Comfortable furnishings. We really enjoyed the covered back porch space in the mornings. Close to restaurants and shopping. Welcoming hosts. Would recommend.

Break from the city!

Nashville is great! Lots of music , dining, sight seeing and historic sites- also lots of pedal bars and fun busses! It was nice to stay in a lovely, quiet neighborhood with wildlife to watch in the morning and a lovely outdoor patio!! Perfect!!!

Wonderful stay

My family and I relocated to Nashville and needed a place to stay while we found a home. This place was comfortable, centrally located and very clean. Leta was easy to communicate very flexible and accommodating. We loved staying here!

Beautiful, very nice en suite

Communication with the host was excellent. They left snacks and goodies for us. The place is beautifully decorated and furnished. There's a roku tv in both rooms. The only warning I would say is that this is a basement en suite, so there is noise from I assume the kids running around upstairs so folks with noise sensitivities might have an issue with that. Otherwise, we have nothing negative about our stay and would definitely stay there again.

We have deer, wild turkey and birds and the scenery is beautiful. I have put a lot of thought into my listing and there so many amenities. Snacks, waters, k-cups and creamers, extra toiletries, Nashville visitor guides. I have a down comforter on the bed and room darkening curtains. The bed is very comfortable! The porch has a very nice view.
