Wonderful lake experience

We had a great stay. Updated kitchen & bathrooms, beautiful location, deepwater dock, canoe, kayaks, paddleboard, pool table, paved path down to the dock -- I can keep going! Great choice for our family including 2 adult children. We could easily have fit more people in the house.

What a great weekend!

Our family stayed here for Clemson graduation weekend and we had a WONDERFUL time! Everything about this home is top notch; the beds are extremely comfortable, the home has a great interior design, and there are so many fun things to do. There is ample space for a large family and such great space for family fun. We are planning a trip back for another family vacation. We have stayed in dozens of homes over the years and this is one of our very favorites. The hosts are so responsive and helpful. We are so thankful that this beautiful home could be a part of such once in a lifetime memories!

We love this property!

This is our second stay at this property with our teens/young adults. It’s close enough for us to go into Anderson or Clemson to eat. We’ve only been in Spring, so our water activities were limited to boating. My teen says the dock is perfect for sunbathing if the weather’s warm. The sunset view is fantastic!

Lake Hartwell Gem

We rented the property at the last minute for a fishing trip and all 4 of us loved the property and would absolutely stay there again! Place was clean, well maintained and very very comfortable. Glad we stayed there and would do it again next year if the tournament is back there.

Wedding Weekend

Perfect spot for our family of 6 (all adults) to stay for a very special family wedding! Two parents (60s) and our four adult 'kids' (20s).... plenty of beds, bedrooms, and bathrooms to accommodate all. Outdoor activities to entertain.. we just wish we would.'ve had more time to enjoy the property. Hope to return here again in the future, because it was a very relaxing space. (husband even worked remotely from the sunroom!) Thank you to our Hosts, you have an amazing home! Thank you for sharing!!

Unsafe home

My wife fell down the stairs at this property, Which landed her in the ER with a lot of injuries. The handrail to the basement is not much of a handrail. Also, be careful taking a shower. All showers have a bath fan inside the shower. You may have a hair-raising experience. The worst part besides my wife falling was the response from the property manager. We told him about the fall and they were like O sorry. Well if I had someone fall at my property I would go over and see what was going on. Another thing is that we have THOUSANDS in medical bills, and the owner won't file anything under his homeowner's insurance. Just crickets. I will not be using VRBO for any other rentals. They don't protect my family from accidents and unsafe homes to stay at.

Brand new, beautiful, well stocked

This home is beautiful, brand new, and well stocked! I can honestly say that you need nothing, just bring yourself. You will feel right at home! The owner is so nice, professional, and responds immediately! Great location and only a short mile to Lake Hartwell.

Perfect spot for family and a Clemson Game

Our family loved staying together at this home on the lake. We were in town for a Clemson game and it was an easy drive. Very clean property with a great set up for kids with the basement room. The pontoon boat rented separately from the homeowner via Boatsetter was also a big highlight for everyone!

Great Lake Home

This is a wonderful lake property. Very clean. The dock has a covered slip and plenty of room to lay out in the sun. We spent evenings on the large screen porch playing games and at the well stocked fire pit. It’s large kitchen and eating area, and the beds are comfortable. The basement looked like fun, although the good weather kept us outdoors. We are definitely coming back next year for a longer stay. Thanks to our host Randy.

Great house! Perfect location!

The house was perfect for a family with 7 adults and a toddler. Very well equipped from the kitchen to the laundry room. The house was clean and the beds very comfortable. Todd was responsive and has a pontoon boat for rent that he will deliver to the dock. Will definitely return!.

We are from the Upstate of South Carolina and have always loved the water. If we aren’t working, we are somewhere out on the lake enjoying a boat ride, a swim, or one of the many restaurants by water. This love for the lake has given us the desire to let everyone enjoy what we love by providing this beautiful and functional lake home.

We have chosen this home to share with you for a few reasons. First, the water is deep and you can dock your boat in the covered boat slip no matter what the lake level is. Second is location! You are minutes to Green Pond event center and landing, my favorite restaurant ( The Galley ), exit 19 Clemson Blvd for just about anything you need , Clemson University, and grocery stores. And third, the house itself. Sitting on a gentle sloping lot with a beautiful view of the lake makes all your worries fade away.
