Brand new construction! King bed in each room, each room has their own private bathroom and walk-in closet. Spacious for your whole group's trip to Waco. Quick drive down 5th St to Magnolia, Baylor University, and all things downtown.

Quick overnight stay and this was a great house for family of 5

Great stay - perfect house

Very clean, well stocked home. Definitely will stay again if ever works out. We stayed for Baylor graduation. Each of the three bedrooms has its on in suite bath. Very comfortable home to stay in. Everyone loved the home, comfortable king beds.

The pictures on the website correspond to the house on site and when you enter the house, you feel at home.The house has a spacious kitchen with a dining area, a comfortable living room, 3 beautiful bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and dressing rooms, a laundry room and direct access to the garage. It is also located in a quiet residential area and you can be in the centre of Waco in 5 minutes by car.If you want to go on holiday in Waco, we recommend this house with all the amenities it offers.

Fantastic work group stay

We loved the White Retreat. Myself and 2 coworkers were very comfortable. We all had separate bedroom en suites. The common areas were great for gathering. Very clean & fresh. We had a little hiccup at the beginning because of storms that knocked out power, but everything turned out great. We will definitely do this again.

Great stay!

This property has all the little things that make a super comfy stay! From the king sized beds and private bathrooms in all the bedrooms to the soft bath towels, the property had it all! Great girls weekend and we will be back!

Central to everything

We had a great stay! The home was perfect for us and our needs. Very clean, spacious, and stocked completely for a comfortable stay. The attention to details that travelers might have forgotten at home was on point! The location was perfect as well. We were minutes from Baylor campus, great dining and night life. Will definitely book again!

Nice Relaxing getaway

Everything about this property is top notch. Just walking through the front door when we arrived, it felt like home away from home. Very clean, welcoming and accommodating. Every bedroom has a bathroom and this worked out well for me and my family with quick turn around showering and getting ready for events. My daughter will be attending school here for the next 3 years which means our family will be visiting waco quite a bit. This property will definitely be home for us every time we are in town. The host was very friendly, courteous and prompt in responding to our messages and needs. The location of the property was also a plus. Very close to baylor campus and the highway. I wish we could stay longer. Looking forward to next time.

A Weekend Away!

My Husband, Children and Grandchild had a wonderful stay! The residence was amazing and the location was perfect for what we planned to do being only minutes away from our activities. The host was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions we had. It was a perfect weekend and we hope to schedule another trip at the same location!

Perfect Place!

Everything about this property was great! The listing was 100% accurate. It was a super clean house, the beds were very comfortable, private baths for each bedroom, and decor was perfect for the property. The location made it easy to reach the Silos and shopping areas, and was close to Baylor. The process for check-in was seamless and the host was very responsive to questions and comments. I highly recommend this property if you need a place to stay in Waco.

Cute, Clean House

We loved this cute, clean house. It was perfect for our group with all three bedrooms having en-suite bathrooms. Being able to park in the garage was great. Huge TV in the living room. The location was ideal. It was really close to everything we wanted to do. Good communication with the host. Any questions we had were answered promptly. I would definitely recommend this house.

Amazing getaway

Incredible pretty much sums up our time spent at this rental. From the ease of check in to the beauty of the space all the way to the amazing attention to detail with the amenities provided that made our stay luxurious, this far exceeded expectations. Our host was very kind and quick to respond. She made us immediately feel welcome. The home was impeccably clean, the decor on point and each living space was equally beautiful and well decorated. The beds were very comfortable and we slept very well. The attention to detail made my girls and I feel spoiled between the wonderful smelling bath products provided and ample towels it made for such a fantastic experience. My only regret is that we were not able to stay longer. As a mother who had planned a one night staycation with my daughters I could not have asked for a more perfect place to make them feel loved and appreciated.In addition, the location of the rental was conveniently located to everything. I highly recommend this rental and host.

Highly recommend this great house!

We had a very comfortable stay here at The White Retreat. It is so clean and in perfect order. The location is great. It was very new, well stocked, nice and quiet, and close to all the Waco attractions we enjoyed. The three king bedrooms were perfect for our group. We can’t wait to book this home again!

Perfect for us gals

Beautifully appointed. Three bedrooms with bath was a must. The garage was an added bonus! A few things to point out- - Kleenex in bedrooms would be greatly appreciated - The paper holder in the black/white bath was hanging loose from wall - We could not figure out how to watch TV without Registering an Amazon account ? - The garage could use a good blowing out. All in all, a great house and would like to stay there next year! Thank you, us gals
