Este edificio frente al mar muy popular ubicado en el centro de la ciudad de Ocean City que ofrece una unidad totalmente equipada de 1 dormitorio y 1 baño. Tome su café y vea el amanecer en el porche con vista a la bahía, y vea la puesta de sol desde su unidad. No es necesario encontrar estacionamiento en la playa, tomar su toalla y protector solar y caminar a través de la carretera costera hacia la playa. El Roland E. El Centro de Convenciones Powell, al lado, alberga una variedad de eventos durante todo el año. Estás a una corta distancia a pie de muchos lugares populares en Ocean City, Coconuts Beach Bar & Grill, a pocas cuadras del parque de atracciones Jolly Rogers, Seacrets Bar / Nightclub y demasiados bares y restaurantes para enumerar.

We stayed off season for a cheer competition, but it was great! Everything was just as pictured, clean and beautiful. We had a few things come up, but Tina was super responsive and helpful! We will definitely be back next year.

Great stay!

Convenient location to beach, mot far from boardwalk, although, I walk a lot so 2 miles was not far, but some people mat have a different opinion! Only a block over from the beach. Hoid restaurants nearby. Clean and quiet.

Great spot for a weekend getaway!

We were very pleased with our stay. The unit was clean, well stocked and Tina was great to work with. She answered any questions we had quickly and was very kind. The beds were comfortable and the living area was spacious and cozy. We will certainly be back!

Great Stay!

My family and I had a wonderful time at this property. It was just what we needed, close proximity to everything (beach, food). We loved how quiet and relaxing the property is, especially the bayside dock during sunset. Only thing we wish we were told is to bring towels but we were able to make do! Would definitely recommend to others!

The rental contract (1st paragraph) states that we DO NOT provide towels, and also reiterated the same information in my check in reminder message on 7/25 on VRBO. Great place

This condo is wonderful. Very clean and great location. I am very picky when it comes to beds. I have trouble sleeping and can tell you the beds are so comfortable, I slept every night!! Tina is very responsive to any questions and also checked in to make we were ok.

Best Vacation Ever

If you are looking for a clean,family friendly place to stay look no more. We could not of had a better time. You are so close to the board walk but far away to enjoy the sunset peacefully on the bay. Not to mention we could of spent the whole week at the pool. Thanks again, we will be back!

Tina is an amazing host. She goes above and beyond. The unit was very clean and comfortable and even included extras like all dishes/glasses/cookware, a starter "package" of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, and hand soap. Bradley on the Bay itself is a quiet, inviting condo neighborhood. The pool is private for residents/reserved guests only and it was never packed. We saw quite a few other children of varying ages, but, again, this was a quiet, respectful stay. Even having two kids (12, 5) I appreciated that. We were in town for a dance competition at the Convention Center...we could have easily wlaked there! Chose to drive as I didn't wnat my mini dancer's makeup to run. Wonderful, clean, well equipped first floor unit, accomodating and inviting community, amazing host. 10/10. I highly recommend booking here if you have 4 in your party (or less). Food and activities within walking distance. The North End of the Boardwalk is a 20 minute walk away (which is very close, in my opinion), there are so many activities within walking distance/a short drive. We will be booking again. Tina is exceptional.

beautiful little getaway

the property was wonderful, the owners were very good communicators- We had a few minor issues such as not having the promised toilet paper, paper towels, or hand towels, which Tina promptly had the cleaning crew drop off the paper goods. Using the keypad was tricky at first and we were in the dark with how to use it. We needed to be there one one day to let a dishwasher repair man in to turn on the brand new dishwasher, which probably should have been done before our visit. We found clothing from previous visitors in the washing machine, and the pull out sofa is horribly uncomfortable, but we made it work by just putting sheets on the couch and not even using the pull out. the kitchen is very well stocked, the freezer gets really cold- there is no ice maker, so we brought a tray and made our own quickly. The garbage can had 1 bag with no spares, and a week on vacation we definitely needed more than 1 bag- i wish i knew, i would have brought some. Overall, the place was great- a few hiccups/issues, but they seemed more to be caused by a rushing cleaning crew, who didn't follow Tina's requests. the dehumidifier was helpful, but i shouldn't have had to clean the filter, it was so thick with dust, i didn't want my family breathing that in so i did it. We had to dump the water daily, but we were so thankful to have the dehumidifier! overall impression: the complex is in a great location, the pool is really nice, the unit is very well maintained, the decor is so charming, the owner is super responsive and nice, and the front porch was our favorite spot, this unit has an amazing view or the bay, it's on the first floor, one away from the corner. We are so happy we chose to spend a week in this condo!!

Thank you for your review. We do everything we can for each and every guest. Our rental agreement clearly states that we don't promise that "starter sets" of paper towel, toilet paper...etc will always be available, we always do our best. Our cleaning service is the best in Ocean City and made a special trip 40 minutes back to the unit with supplies for the guest as soon as I called. We have a dehumidifier if the unit to make everyone more comfortable. The waterfront units are very humid during the summer months and the AC has to work extra hard without one. I appreciate everyone's willingness to empty it throughout their stay. Dehumidifiers pull air in, so your not breathing in harmful dust from it. We will continue to monitor the filter. Rental agreements also clearly state that at any point during your stay, maintenance may have to access the unit to make sure appliances are working properly. We have very little time between summer rentals to always have repairs done. We scheduled it first thing in the morning and were in and out in less than 15 minutes so everyone could enjoy their day at the beach. Things come up at a moments notice and we appreciate everyone's flexibility and patience. We hope to have you and your family again.

Stress-free

This unit was very clean, quiet, & comfortable. Walking distance to great restaurants & entertainment. The grounds were well maintained. Felt safe allowing my kids to explore and fish off pier. Pool over looked the bay making it a perfect spot to watch the sunset while swimming. Will definitely return.
