Dockside 205: ¡todo lo que pueda desear en una escapada perfecta a la playa! Dock Holiday es un condominio recientemente renovado frente al mar a solo 3 minutos a pie de la playa de arena de azúcar, el paseo marítimo, restaurantes, tiendas, vida nocturna y más. Las vistas son espectaculares, y disfrutarás viendo a los delfines y manatíes desde la ventana y el balcón de tu comedor.

El condominio incluye todas las comodidades del hogar, ¡más algunas! Es perfecto para dos parejas, familias o solteros o parejas que les gusta el espacio extra. La suite principal tiene una cama King y el segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas Queen. El salón también tiene un cómodo sofá cama. Las suites de un dormitorio están en lados opuestos de la cocina / comedor / sala de estar, por lo que son perfectas para la privacidad. Ambas habitaciones tienen grandes armarios, vestidores, televisores de pantalla plana y mesas de noche. Un baño incluye una bañera / ducha y el otro tiene una ducha a ras de suelo. Hay una caja fuerte estilo hotel en la unidad y puede establecer su propio código de acceso.

La cocina completamente funcional incluye electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, encimeras de granito, platos, ollas, sartenes y todos los utensilios que necesita para preparar sus propias comidas o disfrutar de comida para llevar en cualquiera de los restaurantes cercanos. Dock Holiday was the perfect spot to stay while spending a week in Clearwater Beach. The unit was clean and comfortable and well-equipped for simple vacation cooking. Excellent location with relaxing view as well as walking distance to the beach and several nice restaurants and bars. Clean and spacious apartment with all ammenities needed to have comfortable family vacation. Spacious parking place. 7-10 minutes drive to a Publix store, 20-30 min to Costco, 35-40 minutes to Tampa airport (of course depending on the trafic). Also, very attentive and eager to accommodate hosts. Strongly recommend!

Traveled with another couple and the condo was perfect for 4 adults. Very comfortable and weSpent mornings outside on the balconyoverlooking the bay with our coffee. Saw dolphins one day and enjoyed watching the Egret who seemed to have adopted one particular house as his own VRBO.Unit is very well cared for, and the view at night is fantastic looking out at the lights and boats of CWB. Convenient to the beach and yet far enough way to be able to relax at night on the balcony with a cocktail or two. Host is very responsive to any questions or concerns. Beach chairs and umbrella with wagon was a nice touch too. Highly recommend Dock Holiday!

Everything about the property, area and total experience was top notch. Check in process was easy. The property was updated and nicely decorated, clean and well stocked with bathroom towels, kitchenware and even beach gear (beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, toys...and a beach wagon). The location was great as we walked everywhere including the beach (two short blocks), restaurants (too many to name), coffee shops, icecream shops, souvenir shops, etc. The kids also enjoyed the onsite pool as a break from the beach. The owners, Kit and Gary, were very attentive and very responsive. An overall great experience. Next time we're in Clearwater Beach, Dock Holiday will be the place we stay!

Check-in was quick, simple and all done online. Wi-Fi access was great as well as cable/roku options. Property was lovely, clean, well-equipped, spacious and nicely decorated. Two nice size bedrooms, two bathrooms both with showers. A well-stocked kitchen, plenty of areas to sit and relax or have a meal/snack. 5-minute walk from public beach access. Close to many restaurants, mini-golf, jet skis companies, shops and the Pier.

Dock Holiday was Perfection

We loved our stay at Dock Holiday. The place was so cute, clean, and within a short walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Our rental also included everything we needed for our vacation from washer and dryer, dishwasher, to extra blankets, and all the beach necessities (chairs, umbrella, wagon etc). If we come back to Clearwater, we will definitely stay here. Highly recommend!

This condo and owner Kit are a 10 plus! I am sovery picky when it comes to rentals. The condo was so wonderful and clean with beautiful views. A huge bonus was it was fully stocked with essentials like beach gear, coffee and so much more for cooking. We enjoyed the sunrise from the comfy outside chairs. A little peace of heaven

We stayed here for 4 nights and just wish we could’ve stayed for longer! Beautiful Condo, the owners have thought of everything that you might need during your stay. It was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. My favourite part was sitting outside on the veranda having my coffee overlooking the stunning bay. The owners were very quick when it cane to replying to messages. Can’t wait to return next year!

Gary and I are from the Midwest and knew that once our kids were off to college that we wanted to live someplace warm during the winter months! We had visited Clearwater Beach several times over the years, so chose to rent a condo for a month back in 2012. We liked it so much, we rented for three months the next year and five months the following year. At that point, we knew that Clearwater Beach was where we wanted to stay, so we bought a house on North Clearwater Beach and now live there nine months of the year.

In 2017, we decided to invest in a condo that we could use when family and friends came to visit, plus rent out to guests looking for a great beach vacation and/or to check out Clearwater Beach for a potential winter vacation spot, just like we did years ago. We looked at several buildings, but selected Dockside Condominiums because of its superb proximity to the beach, shops, restaurants, marina, and other local attractions. We renovated that condo and named it Dock of the Bay. That condo was so popular, we bought and renovated the condo next door in 2019 and named it Dock Holiday,

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The first thing we did after purchasing our condo was to hire a carpenter to do a major renovation and an interior designer to create an upscale "beachy" concept. We are thrilled with the results and hope you will be too! The patio, pool, sundeck, and dock all overlook the bay. You'll see gorgeous sunrises and dolphins playing right from your dining room window!
