Parking was easy and secure. The pool was warm and clean, and the view from the pool was beautiful. The location was perfect. We were able to walk all over the neighborhood. The studio could use some dish towels and a regular coffee maker.

Super cute space with everything we needed for a weekend. The trundle beds were perfect for our 2 kids. The building amenities are great - we used the gym, pool and parking. Location absolutely rocks with all restaurants, shops, and just a couple miles to UM. Kitchen has enough dishes to do some cooking, though we did not use much. We will definitely consider staying here again while our son is in college.

Overall, the experience was good. Check in was a but of a hiccup between my broken cell and needing to get clearance and access to my reservation. Nonetheless, the team worked it out after a while. After that, everything else went rather smoothly. The room was well stocked with everything we needed to feel comfortable.

Excellent Stay

My wife and I had a terrific time staying at this property. The location and the accommodations were both excellent. I would highly recommend staying here if you like to park the car and spend some time in the local neighborhood as well.

The apartment was in a great location with nearby restaurants, shopping, etc. The space had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Nice balcony with view of the bay as well. Property management was friendly & helpful.

Perfect location!

Went with my daughter, who attends UM, for a few days. Location and apartment/condo was everything we needed! Love the pink and decor vibe of this place. Wine and nespresso coffee pods included in great kitchenette! Parking is easy as well! Walk to restaurants and shops. Pool views are pretty as well. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location

Very clean room. Great location, walked to everything. The pool was clean and plenty of lounge chairs. We stayed 11 days. We did not use kitchen so can’t comment on that. The only complaint, and it’s a small one, is the lifts in the building take forever to come when some were not working which was often. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect Family Accommodations

We stopped over in Coconut Grove for 2 nights. The unit is inside the Arya Hotel. The beds are comfortable. There was plenty of space for our children on the trundle bed. The rooftop pool was heated and the views were beautiful. Location was great. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend.

Ideal location for UM move in

Only 2 miles away. Clean. Efficient and great location. We love being able to park our rental car for free and walk to coffee or dinner. With a variety of great restaurants nearby. Comfortable bed, plenty of sheets, paper products, shampoo. Nice views, balcony and motorized shades. Just need a new hairdryer for the bathroom. Great communication with property manager too. Will be back.

Only 2 elevators in the building were working and there were long lines to get on and it stopped at every floor. This unit needs to be painted and deep cleaned. The couch which is also a second bed is very dirty and should also be cleaned.

Mom and 17 & 20 year old daughters Girl trip

We had so much fun and it’s partly to do with just how perfect this condo was. Such a beautiful view (at sunrise, during the day, at night!) and the space was perfect for the 3 of us to sleep. I’m sure a 4th would be no problem. We were within walking distance to great restaurants and I got Starbucks for my girls each morning. Walked around one morning and found a little grocery store and walked back with a few bags of groceries and made a healthy meal for lunch with the bottle of wine given to us for staying. Messaged the host bc I couldn’t figure out the stove and they messaged back immediately and I was able to use the stove top. Used the fitness center a couple times and went to the rooftop pool. We drove to South Beach to layout and shop based on a recommendation by our waiter Gabriel at Jaguar and that was beautiful (girls had to go to Brandy Melville?). Also went to a Marlins game and swung by to see what University of Miami looks like. We were only there for 3 nights but packed in a lot. Highly recommend this place in Miami!! Especially if you are with your daughters and they like to post to Instagram or snap chat bc the views are so pretty. They absolutely loved it and it was a great memory to make 😊

Good stayed overall except chicked in process

Good location for family. Restaurant and store closed by. Fairly clean unit. Picture looks better than the real Apt. Pool was good. Restaurant close due to constructreas. I'm giving only 3 starts because the check in process. We supposed to check in at 4pm. Our plan arrived around 2pm. So I asked if we could check in a couple hours early? They said no. Which is totally understand and fine with us. We just went to the restaurant close by and had our late lunch and wait until 4pm. When we get there at 4pm the front desk people won't check us in and give us the room key 🗝️ because we book through VRBO. They only check in the people that book through other sites as hotel. It's confusing I know. So part of the hotel own by one company and another part own by different company. I guess my part of the unit that I stayed doesn't have well communication with the front desk people. so I called the number they give me, she picked up and said the manager is around, he will be here soon. Wait and wait. 30-40 minutes later he showed up and talk to the front desk people. They supposed to check me in but they didn't know. And it happened to many people same problem just like me as their mentioned in their conversation. Overall it's a good stayed as long as they smooth out the check in process. Would I stay here again in the future? Maybe. I think I would book through the (Arya hotels) site instead. It's cheaper that way.
