En Apollo on the Beach Condo, unidad 203, tendrá su propio balcón privado de gran tamaño con exposición suroeste, que ofrece una vista sin obstáculos de la hermosa playa de media luna de arena blanca de 3 1/2 millas de Marco Island. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was in a perfect location and clean and modernized compared to others in the building. My only complaint is the company only leaves very minimal towels, paper towels, toilet paper and trash bag. For the amount of time we stayed there, you really need to need up supplies more.

Perfect spot on the beach!

We absolutely loved this condo, we had everything we needed and the views of the beach/ocean were fantastic. The restaurant downstairs was great and the service was as well.

The location is great since it’s right on the beach but I was not pleased with the cleanliness of the bedroom. There were stains on the bedding and pillow cases, and towels. Some of the dishes still had old food dried up in them so we rewatched everything before using them. The balcony was big and had a nice view overlooking the beach. The condo did not have a full length mirror.

Location was great! The condo was perfect for our getaway! Very clean! The balcony is an awesome extension of this property. Beautiful sunsets! Will be back for sure!!

Beautiful sunset location

We enjoyed the condo’s beachfront location. It was nice to enjoy both beach and swimming pool. A coffee pot & filters and perhaps a comfy chair/chairs to watch tv would have been nice. Still a high 5 all the way. We’d love coming again.

Nice get away

Nice, well maintained condo as advertised. However, need to stock a blanket for the pull out as it is part of the “sleeps four” and there were enough sheets and pillows but no blankets. But overall a nice condo in a great location.

EXCELLENT STAY

First time to Marco Island. Well appointed, clean, condo located beachfront in nicely manicured section. Very safe for walks. Nice restaurant (Sunset Grill) attached to condo building. Easy beach access. 7-11 two minutes away, Publix about 15 minutes. Tennis and pickleball courts on site. Beach equipment included with room which is convenient. Balconies are very open and public to the neighbors but fabulous sunsets. Would highly recommend to family and friends.

Great Location but...

We loved the location, our unit we stayed in was clean and the perfect size for a long weekend getaway. Unfortunately the rowdy neighbors in other units kind of ruined our stay. The unit directly next door and two units down, Im not sure how many people were staying in these but between the partying and screaming kids Id never stay again. Id also recommended updating the key entries. I appreciate the security but maybe upgrade to key cards since they have to be used so often. It was nice and convenient having the Sunset Grill downstairs.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property on the inside is fully renovated, clean and well-appointed. The exterior however is very old. The back deck surface was kind of dirty and the front door/hall was dingy and uninviting. There were lots of keys needed for security for the beach, pool, weight room, and elevators. This is really for a couple, not a family of three. A small apartment.

Tried to ask if Coffe was provided, the listing said coffee maker, the manager said Read ur sheet - after a full day of travel we go to get coffee and filters only to find out it’s a Keurig - go to get in bed and the sheets and blankets were dirty with hair on them. Walls are all scuffed up, table leg broken, beach umbrella broken,cooler broken, no bath mats - we were only provided 4 bath towels and had to use one on the floor so we didn’t fall. 1 roll of toilet paper, one pod for the dishwasher, no internet on the lani which is shared with all the other units. You could hear everyone conversation. A huge piece of wood fell of the roof while the workers were working and my husband had just moved or it would have hit him in the head. Horrible sleep knowing your sleeping in filth. I would not return even if it was free!

BEAUTIFUL location, everything else was OK

Marco Island is beautiful, providing gorgeous sunsets nightly. It was great to be able to watch the sunset and do some stargazing from the balcony. The experience with Harborview was not ideal. The check in process was a little cumbersome to go to a separate location to pick up the keys, but it wasn't far from the property. We got to the apartment right around sunset, which was beautiful, but the sunlight hit the floor and illuminated all the hairs on the floor. There was also a clump of hair in the sheets on the bed. The next morning, we found someone else's dried blood on the comforter we had slept under. We stayed for 3 nights with 2 people, but there was only enough Kcups for 2 cups of coffee. There was a dishwasher and a full set of dishes/silverware, but one of the spoons in the drawer had food crusted all over it, and we discovered that there was no dishwasher detergent, so we had to wash dishes with a paper towel. (Decided to do that instead of washing with the used sponge under the kitchen sink.) I communicated to Harborview via text to let them know about the blood stained comforter, but they just said "thanks for letting us know" - no apology or solutions. We ended up searching the closets until we finally found a thin blanket to use instead.

Spring Break with the retirees

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The beach and weather were amazing. You could not have asked for better weather to be in the sun all week. Our neighbors were extremely nice. I did not realize this rental has 8:30 PM lights out rules. Very strict and should let those strick of rules be known at booking. The front desk manager is extremely rude and could use some instructions on hospitality and smiling. The bedding in our rental was not very clean. The pillowcases were stained and extra bedding for the pull-out couch was skeptical at best. There were insulation pieces that floated around the floor level all week. No one swept the hallways.

Location is the highlight

Our stay here served our purpose of easy access to the beach with access just outside the pool area. The condo itself is okay. Comfortable bed, updated bathroom. The kitchen while updated is small with no oven. The living room area has a couch on one wall and a tv on the opposite with nowhere to set a drink or put up your feet. It didn’t make for a comfortable hang out spot on rainy days or evenings. The balcony is nice to have but not private. The property owner wasn’t the most responsive but there is a property management company involved. They over communicated. They provide a physical key that you need to pick up and drop off at another location. A comprehensive list of rules including limiting the number of towels that should be used, cleaning jobs and limited frills including toilet paper and coffee supplies made it less welcoming. All in all, this property is okay but would likely look elsewhere next time.

The quality of customer service throughout our entire stay was beyond superb! Anything we needed we were able to contact Harborview Rentals and they accommodated us in every way. The apartment was so beautiful and the ocean view was perfect! Everything was clean and well prepared before our arrival. We had such a relaxing time! We are definitely coming back next year.
