¡Tan cerca como puedas estar en la playa sin tener que pagar para estar en la playa! Estamos en una de las mejores ubicaciones de la isla. El Marco Walk Plaza está a dos cuadras de distancia, con restaurantes, un cine, un 7/11, tiendas y mucho más. Estamos a poca distancia del Hilton, Marco Beach Ocean Resort y el JW Marriott, también si visita a Marco para eventos en cualquiera de los hoteles.

¡Encontrará toallas, sillas de playa, una sombrilla, un refrigerador enrollable, artículos deportivos, juguetes y juegos para llevar en la playa!

El complejo de condominios ofrece muchos servicios en el lugar que incluyen piscina, jacuzzi, hamacas, shuffle board, cancha de tenis, área de parrillas y estacionamiento abierto para huéspedes. También contamos con equipos de tenis y pickleball para usar en la cancha de tenis en el lugar. El edificio ofrece equipos de shuffle board que se pueden encontrar en el armario de almacenamiento en la casa club junto a la piscina.

La conexión Wi-Fi es gratuita. También tenemos una selección de DVD, Chomecast y configuración de Netflix en el HDTV para que disfrutes mientras te relajas por las noches.

Nuestra cocina está completamente equipada con utensilios y utensilios de cocina. También intentamos mantener los artículos de las necesidades básicas surtidos, como toallas de papel, jabón para platos y detergente para la ropa. Tome solo lo que necesita y háganos saber si los artículos se están agotando.

El registro es un suspiro! Usamos una agencia de administración de alquileres ubicada a una cuadra del condominio, la cual usted pasará en su unidad. Las llaves se recogerán y se entregarán allí, con una caja de llaves disponible fuera de horario las 24 horas del día. La oficina está abierta durante el horario comercial para preguntas y también ofrece un contacto de asistencia de emergencia 24/7 para problemas críticos.

Comfortable and relaxing -- great location!

Great place, perfect location

My wife and I stayed here and thought the place was perfect. We enjoyed the upfront communication with the host and was impressed with the location, so close to the beach and short walk to great restaurants. Will definitely be back.

Great stay!

Convenient location within walking distance to the South Beach public access, restaurants, etc. Good amenities at the Grandview, screened balconies, outdoor firepit, patio area, pool and hot tub. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Would stay here again!

Great condo and perfect location

We loved this condo. It was very clean and comfortable. We walked daily to the beach and to restaurants. The pool at the complex was heated which was great for the kids.

A perfect spot for 4 adults

Visited end of April, thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The condo is well stocked and beautifully maintained… the beds really are as comfortable as other reviewers have noted. The beach cart, chairs, and towels were very nice to have! Thank you for letting us use your space, Greg!

Spacious Clean Condo and Great Location

Greg is a great host and communicated well. Condo looks just as it does in the photos if not better! We didn’t spend much time in the condo as we were there for one night for a wedding but we would have loved to stay longer.

Spring Break Trip

Greg was great to communicate with- prompt and attentive. The condo was clean, well stocked with plenty of towels, beach items, kitchen equipment, a cooler and entertainment items. The beds were very comfortable. The walk to the beach was about 10 min either direction and the beach cart was very appreciated. The pool and hot tub were clean and easy to use. We’d definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Condo and Location

This condo is true to the listing. It is beautifully decorated, very clean, and has beautiful views. The unit was equipped with anything we could need during our stay. It is within walking distance to a few shops/restaurants, as well as a short walk to the beach. Greg was friendly, gave great information, and was quick to respond. We absolutely loved our stay here and look forward to staying again in the future.

Great Condo with an AMAZING host!

Fantastic host! Condo was clean and well stocked with all the extras (special extras that you don’t typically find ~ beach cart, toys, trash bags, fans, etc.) The walk was short to the beach, beds were comfy, pool was perfect, and shopping and restaurants were close by. The perfect place for our small family! We had an amazing visit and hope to be back. Marco Island didn’t disappoint and neither did this condo nor the host. Top notch!

Comfortable condo in a great location

We enjoyed staying in this condo for the month of March. This is a well-equipped, nicely furnished condo, located within easy walking distance of the beach, restaurants and shops. The unit is set up to accommodate a family or overnight guests comfortably, and provides everything you would need for the beach or pool. The owner was very responsive and helpful. When the dishwasher didn't work, he had it replaced immediately. This is a wonderful place to spend a vacation!

Great location- Quiet, relaxing mini vacation!

We stayed at this property over the fourth of July weekend. What a great place! It is a small condo community which was nice. Really quiet which is what we were looking for. The apartment is very spacious and the beds were comfortable. Great location. The apartment is actually across the street from the beach, but you have to walk about 1/2 block to get to the entrance were you can enter the beach. We had a few hiccups with our stay, but Greg (the owner), was really responsive in getting the situation handled. Like anything in life, nothing is perfect. We love to come to this area every summer to get away from the craziness of the city. I would definitely recommend this place. My only complaint is I was not able to stay longer due to my schedule. :-)

Fabulous Location and Amenities

Overall this condo has one of the best locations for the picturesque Marco Island. While it is not directly on the beach you are a one street and a short 3-4 minute walk away. Additionally this allows for more peace and quiet as you get to avoid the constant beach crowd that comes and goes. On the inside the unit provides everything you need, a guest room and a master suite, along with laundry and as a bonus you get an enclosed patio to watch the sunset. The complex also includes a pool, hot tub, grill, and a fire pit! For entertainment and dining purposes the condo is situated perfectly as you can walk 5 minutes up Collier Blvd and find a cluster of bars, restaurants, and at night time dancing clubs. All in all this is one of the best vacation spots I have stayed at during my trips to Florida, from a convenience and comfort standpoint this condo is the best in town!

Beautiful Marco Island Getaway

We stayed at this condo over the New Year holiday and had an absolute blast! A cute, large, light and bright space perfect for our 7-day stay. The unit is very clean and of good size. We never felt cramped or on top of each other and the unit has more than enough space for a family of 4 or 5. We had breakfast on the balcony every morning before we made our 4 minute (yes 4 minute) walk to the beach! The condo was conveniently located to everything we needed to enjoy our stay in Marco. Lots of cute restaurants and lunch spots within walking distance so we never had to get into the car! Try stilts for lunch or happy hour! It's right off the beach access at the Marriot hotel across the street. These condominiums also had a grilling area and a great pool set up which was fun when we needed a break from the beach! 5 stars all around. We will definitely be back next year!

Amazing stay/location

We had a great time at this property! It was perfect for what we were looking for, close proximity to the beach and restaurants. Looks exactly like the photos. We will definitely stay here again next time we come back to Marco!

Grandview Condo

This was very easy to locate, move into and enjoyable to stay in. Location was ideal. Building is older, could use some refurbishing but condo was very nice. Mentioned to owner about needed repairs and changes which he seemed interested in taking care of. Enjoyed our stay.

Everything you could want on Marco Island

Greg's condo is very nicely updated and extremely clean. The beach is a short walk with a convenience store on the way in case you need some last minutes items to add to the coolers provided with the condo. We enjoyed the pool but ran out of time to enjoy the pickleball courts.

- Elle grew up in Dallas, TX. She graduated from Southern Methodist University (SMU) and works in commercial real estate. In another life, she would be an interior designer.

Marco Island, FL is our home away from home. Elle and Greg were married on the sandy beaches of Marco Island, FL at the Marco Beach Ocean Resort. Our family loves to vacation in beautiful, sunny south Florida - especially in the cold winter months!

This property really is as close as you can get to the beach without being on the beach. There is so much to do within walking distance that you can go the whole stay without a car if desired. Marco Island offers the quaint island feel with the conveniences of all other Florida beaches. Would stay all the time if I could!
