Disfrute del lujo de uno de los mejores complejos de condominios de Ocean City. El reloj de mar está situado en St 115o y Coastal Hwy en frente al mar, cerca de tiendas, restaurantes, cine y por supuesto la playa. Muchas instalaciones del edificio incluyen: piscinas cubiertas y al aire libre, pistas de tenis, gimnasio, sauna, sala de juegos enorme, merienda y fuente de soda, parque infantil, cancha de baloncesto, en la casa cine que proyecta películas seleccionadas por los clientes, y un hermoso patio interior con fuentes. Este recién reformado 2 dormitorios más den, dos unidades de baño está en el piso 9 en el lado sur del edificio, y está equipada con una cocina completa, lavadora / secadora, lavavajillas, microondas, aire acondicionado central, wifi, y Netflix. Y nuevos para el 2015 - un nuevo baño principal y los nuevos pisos en salón y dormitorio principal. No hay cargo adicional de $ 40 para el Registro de Vehículos a pagar en la oficina de seguridad en la entrada del garaje. No fumar, no mascotas.

Our little family of 3 had a great vacation and a big part of that was the comfortable, oceanfront condo. We were able to have great views of the ocean from the large patio. The 2 screened in patio sliders allowed for listening to the ocean the whole time we were there. And the walk out to the beach was so accessible! We didn’t have time to enjoy any of the other amenities like the pools or the cinema, but we will try to take advantage the next time we stay at this property!

The check in process was easy. The owners were very responsive when we had a question. Some items were left in the dressers and under the dressers, but otherwise clean.

We have been coming to Ocean City for years, and this by far was the best condo we have stayed in. The condo has beautiful views, is spacious, and very clean. We definitely will be back.

Great location for young family

We stayed in early June with our 2.5 year old. While the ocean water was on the colder side, our daughter enjoyed dipping her toes in and swimming in the indoor pool. Definitely a family friendly property! Would stay again!

The property was updated from the pictures posted. Our family of 5 stayed there comfortably. Sea watch had soo many amenities- all nice and clean. We loved the easy access to beach. We have stayed in ocean city about 2xs a year for the past 9 years and this is by far our favorite place! Thank you!

Perfect Family Getaway

We truly enjoyed our stay. The property was exactly as advertised and suited our needs perfectly. We loved all the amenities Sea Watch had to offer as well. The owner was very responsive. We were sad to leave!

Great view and property

This unit is good for a couple or a small family. Clean, decorated comfortably and has everything you need. Elevators are very well maintained as they accommodate many units. Parking adequate and costs $55 for the week. Beach is very accessible. Pool is very nice for a change. There is so much to do and there are plenty of good restaurants. Everything is walkable especially the supermarket.

Gorgeous views = instant vacation!!

We had an amazing time at this condo and in Sea Watch. The condo was very accommodating and comfortable. All beds were comfy for a good nights rest. Decorated very beachy and it had such a homey feel. We loved the balcony with views of the ocean and parts of the bay. Every morning we stepped out and it felt so amazing to immediately see the ocean. Overall the condo had everything we needed. The pics show carpet but it’s actually flooring, which was a nice surprise. There was no ice maker in the freezer so we had to be on top of making ice, and the bathtub doesn’t hold water, which was tricky with little kids, but we managed to get them clean :-) Access to the beach was so easy. The pools are very nice and clean. My kids preferred the indoor pool bc it was slightly warmer. The playground seems brand new and also very nice and shady through many parts of the day so it wasn’t hot (it’s updated from what the listing pics show). The movie theater in the building was a cool feature we enjoyed. The little cafe on property is great with many options and reasonable prices. I will say that check in through the parking garage it was pretty chaotic. There was a long line with a lot of angry people. They only take cash and it’s $50 (not $40). And the parking garage is in a separate building from the condos, so you need to take two separate elevators. Overall a great vacation. We will definitely stay here again!!

Great vacation

We enjoyed our stay! The property owner was amazing and always responded quick. Very nice condo...views are amazing! The mall is right across the street, grocery store within walking distance. The washer and dryer are outside, in the storage room...less sand in the condo. There is a little pizza shop on the first floor, by the atrium (which is beautiful). They have good food and ice cream. They have a movie theater that shows different movies throughout the day. Parking garage is secure, with a security guard before you enter the garage. One thing we didnt care for...there is no privacy on the balcony, at all. Over all, we had a wonderful stay!

Wonderful Fall Get Away

Spent a long weekend with my wife and 6-year-old. Great place, with tons of entertainment, a good condo layout, and a relaxing balcony overlooking the ocean. We would definitely stay here again.

Dance Competition

We stayed an entire week for my daughter’s National Dance Competition. Ocean City was beautiful. MANY things to do and see. Great beaches. Sea Watch Condos were Very Nice. Much better for us than a Hotel would’ve been.

Great OC, MD stay!!

This is the second year we stayed in this condo. The owner is just such a pleasant woman. You text or email her and she responds quickly with a solution, if you have a problem. The condo is decorated with a beautiful beach theme!!!! Great facility and amenities! Wonderful views! Love it there!

Nice condo with great view and amenities.

Condo was great for our small family trip. Beach views were fantastic and the pools were great too. Rental was fully equipped with household necessities and beach gear. There was a nice sitting room in addition to the living room area. Would definitely stay here again!

Relaxing and hassle-free stay

We had a wonderful stay and the condo was exactly as it appears in the photos and as it's described. The furniture and layout make it easy for multiple people to stay comfortably. The view is incredible - both the ocean and bay. Early-season they were planting flowers and staining the deck around the pool adding to the look of a well-maintained building. If anyone is looking to work remotely, the wifi is excellent and 2 of us were able to work during the same hours with no connectivity problems at all! The owner was the most responsive and gracious host. The only hiccup was that when we arrived, we knew from the listing that we would be paying for parking in the garage, but we didn't realize that only cash was accepted. We were not able to park until we found an ATM to get the money, only a minor inconvenience since there are many places around but I wish I would have known that in advance. Overall, an incredible rental, We hope to be back as soon as possible.

Lovely anniversary getaway

Beautiful views front both front and back doors of this condo. Really appreciated that it felt more like someone lent us their home for a week vs normal rental with locks on every door. Would gladly stay there again.

We are Maryland natives that grew up going to the ocean for summer vacations. We have fond memories of the boardwalk, Thrasher Fries, Jolly Rodger Amusement park, and spending entire days on the beach with the family. We bought our place at the Sea Watch to continue the traditions with our family.

The Sea Watch is unique in Ocean City with its amenities and secluded, elegant feel. The quality shows from the moment you enter the facility. The location is excellent and gives you ready access to all Ocean City offers, and is a 20 minute drive from the Assateague Island national seashore and the Delaware Beach towns of Bethany and Rehobeth. It is simply a superb unit, in a great facility, and delivers the relaxation and enjoyment every family wants from a vacation.
