5 Stars!We had a wonderful stay at this beach house! The home was beautiful, very clean, and well-maintained. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and everything we needed close by. It was a great place to relax and enjoy our vacation. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a great beach getaway. We would absolutely stay here again! Josh was awesome and helped with any questions.. we came right after the hurricane Isaias and he made sure everything was good for us!

Beautiful house. Nice rooms and bathrooms. Very nice for 10 people comfortably, My granddaughter's enjoyed the children's table to play at.

Nice neighborhood. Quiet street. Bring everything you need for the beach, no bikes or anything provided. Great house. Pool is a couple streets over- but you can walk.

Shades of Blue - Thanksgiving week 2022

Good home for multiple family members, adequate space for 6 adults and 2 small children. The subdivision has several homes close by that are under construction and a good amount of road noise from Blue Mountain Beach Rd. We were not aware the public access at Blue Mountain beach was closed, otherwise may have opted for a different location. The home has limited cooking utensils and what's available is well used, so if you plan on cooking be prepared to take your own. The real estate company was prompt with sending a maintenance person to replace the grate on the gas grill in time for our Thanksgiving cookout. Overall we were pleased with the home, but most likely would not stay there again.

Lovely Beach Home

The home is beautiful and extremely clean. The owner is easy to communicate with. The pricing is right. A short walk or drive to dining and beach. The location is close enough to PCB and everything in between to enjoy beaches, shopping and dining outside of Blue Mountain.

First trip to Florida Panhandle

This house was pretty and clean. It looked just like the pictures. I loved renting from this company. They always answered the phone and were very knowledgeable about this property. However the location was too far from the beach and the Blue Mountain Beach was very crowded and difficult to access due to a long walk and a lot of stairs. We drove to Ed Walline Beach daily which was beautiful. Overall house was great and exactly as advertised!

Nice house, great location

House was clean, well-stocked. Downstairs was a bit small for all of us. Bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable. The short walk to red fish taco was a big plus. Food was great and live music most nights. The location was perfect as you were equal distance from Panama City and Destin. The master suite on the first floor(as well as second floor) was perfect as we have a guest that recently had knee replacement.

house was beautiful...very nicely decorated. The owner thought about things that added a nice touch....like the x box, children's books, cake pans, nice wine glasses. We really enjoyed our stay.

Amazing Stay!

We lovvved this beach home! Nice and cozy, sweet and beachy! Perfect closeness (short walking distance) to the beach and perfect location between Destin and Watercolor! Very clean and pristine as described online when we set our vaca dates! Everything in the home worked perfectly and never had any issues. Would highly recommend staying here to anyone, and we would definitely love to stay here again! ☀️🏝🐠🐬

Lovely and quiet getaway!

We really enjoyed our spring break getaway near Blue Mountain Beach. The home is great and the neighborhood as well. Perfect place for a quiet retreat for families.

Natzi HOA

Property was pleasant, location was good. HOA lady was ridiculous with new rules every day. No parking other than immediately in the driveway when others are parked all over the area. No boats allowed anywhere in the neighborhood, golf carts have to stay on driveway as well even to charge them (which is a hard jigsaw puzzle when there are 4 trucks that have to stay in small the driveway also.) The property would be perfect for a small family vacation, but not a large family.

We appreciate your feedback. The driveway can easily accommodate 3 cars, with an additional parking space in front of the house. You are correct – it would be difficult to park 4 trucks and a golf cart in the driveway. We hope you were able to find parking to accommodate your trucks nearby. Unfortunately, the neighborhood HOA does not allow any boats, including pontoons, in the neighborhood due to limited space and the potential for over-crowding the streets and obstructing visibility. It is the responsibility of the HOA representative to safeguard the residents’ property and enforce rules that all those living or renting in the neighborhood must follow. Shades of Blue can easily accommodate a family of 9-10, and also provides a crib and pack-n-play. We hope you enjoyed your stay despite the parking issues.
