Our Valentine get-away

We were so happily surprised when we opened the door to this beautiful condo! The marina views and sunset shows were spectacular! The condo was filled with anything we could need and the abundance of towels was amazing! We all slept like babies in the comfy beds and would definitely stay with you again!

Loved location

Location is great and the view from condo is breathtaking had a little problem with parking that no one really fixed we had to find the person parking in our spot ourselves to make them move other than that loved it.

We have stayed at this condo before and the location is very nice after a long day on the beach or the boards its nice to come back and unwind its peaceful, the marina is right out you back door over looking the bay , the condo was very clean and well equipped

Location was excellent with quiet beautiful views from the deck, condo and pool very clean. Could use some upgrades — bathroom faucets, screen door doesn’t slide so we left it open and the refrigerator was old and didn’t stay very cold or freeze ice ( we had to buy ice and it was slowly melting in the freezer). Upon arrival the AC was not working — it took 24 hours and 5 phone calls but the unit was fully replaced and we had a nice cool stay after that. Overall a great location and good condo for a weeks vacation.

Overall Very Nice

Pros: -Great location -Furniture comfy in condo and rooms were spacious -Pool was great to have -Balcony spacious -Extra bath towels were nice to have The view ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Cons: -Screen door hard to open -Blinds broke as soon as we opened them at the balcony door -Living room tv stations didn’t come in clear. Had to use bedrooms for tv Suggestions: -Could use another table for balcony -Should change the description as it still mentions previous work in balcony from 2023 -Didn’t need keys for elevator so it’s not really needed to get them and then have to return in way out of town **Please Change the parking description. It lists 2 parking spaces. This is incorrect. It should say there is 1 off street parking. When you mention 2 spaces that means 2 off street spaces. Thankfully there was 1 space left across the street. Overall great place. Thank you very much!

We appreciate your honest review, as it helps us to identify areas for improvement and provide our guests with the best possible experience. Regarding the issues you mentioned, the homeowner has been made aware of your suggestions regarding the blinds, and they are working on getting them fixed. Additionally, we regret the TV stations were not coming in clearly in some of the rooms. To clarify, there are two spaces for this unit. One is under the building, parking space #209, and the second one is located in the overflow lot behind the swimming pool along the marina, which is also marked with space #209. Street parking is metered and requires payment. The HOA is aware of the switch to the elevator on the ground floor not operating correctly, and they are working to fix it as soon as possible. The online description will be updated to reflect accurate information about the balcony and any previous work that may have been done. We're glad to hear that you enjoyed the great location, comfortable furnishings, spacious rooms, and the pool. We hope that despite the minor issues, you had an overall pleasant visit and will stay with us again.

Great location but needs updates

Positives: The location is great. It's very close to the boardwalk. The view of the marina is lovely. Parking is convenient (though figuring out the numbering system in the garage is tricky). The condo was clean. Downsides: The queen bed had the worst mattress I've ever slept on. This is not an exaggeration. I ended up sleeping on the couch instead until finding the air mattress the next day. If the owners don't want to buy a new mattress, I'd at least recommend a foam topper. The blinds had broken/missing slats so there was no privacy in the living room at night. The kitchen was not well stocked. It had the bare minimum. I was surprised there was not a cheese grater. I consider that a staple. I also recommend adding a blender, but that's not expected. The patio furniture is lacking and really needs an upgrade. At least adding a coffee table out there, but ideally some cushioned patio chairs. Right now it's a few very uncomfortable plastic chairs.

Horrible service by VRBO - will be sharing my experience

Great location, property has been allowed to deteriorate and VRBO did not respond to basic requests for back gate pass and replacement of broken Cable box. The apt was priced well without your fee; with your fee and lack of service, I take my vacation $'s and spend them elsewhere.

Great Location

Overall, the location is excellent and the view is amazing. It is a very short walk to the boardwalk and many restaurants. There is a nice convenient store a couple blocks away. The condo had a nice, open floor plan and plenty of space for our family of 4. I gave it 4 stars because the because the bathrooms could be updated (even just changing the faucets would make a big difference), and Vacasa did not respond to my messages via vrbo. I had to call them and then text using the number given in the automated message. I messaged them twice, a couple days apart with a question and got no response. Having said this, I would probably stay there again for the spaciousness of the condo, the view, and the location.

Condo had a nice layout, adequate furnishings and amenities. Peaceful watching the boats in the bay, close to the boardwalk and a lot of restaurants. Really needs a new fridge. Do not bring perishable items unless you plan to store them in a cooler.

Location & view were wonderful. Unfortunately the refrigerator was not working properly. Did not keep food cold & freezer didn’t make ice. Previous renters had the same complaint as written in the guest book. Condo needs maintenance. Proximity to beach, boardwalk, restaurants & activities was excellent.

Amazing view

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is in a great location, minutes from the Boardwalk. It is very well appointed, we basically did not need anything extra for the weekend we were there. What makes it really special is the view from the balcony, overlooking the water and marina, truly unforgetable!

Very Nice

We enjoyed our stay and the view was great but the 1 issue I had was the air conditioning did not really provide any relief from the heat. We could barely sleep due to being uncomfortable and sweaty. Everything else was great! Great access to the boardwalk.

Great Place

The location and view of the marina was very relaxing. The condo had everything a person could ask for. The sliding patio screen door should be replaced but with no flying insects the door can be kept open. I would highly recommend this location for adults. This is not a location out of control drunken teenagers.

Great Location!! Wonderful View!!

Lovely weekend in this great condo!! Enjoyed morning coffee while taking in the beautiful view, Condo is close to boardwalk & easy access to the beach!! We were there for a girls weekend get-a-way, so we didn’t really use the kitchen, but it looked like it had the basics for those staying longer or wanting to eat in. The coffee maker was a little tricky, but we were able to figure it out & got it to work. It was missing luggage carts, which would have been helpful (they did have a few old shopping carts that we used, luckily it was only for a few days, so we didn’t have a lot of luggage). Overall we had a great stay!

Absolutely loved this condo!

This condo was clean, spacious, very well maintained and nicely decorated. And the view overlooking the bay was spectacular! It was great to sit on the porch watching the sunset! It’s close to the boardwalk, bars and restaurants. 10/10 will stay here again!
