Tucked away in a quiet, deep water cove, this cozy yet surprisingly spacious one-bedroom guest house is your private lakeside escape. With your own covered dock and peaceful waterfront setting, you’ll enjoy the perfect balance of relaxation and convenience.
Ideally located just south of I-85 and centrally positioned on the lake, the property makes getting here easy while keeping you away from the crowds. There’s ample space for multiple trailers, plus electric charging making it an excellent choice for anglers, boating enthusiasts, and fishing tournament stays. A public boat ramp is just minutes away for quick and easy access to open water.
Inside, the 550-square-foot bedroom area is designed to comfortably accommodate larger groups. Sleeping arrangements include a king bed, queen bed, double bed, a queen sleeper sectional, and a queen conversion chair plenty of room for family, friends, or your tournament crew. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, along with both a Keurig and traditional drip coffee maker to start your mornings right.
Step outside and the experience truly shines. Relax on the large patio with an outdoor TV, gather around the fire pit under the stars, rinse off in the outdoor shower after a day on the lake, or launch one of the provided kayaks from the sandy beach area. And of course, your covered dock is ready and waiting for your boat.
