The home was clean & ready upon arrival. Russell quickly responded to my one phone call/question. I appreciated how cold our upstairs suite stayed, given it was the worst heat of the summer. I also liked the supplies that were stocked in case we needed them, such as paper towels, plenty of bath towels, plastic containers for food, garbage bags, etc. The built-in microwave had broken, so Russell made sure we had a temporary one in the meantime. I was very pleased with my stay here & would book the same place again!

The condo had everything we needed. . The enclosed porch needed a screen and outside furniture. We love the location. It was near the lake and Cedar Point. Russell was a good host. He was quick to address all questions.

Great Place And Family Friendly

Large spacious spaces 3 story so great for a large family. Close to EVERYTHING! Cedar Point, PIB, Kelly’s Island, Catawba Island. We had an issue with the WIFI and Russ owner/property manager promptly called spectrum and fixed it ASAP. WE CAN’T WAIT TO COME BACK.

Nice location and pool; not fancy

While this townhome could definitely use a facelift, it was fairly priced and in a great location. Please be aware that the “view” is no longer of a golf course but a new slew of “houses” - if you look over them from the third floor deck you can see Lake Erie sunrise. The pool is shared by all units but nice. Kitchen is stocked with essentials and washer/dryer/dishwasher all work well.

Needs a deep clean

We loved the pool but the townhouse needs a thorough deep clean. There was a sock left on the stairs which leads me to believe the steps weren't vacuumed. It was filthy under the beds and along all the baseboards. It was full of cobwebs and spiders in the corners of the ceilings. The front door had tons of bugs around it. We needed to use Raid and we even used the vacuum to suck up bugs in the first floor bathroom. In the master bath, a covering to hide the plumbing would just fall right out of the wall. The furniture could use an update. We did not appreciate that we could not rent the place without paying for insurance as well. The washer and dryer were very nice. The location was great for us to enjoy a Guardian's baseball game and Cedar Point amusement park.

We had some bug issues in the first floor bathroom. There was some left over food in cupboards and fridge from previous people. The manager answered any questions I had in a very timely manner. We all enjoyed the pool. There was plenty of room

dirty,moldy shower curtain, broken shades in master bedroom, dirty floors and carpeting, old dirty furniture.Stove never cleaned in years. Needs an upgrade Loved the pool, not a bad area, but dont list this one as luxury

Family celebration

Nice location to do multiple things. Beds could/should be upgraded, as they were all a too saggy. Owner was easy to work with, since there was confusion in arrival dates. Overall, we still had a lovely vacation!

In need of repair and cleaning

The place could be nice with some TLC. It was very dirty and hot when we arrived. A/C wasn’t working for first 3 days and we roasted. There were dirty dishes left in sink, 3 of the bathrooms were gross, pee on toilet seats, the towel rack in upstairs bath was off the wall, splashes of food all over the microwave, oven was filthy, couches are worn and were filthy, chair cover filthy, our cups and my laptop got stuck on the tables when we tried to pick them up. There was water dripping in closet on middle level and the pile of blankets and pillows were soaked. The ceiling in closet is totally moldy. Beds were horribly uncomfortable. Springs sticking in your back. One bed had a foam pad that helped slightly but it was smaller than the mattress size. The opening cover to access plumbing in upstairs bath fell out of wall into tub. Walls were half painted. The back desk is rotted and screen missing. We didn’t feel safe standing on deck. Carpets are stained. Tons of bugs by front door. Shower curtain on first floor bath was moldy. I hate to be this critical because the place could really be nice with some effort. We did a lot of cleaning while we were there so it would be nice to be reimbursed the cleaning fee we paid. There was plenty of parking. Washer and dryer worked well. Kitchen was stocked well with appliances and dishes.

Great Getaway!

Perfect location for catching up with family and relaxing with beautiful sites. All the tools needed for yummy meals and comfortable sleeping. Will visit again!

Great location and condo, nice pool.

Place was nice, but there was some lack of cleaning and upkeep of condo. Linens were left in washer and dryer when we arrived. Dead bugs on walls at entrance.

Very happy with the rental. The online picture showed a great golf course view but it was no longer there. Our real disappointment was there was nothing that was walkable. But inspire of that we loved the place and had a great time.

This was a great place to stay. The owner was the nicest man and answered us when we needed him.

My grandmother is 89 and she enjoyed every moment. Yes there is a lot of stairs but she did great. Her favorite part was the view from the master bedroom where she slept. She loved just looking at the water and the birds. ❤️ Such an enjoyable week. We also enjoyed the Marblehead light house( again she did those steps), the Jett express to Put n Bay and a twice the beautiful twin oast brewery. It was nice that everything was basically located off the same road.The pool at the cando was very relaxing too. Thank you to the owner for such a nice place to replace for a week.

Close to Marina

The townhome has lots of steps and is not suitable for disabled people. Lots of bugs on the lower level and carpet had some stains. Lots of extra towels, washcloths and sheets in the home to use. Washer and dyer were nice and used almost everyday. Plenty of dishwasher tablets and laundry detergent to use. The view from the balcony's overlook a golf course and slightly of the lake, which was nice. The mattress in the one bedroom upstairs with double beds need replaced because they were lumpy and used a blanket folded up underneath me, which helped. Their were no hot pads but good amount of dishes and utensils. Overall the place was good and convenient for what we were doing for the week.

Quality time

Had a wonderful time with family. This property allowed the whole extended family to stay and bond. We went to the local store to pick up essentials, so we could cook instead of ordering out. There were enough utensils, pots and pans, and dinnerware. We used the second floor loft area to host game nights and watch movies. Very comfortable rooms, convenient washer and drier made life easier . Kids enjoyed the pool, which was in walking distance.All and all, fun was had by the whole family.

Family vacation

The condo was great for our family. A family member was a Bay Point member, so we were able to use it as guests. Because of that, the condo location was perfect. Other than the carpet needing cleaned or replaced, we would definitely use it again in the future.

Great place to stay by the water.

This is the 5th time we have stayed in one of the units in the building. They are all very spacious and comfortable. We love the Marblehead area and have been visiting the area our whole lives.

Nice place

This townhouse is very spacious and stocked extremely well. We had plenty of towels, toilet paper, blankets, kitchen supplies etc. The carpet needs replaced badly, some updating is needed and the windows could use darkening curtains. The sun comes blazing thru very early. The beds are also very uncomfortable, for our taste. Another helpful feature would be if we had access to the beach right in front of townhouse. Pool was nice and overall we greatly enjoyed ourselves. Thank you!

Nice place to stay and tour the islands!

We enjoyed our stay. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. There was plenty of space for our group of 4. Views of the Lake are nice. Only a few minor issues...the kitchen needs more mixing/serving bowls and baking sheets (we did alot of our own cooking/baking) and there could have been nicer and more outdoor furniture. Also the decks could have been cleaned of all the bugs and cobwebs. Otherwise it was a nice and relaxing place to stay and not far from amenities.

Great property!

Great place! Could use a new carpet here and there, but it smelled of bleach when we walked in! It was clean, spacious and well kept. Russ was accommodating and kind!
