Disfrute de un entorno tranquilo en esta granja moderna para una reunión familiar, una celebración o un poco de relajación. Completamente actualizado pero aún pintoresco y lindo, este alojamiento es la escapada perfecta. Completo con un porche con mosquitero, una sala de juegos en el piso de arriba para los niños (o niños grandes) y una gran cantidad de área al aire libre, este lugar puede y se acomodará.

A su llegada, usted y sus invitados disfrutarán decidiendo qué habitación le queda mejor. ¿Será la suite principal decorada con los populares detalles de cuadros de búfalo o la acogedora habitación delantera completa con una cama trineo y detalles delicados? Everything was perfect for my family during our stay. The area is very quiet making for a peaceful stay. The house is fabulous. The cleanliness to the amenities. It basically has everything you need. The communication with the owner is phenomenal. I would 100% recommend this house for your verbose reservation.

We enjoyed the spacious yard with shade trees and large, screened deck, with television. The kitchen had everything we needed. We had a quiet, relaxing weekend.

Our stay was wonderful! Communication with the host was amazing, and I truly appreciate how accommodating they were for my family and I at the last minute. The house was very clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for our trip. The hot tub was a nice bonus and made our stay even more enjoyable. My family and I will definitely stay again for future visits. Highly recommend!

All of us enjoyed the home it was more than we expected. The day bed up stairs wasn’t comfortable at all we could feel every bed spring so one of the couples left early because of back pain.

Loved the quiet cozy location!

Enjoyed the house very much! It rained the whole time we stayed so we couldn’t really use the hot tub. Still loved the screened in porch and the rooms were really good in space. We have 3 kids and each was able to have their own room. Would love to stay again!

Quiet & peaceful while still close to Waco

We were looking for something peaceful and quiet but still close enough to Waco so that we could make short trips for fun activities. This place was perfect. House was very clean and hot tub is an added bonus.

Nice House and Property Close To Waco

We really loved the nice and quiet house and it is in a wonderful and peaceful location. It is very nice inside and outside and we loved the screened in porch. It was just minutes into Waco to all the places we visited. The premier host provided helpful information before, during, and after our visit. We had a few questions and they responded quickly. We definitely recommend it when planning a visit to Waco.

Great Country Getaway

The property is so cute, tucked away down a country road but close enough to town for amenities. It was well appointed and had all the items needed for our group of 7 to have a nice reunion staycation. We absolutely adored the sunroom and the hot tub. The owners were communicative and helpful for all requests. The only negative point to state was the beds were not the greatest. I think the mattress toppers have been worn down so they all had permanent dips in them. If they replaced those tops this would be the best rental ever.

Adorable Cottage Perfect for Waco Weekend

We rented this home for our daughter’s Baylor graduation weekend. It was a great space and fit our needs well. The home was immaculately clean and even decorated for Christmas! There was coffee and creamer and even snacks. I regret that we weren’t there for longer as I would’ve loved to have enjoyed the hot tub and screened in porch. My only complaint was that the mattresses in the master bedroom, loft and queen sized bedroom were not very comfortable. In particular the master bedroom mattress was way too soft and the loft bedroom had a mattress coil poking my son as he slept. Once that is improved, this place will be somewhere I’d love to come back to! One other caution: this home is out in the country. Not too far from all the Waco sights but it is a bit of a drive. Our family loved the setting. It was serene and a beautiful drive.

Wonderful stay

Nice and quiet is a very accurate description of this wonderful property. It was a perfect location for our family weekend trip to Waco for the Homestead Heritage Fair. The owners were very quick in responding to our questions and making sure we had all of the information for the house in plenty of time before our arrival. Instructions in the home were very clear. The snacks and coffee were very much appreciated. My 5 year old granddaughter loved the upstairs space to sleep and play. The home was clean and comfortable. We hope to visit again soon.

I wanna live here!

It’s always a good stay when you hate to leave and you wish you could take the home back as a souvenir. Such a peaceful stay in a beautiful place. Since we live in the city, we wanted a farm stay in the country while being close to plenty to do and this place delivered that and more. The hot tub was completely private. The furnishings were comfortable. Everything was clean and fresh. We had everything we needed supplied to us for a week long stay in Waco. We will definitely stay again when we’re in town. A wonderful home away from home!

Baylor Graduation

The house is great! Very clean and comfortable. Great location. Well stocked with supplies. The barbecue and hot tub both work great. My only criticism would be that It’s a little farther away from downtown than I thought it would be (about 15 minutes). Not to far out though. Would definitely stay there again.

Lovely farm house

Very well kept house out in the country. Big back yard to watch eclipse. Property managers were very attentive and quickly addressed our needs. Beds were comfortable. Hot tub and grill worked. Plenty of soap products. We brought our Roku and connected to tv no problem. Good WiFi.

80th Birthday Celebration

We celebrated my mother-in-law's 80th birthday during our stay. This property was clean and exactly as advertised. Communication with the host was excellent. This place is out in the country, but we got to most restaurants and things in Waco within 15 minutes. Quiet, nice location.

Aesthetically charming, clean, and perfect for our stay with 8 adults aged 20-83. Master bedroom and another bedroom with soft, comfortable mattresses, roomy, good water pressure. Room with twin beds perfect for daughter and elderly mom using walker. Brother and daughters boyfriend chilled up in “game room,” those mattresses were not that comfortable, however there were enough blankets to pad them. Definitely will stay again since my brother works at Baylor. Wonderful time!

Just like the pictures

We had a great girls trip to Waco and we loved staying here. It is a great location just a few minutes outside of Waco. It was very clean, nicely furnished, and very welcoming. We enjoyed the hot tub after a full day of fun. The property manager kept in touch throughout our stay, was very helpful and gave timely responses. I would highly recommend this rental and would stay here again.

Waco Gem

We had a wonderful experience with Donnie, Jess plus Brandy… the home was just as expected! The hospitality and communication was above and beyond all expectations! We would definitely stay with them again if we come back to Waco. I was in Waco with my four kids ages 9-19 and my mom. The house had plenty of space and plenty to do. Thank you again Donnie for your hospitality and kindness toward our family.
