IMPRESIONANTE-TRANQUILO Y SERENE FRENTE AL MAR DUPLEX LADO A LADO - VISTAS PRIVADAS DE ACCESO A LA PLAYA, VISTAS, VISTAS - - -
Disfrute de las vistas espectaculares y espectaculares del océano y de las fabulosas playas de arena blanca de Nueva Jersey desde nuestras amplias terrazas superiores o inferiores, o simplemente relájese y disfrute de nuestro porche cerrado y escuche los sonidos del Atlántico. Estamos frente al mar y tenemos una playa vigilada de temporada con acceso conveniente a la playa, que es perfecta para caminar, trotar, nadar, bombardear, surfear y pescar.

Nuestra única casa de playa dúplex se encuentra en un vecindario residencial menos poblado y tranquilo conocido como Holgate, que se encuentra en la parte sur de la isla. Nuestra casa de playa está ubicada a una milla y media del centro de la ciudad de Beach Haven, donde encontrará maravillosas tiendas, restaurantes, centros de artes escénicas y atracciones en la isla. También estamos a solo una milla del final de la isla, donde encontrará un santuario de vida silvestre y una excelente pesca.


Despiértese con los sonidos del oleaje desde nuestro dormitorio principal con vista al océano, y relájese y disfrute de las puestas de sol en las cubiertas superior e inferior. The location here is unsurpassed. A few steps and you are on the beach. The views from the porches are stunning. Joe and Janice have everything you would need at the house. We had a great week! Thanks guys!

The Perfect Beach House

An absolutely wonderful early October stay on LBI! The beach house was prefect! Comfortable, cozy, exactly what we wanted for a beach vacation. The view from the second floor balcony was amazing! We loved falling asleep to the sounds of the waves crashing. Thank you Janice and Joe!!

Beautiful location

The house was very nice for the price and the location was perfect for us, very quiet with a private beach entrance but close enough to food, shops and activities. The screened in porch was nice when the bugs were out and the deck off the master was beautiful with an amazing view. It was nice that the property was fenced in for our toddler and the outdoor shower was a lifesaver. Wish I knew that there were plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and toys in the shed because it would have saved me some packing, but it was very handy to have.

On the beach comfort.

We had a wonderful time here and the screened porch was where we spent a lot of our time, was perfect. Janice was a very responsive host and even called a neighbor to help us when we locked ourselves out. Would definitely come again.

Best beach house in NJ!

This was our second stay at this home, it is absolutely beautiful, private and serene. The screened in porch is amazing and cozy. The backyard beach is heaven, I spent hours sitting in the adirondack chairs overlooking the ocean. You can watch sunrise from the house in the morning, then bike 0.5 miles away to watch sunset in the evening. It's far enough away from the hustle and bustle of downtown to have peace and quiet but it's a lovely, flat 15 minute bike ride to the shops and the restaurants. The house is clean and well stocked. I will absolutely be coming here year after year, thank you Joe and Janice!

Ocean Breezes

This lovely beach house has a gorgeous view of the ocean from the balcony. The screened in porch is a great asset, as is the outdoor shower. We were literally less than a two minute walk to the beach. I cannot wait to stay here again!

We loved it!! The house was clean and everything you needed was supplied by Joe and Janice. They were easy to reach if you would have any questions. We would definitely go there again.

LBI Love It!

The Holgate area of LBI is very quiet compared to the rest of the island. This property, in particular, gave us a feeling of peace and quiet. The house itself is very relaxing. The views are beautiful. You could see sunrises and sunsets. The owners have provided everything possible for a comfortable stay including beach chairs and umbrellas and were very responsive when we had questions. The beach is reached by a private walkway that is directly in front of the house and the lifeguard is situated right in front of the private walkway. We had six people sleep comfortably in this house. You could have more people but they would have to sleep in the living room. The air conditioning happened to be very necessary when we were there and it was very comfortable. Everyone loved the beautiful outdoor shower. The internet worked well and our grandson was able to hook up his game to the the various equipment that was provided! Our week with the grandchildren was a big success, in a large part due to the comfort of this house.

A piece of heaven on earth

True to the marketing on VBRO that this is a hidden gem, our family found this place like our very own home. There were so many things we appreciated and loved I don’t know where to start! And we’ve been to many places including large homes on the OBX shore front but this was one that the entire family, even kids as young as my 3 year old nephew (mind you) kept commenting on how much they loved this beach house!! You can feel the love and warmth of the owners (Joe and Janice) right from the time you walk in. You’ll find the home completely stocked with everything you’ll ever need! Everything is neatly labelled with instructions to help u along. The home’s right on the shore with its own private entrance which we loved! The little shed under the stairs has all the beach chairs, umbrellas and kids toys you’d ever need! I mean every convenience is readily available. The master bed opens out into its own balcony with beautiful views of the ocean. While we didn’t use the garage, the driveway was sufficient for 4 cars. It was wonderful. We loved it so much we wanted to extend our stay for another day! Joe and Janice were so lovely to talk to and so very helpful + available. Everything was a breeze and everyone wanted to stay longer or not leave :) We loved it and definitely plan on returning (soon!)

Cozy and Convenient !

This home was the perfect venue for a family vacation at the jersey shore with young kids ! The area is at the end of the island which is much quieter and a lot less crowded. Most days we were the only family on the beach! You have your own private beach entrance and it was so nice to be able to run back and forth between the house and the beach as needed. The owners were very communicative and provided clear and easy to follow instructions. The house comfortably fit 5 adults and 3 kids, was clean and well stocked with any utensils, tool or toy you might need. Highly recommended !

Great location right on the ocean with spectacular views. The place was described as accommodating 9 but seems more like 7 adults would be comfortable and any more would have been too crowded. All the appliances and all the cooking accessories were in great working order and the beds were comfortable. The A/C was a very good addition and we used it off and on during our 2 week stay. Generally I would recommend it for those interested in a secluded beach getaway.

Heaven in South Beach Haven/Holgate

Wonderful Beach House!

This was our second time renting this house, and it was every bit as perfect as we remembered from our last stay. The beach views and easy access cannot be beat! The beds were extremely comfortable, and everything we needed was provided and in great working order. The owners are friendly and very available for any questions. We loved our vacation here!

Location, Location, Location!

The location was perfect for me and my family. A few steps up the private walkway and you are on the beach. I had to work a bit and loved that I could take a break at any time and join the family. The location of the home at quiet south end of LBI away from the crowds made it easy to relax and enjoy quality family time. Thank you Janice and Joe.

Perfect vacation home for our young family

We discovered this listing last year while planning our summer vacation since it seemed to have the perfect amenities for my husband and I and our twin boys (1.5 at the time). The house lived up to our expectations and this was our second year renting. The house is situated right on the beach with private beach access so we were able to come and go easily without worry or hassle. There is a lovely screened in porch where we spent a lot of time - the kids loved this space too. It was wonderful to be able to escape the summer sun for a bit but still enjoy the breeze and sites and sounds of the ocean. The house had all the amenities of home, including an outdoor shower and changing area which is super convenient. During both visits, we found the house to be very neat and clean upon arrival. We used the gas grill most nights although it has a fully stocked kitchen, seating for at least 6 - complete with pots, pans, cutlery, grilling tools, and a margarita maker to name a few. When our boys napped, we were still able to catch some rays and essentially still be "on the beach" in the sandy picnic area, also equipped with beach loungers. The deck off the master bedroom was a favorite spot to have a glass of wine and relax after a fun filled day. The house is very close to the center of town so all restaurants and shops were easily accessible, however the beach is much less crowded on this part of the island (thankfully). We love this house so much and appreciate Janice and Joe being so accommodating. We are very much look forward to our next stay!

perfect beach vacation experience!

From the moment we booked the home, our experience with this rental was top notch. Janice was our primary contact, and she made sure that we had all the necessary information prior to starting our vacation. When we arrived, everything went smoothly getting into the house, and she called to make sure that was the case. Everything was neat and clean when we arrived, and we immediately started enjoying the spectacular ocean view from both the screened in porch and the balcony off the master bedroom. Beach access was amazing--just walk out the back of the house and we were on the sand. We were also only about a half mile from the end of the island, and we were able to walk to a very cute deli, Bowker's, that had a nice breakfast and also bike rentals. We were a short drive to Beach Haven which had a fun amusement park and water park that our four year old loved. We also had easy access to great dining and lots of ice cream shops. Our week was everything that we could have hoped for, and the house was perfect!

Down at the Shore!!

I stayed here with my husband, our three adult children and my 80 year old mother. The accommodations were perfect. The screened-in porch is absolutely wonderful. We spent much of our time, when not on the beach, on this porch. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need. Beach chairs and umbrellas were really nice to have. The view from the upstairs balcony is marvelous! The owners were very thoughtful and responsive. I highly recommend this place for a great week down at the shore!!

Ein großartiger Platz am direkt am Meer

Die Angaben bezüglich Lage und Ausstattung waren sehr gut und durch viele Bilder im Inserat ergänzt. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Lage direkt in der Düne am Meer ist nicht zu übertreffen. Das Meeresrauschen, die Sonnaufgänge, Delfine und Pelikane usw. - alles ist in der ersten Reihe zu erleben - einfach großartig. Mit unseren Vermietern hatten wir sehr guten und netten Kontakt, vielen Dank nochmals auf diesem Wege liebe Janice und Joe. Wir bekamen alle Informationen und Unterstützung die man sich nur wünschen kann und haben uns sehr gut umsorgt gefühlt. Die Insel Long Beach Island ist eine wirklich sehr schöne Gegend mit vilen netten, entspannten Leuten, guten Einkaufsgelegenheiten usw. Hier bekommt man wirklich sehr leicht alles, was man so zum angenehmen Leben im Urlaub braucht. Wir hoffen sehr, dass wir in nicht allzuferner Zeit wiederkommen können. Antje und Jens
