The apartment is beautiful and ideally located. Though the kitchen space is tiny, it is well equipped. Communication straight forward and prompt. Third floor with steep winding staircase would be an issue, especially with luggage, for older afults or young children. Perfectly suited our needs

Perfect location and lovely apartment. Very tastefully decorated, great showers and comfy beds. Lots of consideration for guests e.g. teach, coffee, kitchen equipment, umbrellas, shopping bags etc. On third floor but not a chore really. Will definitely stay here again and will return to Nice as it is fantastic.

Very nice units, modern and clean, Great location, close to everything.3 floors up with no elevator is not a good thing, especially for 4 seniors trying to carry up luggage and groceries.We will not be coming back to this one.

This 2 bedroom apartment was fabulous offering additional privacy if needed. Beds were the most comfortable of those we stayed in during our time in Europe. We couldn’t have asked for a better location (if you want to be in Old Town). Only a 5 minute walk to the water and loads of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Note: the apartment is 4 flights up so that was good exercise!

Fantastic location, absolutely beautiful apartment, AC, new decor, all went perfect. I would highly recommend this stay. We had two adults and two teen boys 14 and 17. The nicest Airbnb we ever stayed at. Thank you!!!!

Amazing place at the old Nice

Absolutely loved the place.Well setup, with all the proper equipment, including washer, AC, and even personal supplies and adapter.The owner was responsive and helpful, and the place is located in the center of old city, close to everything.One thing to keep in mind - cars (taxis) don’t go into the old town, so you will have to walk with your luggage for 3-5 minutes.

Great apartment in Old Nice. We loved our stay and highly recommended. Please note, the apartment is located on the 4th floor and the stairs are no joke and are the only way to access it.

We had a fantastic stay. The apartment was clean and very nicely appointed. There were AC units in each room, which was very much appreciated. They worked great. The location was amazing and very walkable to everywhere of interest to us. Highly recommend!

Nice apartment in Old Town Nice

This was a nice apartment in old town Nice. Our family of 5 (kids aged 16, 19, 21) and my wife and I leased both sides of the apartment. It is located on the 4th floor at the top of cement stairs with no elevator, which was a challenge with luggage. The location was great, you can walk to everything in old town Nice. The 2 bathrooms were both nice, 1 contains a combo washer / dryer, which is OK for small loads, but can't handle large amounts of clothes in reasonable amount of time. We ended up using the laundromat down the street. Bedding was decent, and the small kitchen was nice for leftovers and drink storage. We would stay here again.

Great location, clean, dual rooms and dual bathrooms were great when traveling with adult children. Spent some time on the balcony for morning coffee and evening cocktail. Would stay there again!

PLEASANT STAT

OUR ACCOMMODATIONS WERE QUITE NICE. THE FLAT WAS AS DESCRIBED WITH ALL THE AMMENTITIES YOU WOULD NEED. THE LOCATIONS WAS GREAT, BEING IN THE MIDDLE OF OLD TOWN, NICE. WALKING AROUND AND SHOPPING WAS WONDERFUL. PLENTY OF RESTAURANTS TO CHOOSE FROM. THE ONLY DOWN SIDE OF THE FLAT IS THAT YOU HAD TO WALK UP FOUR FLOORS OF STAIRS TO GET TO IT. NARROW STAIR MAKES IT EXTREMELY HARD TO GET BAGS UP AND DOWN THE STEPS. CABS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO COME INTO OLD TOWN SO YOU NEED TO BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN COMING FROM THE AIRPORT OR GOING BACK TO THE AIRPORT, SO YOU ARE NOT HAVING TO CARRY YOUR LUGGAGE TO MEET THE CAB. OVERALL, OUR STAY WAS VERY ENJOYABLE AND CONVENIENT TO EVERY YOU NEED DURING YOUR STAY. DORINA WAS GREAT AND VERY ACCOMODATING WHEN WE NEEDD SOMETHING. SHE WOULD RESPOND ALMOST IMMEDIATELY.

Cleverly designed shared apartment offers private spaces for two couples in the heart of Old Town.

We can’t say enough positive things about this VRBO! It easily accommodated four adults, and the clever design of a common entryway adjoining a one-bedroom to a studio is ingenious. This space is perfect for traveling with friends or family. Each apartment had amenities and separate balconies offering a view of both Rossetti Square and Castle Hill. The laundry in the 1-bedroom bathroom was easy to use, and having two separate clotheslines off each balcony was appreciated. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and it was a treat to have air conditioning in both bedrooms and the main living area. The spacious showers and bathrooms offered ample storage, and the high-end appliances were a nice touch. The windows were excellent and blocked out all street noise from below. While the stairs were steep for navigating luggage, there were excellent hand rails and light switches on each floor to assist with navigation. I would stay here again. Highly recommend.

Three of us stayed in this lovely apartment close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend. It is a 4 flight walk up the stairs.

Fabulous location

What a great property to stay in. My husband and our niece- a young adult. The second bedroom has its own entrance so we all had privacy. It is modern and well appointed The location in old town is perfect. Be aware taxis can’t drive into old town so you’ll have to walk to the apartment. But it is not far. The stairs up are windy but doable. We will be back!

AFTER LOOKING AT SEVERAL AREAS, WE DISCOVERED THAT THE OLD TOWN OFFERED SO MUCH MORE ACTIVITY. RUE ROSSETTI IS A QUIET STREET AND CARS ARE STRICTLY CONTROLLED AFTER 11AM EACH DAY. THE AREA IS FILLED WITH SIDEWALK RESTAURANTS AND CAFEES. THE APARTMENT IS ON THE 3RD FLOOR (NOT ELEVATOR) A COUPLE BLOCKS AWAY FROM PLACE ROSSETTI. THIS ELIMINATES MOST OF THE NOISE YOU FIND IN THE BUSIEST PARTS OF THE OLD TOWN. BEING ON THE 3RD FLOOR LETS IN A LOT OF NATURAL LIGHT AND THE BENEFIT OF 2 BALCONIES WITH AWNINGS ADD A NICE ATMOSPHERE BOTH DAY AND NIGHT.
