Welcome to this charming, immaculate beachfront cottage on beautiful Newfound Lake. This updated property, which sleeps 6 (# of adults limited to 2), has one bedroom with queen size bed, a loft with 2 twin mattresses and a full size pull-out sofa. The cottage has AC, internet, smart tv and the largest bathroom in the complex which has been recently updated. Close proximity to beachside restaurant, multiple ice cream shops, seafood shack, kayak and paddle board rentals and hilltop fine dining. Located within desirable Pasquaney Shores, the cottage is in a special location that is an exceptional spot for children with its sandy lake floor that has gradual drop-off. We look forward to welcoming you for an unforgettable vacation.

Our Stay at Cottage 4

Beautiful serene landscape with lake and Mountain View’s. The water was very refreshing. The cottage was welcoming and nicely decorated. Nice picnic tables and Adirondack chairs to look out over the water.

Exceptional Stay at a Beautiful Cottage on Newfound Lake!

We had an amazing time at this beautiful cottage on Newfound Lake! The cottage was in great condition and well cleaned. Carol was great to work with and her private beach cottage setting is perfect for our family. She provides a private, sandy beach with cute 7 person cottage. We could access our boat from either morring, or dock.

Cozy Lake House with stunning view

We had a great time staying at this beautiful and cozy lake house during our hiking trip. It has a bedroom with a large queen size bed, pull out couch, and a loft with two beds and can comfortably fit 4 adults. We were amazed by the view!! The lake was so calm without a single ripple, and in the distance we could see the beautiful foliage in different colors. The unit also has temperature control that made it much more hospitable. We really enjoyed the stay and would highly recommend it to anyone who appreciates the lake view and proximity to nature.

Fun Family Trip at the Lake

We had a fun family trip to the Newfound Lake! Would highly recommend this beachfront cottage to other families with young children. Our 5-year-old son loved playing in the sand and grass (and trying to splash in the water even though it was too cold!). The unit itself is a great way to spend time on the lake with incredible views (highly recommend watching the sunrise) and near lots of great hikes. The setting is so peaceful, it was a great escape from the busy-ness of the city we live in. We look forward to returning next year!

Pleasant stay with an amazing view

My partner and I had such a pleasant stay at this beautiful cottage by the lake. The view of the lake and the mountains from the cottage is breathtaking! Our host Carol is a very kind and thoughtful lady, and she is taking such good care of the place. The cottage is super clean, spacious, and has everything we need - we were very impressed by how fast the wifi is there! The location of the cottage is very continent - walking distance to the famous Big Catch restaurant, and a short drive to the Bristol downtown. We are already thinking about coming back next summer for a longer vacation there. Thank you Carol!

Relaxing and scenic- look forward to returning next year

This was a fantastic stay at a beautiful, quiet end of a lake in New Hampshire. The home itself had everything we needed - it was clean and surprisingly spacious. We worked remote during part of the stay and the wifi was great for all our zoom calls. Waking up to the view of the mist coming off the lake as the sun rises was deeply refreshing and a great oasis from busy city life. We look forward to returning each summer!

Fabulous location and cottage

We were in the area for a short stay. This location and cottage couldn't have been nicer! It was very clean and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The owner reached out to us to make sure we had everything we needed and to see if we had any questions! We will definitely be back for a longer stay!
