Clearwater Beach Luxury Waterfront Townhome Unidad 6

Lujo, unidad final, casa frente al mar con ascensor privado, amarre para botes y garaje privado. Decoradas con buen gusto, más de 2,200 pies cuadrados, tres habitaciones completas cada una con su propio baño y TV. Agregamos un área para dormir en el garaje que tiene dos camas individuales. También sacamos las alfombras de las habitaciones y alicatamos el piso. La suite principal tiene una gran bañera de esquina, de hidromasaje y una cama king size. El dormitorio en el piso principal tiene un colchón de matrimonio y el otro dormitorio de arriba tiene una reina. Encimeras de granito y techos de gran volumen en todo. La cocina está totalmente equipada y está abierta a la sala de estar. Disfrute relajándose en el patio de la planta baja o en el balcón de la sala de estar. Nuevos televisores en cada habitación y sala de estar. WiFi es gratuito.

Solo hay seis unidades en el edificio que comparten la piscina y tenemos un amarre privado para botes que puede usar.

Admitimos mascotas, pero solicite que su mascota pese menos de 15-20 libras con nuestra discreción.

Esta propiedad se encuentra en Bayway Blvd, en la niebla de Clearwater Beach, a solo 15 minutos a pie del muelle 60. Puede pescar en el muelle, nadar en la piscina o solo está a una corta caminata (aproximadamente una cuadra y media), hasta la playa. Hay un minigolf al otro lado de la calle. ¡No te pierdas a Winter, el delfín estrella de la película Dolphin Tale en Clearwater Marina!

Great property in a great location in Clearwater Beach

This house was fantastic and exactly as advertised. We had 6 adults and a baby for a couple of days. Walking to the beach was quick and painless. Easier than trying to park there. Mini golf is right across the street. Ice cream and restaurants are in walking distance. We love this part of Clearwater Beach. We'll stay here again. Lori was a great host.

Perfect location, everything you need except a decent coffee maker. That was the only disadvantage but we got to enjoy the surrounding coffee shops!!

Amazing in EVERY WAY!!!

From the outside through each of the three occupancy levels, this property invites you to enter, relax, and enjoy! Tile baths (3!), hardwood floors, granite countertops, state of the art appliances, it’s like a 5 star hotel, with all the comforts of home! Did I mention a jacuzzi in the master suite?? And the views!! Each morning , we set on the deck and watched dolphins swimming and playing in the bay!!! And comforT level was astounding!! Very comfortable beds and pillows, more towels than we could use in a week

Fantastic!

We were in the area to enjoy spring break and an extended family wedding. The location was fantastic for us (adults and kids from 9-14)! It was out of the hussle of the main area, but completely walkable to everything we wanted and needed to do. The house is a fantastic layout with lots of space. There really isn't anything more we could have asked for.Our one comment: some of the bedding/pillows could use a refresh, but everything was fine enough and we managed.

Great location, quiet but close to the fun

Clean place, lots of supplies and room to enjoy. One side of place is quite intercostal. Saw dolphins in early evenings. Other side is a short walk to all the Clearwater action. Would definitely stay here again. The only thing that would make it better is if the bonus room had a bathroom, not a big deal though. Pool looked nice, but our visit did not have the time to use it.

Great stay!

We loved this townhouse! First off end unit so tons of natural light coming in! Pool was very warm, kids were in it every day! Great location, walking distance to the market, surf shops, beach and TONS of restaurants! Short drive to Tampa Airport. Would totally stay here again!

Excellent experience

This condo was clean, stocked as listed, great location, and perfect for a family vacation with our 3 adult children and their significant others. The property manager and owner were very quick to respond to the small issues we had (electrical outlet needed to be repaired, hot tub reset, light bulbs & batteries replaced). Only disappointment was the heater for the shared pool was still waiting to be replaced so the water was too cold to use the pool. We would definitely recommend.to others.

The property was beautiful and spacious, we had a large group and nobody was on top of each other. The pool was wonderful and there were plenty of beach items we were able to use. The location to the beach was a little farther than I had pictured from the description. It was within walking distance but definitely easier to drive with beach items.

Excellent stay

We had a family of 7 stay and enjoyed everything about this unit. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, and have some privacy yet also be together as a family. The bay views and pool added so much bonus, as well as the ability to walk everywhere…for food, to enjoy the sights, even to play miniature golf (right across the street). Beaches are close (busy or quiet-your choice) and there are many restaurants nearby to choose from. It is situated between the quieter and busier sections, depending which you prefer. The unit was comfortable and clean and stocked with the necessities to get you started. Any questions were answered immediately and a brief issue with the a/c was fixed promptly. We even saw dolphins in the bay and at the beach 3 different times! Would stay again!

Layout is amazing

We loved the location , the layout and the pool . The place could really use some updating .. and a deep cleaning . I would suggest leather furniture ! Other then that we had a amazing stay and communication was amazing

Great place!!

We loved this place! It’s in a great location. Not right on the beach but that was great for us because the beach area is too busy for our liking. A short walk to the main beach or a very short drive in the golf cart or car to a more private beach. Great communication with the host. We didn’t have any problem but she answered any questions we had immediately. We would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous Condo

This condo was perfect for my family. It was very spacious! Everyone had room to spread out. Our host was very prompt at getting back to us with any questions. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony overlooking the bay every day and watching the Dolphins.

Loved it!

We enjoyed our stay! The property is as pictured, clean. Beds were comfortable. The master bedroom is HUGE! Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Location is great because it’s quiet there but you’re a short (10 min) walk from all the action. My husband and sons fished from the dock and we enjoyed the pool. Plenty of stores, restaurants close by. You could totally Uber from the airport and not need a car again until time to go back to airport to go home Definitely recommend!

Joint family vacation

This property was perfect for 2 families traveling together. Close to so many great restaurants and beaches but not too close to the larger touristy areas. The pool was great and we loved the added bonus of seeing dolphins every day. I only wish the bedroom on the lower level had a bathroom. Lori, the host was very prompts to respond and fielded questions and other issues. Beautiful views of he sunrise from the roof and balcony. There was an elevator in our unit that was convenient to get up to the roof. I would recommend this to anyone traveling to Clearwater!

Review

Property was very nice , in a convenient area. Place could have used a deep spring cleaning but who know we could be on verge of the next one . Not dirty overall but needed a little love in corners and grout etc . Master bedroom was beautiful but the bed was broke and the mattress was completely uncomfortable and due for a change not just the mattress topper trying to patch it up. We would definitely stay here again , would jest verify bed was fixed and mattress replaced !

We are close two block walk to the beach and all the activities in Clearwater Beach. Having a private garage without having to pay for beach parking is one of the best benefits you can have while staying with us. The wild life is incredible. You can see all kinds of birds, fish, dolphins and manatees almost every day!
