Beach Front!

We just bought this house in the Spring of 2021. This is ocean front with its own private beach access. This is one half of a duplex and excellently maintained. You get the benefit of quiet ocean front property and a two block walk to the Long Beach Boulevard which has tons of restaurants, ice cream, a Wawa and even a bank right there. You can even take a bike ride or longer walk to Fantasy Island.

The house has 3 BR, 1 BA + an outside shower. You will also have your own covered deck and the sand at your feet. You will also have your own private grill to use. The Bedroom layout is:

Room 1 - Queen Bed (new mattresses in 2021)
Room 2 - Queen Bed (new mattresses in 2021)
Room 3 - Twin over Full Bunkbed with a pullout trundle (new bed and mattresses in 2021)

The top half is also used/rented. My family is going to use this property as well.

Andy was communicative and super helpful with any questions. My family had a great stay here for a week. Location was great. Quiet part of LBI, but walkable to pickle ball courts, a Wawa and a bike rental place. Everything was available in the rental including beach chairs and sand toys. The kids enjoyed the outdoor shower the most. We love visiting LBI. I would highly recommend this rental!

Wonderful place, location, private beach access. Also great communication with the owner. I wish the weather cooperated, but made lasting memories anyway. We’ll definitely be back.

Wonderful Beach House

We had an amazing stay at this ocean front house. We rented bottom floor since my young grandsons were coming. Beautiful porch area, beach chairs, roomy outdoor shower, private and quiet yard. Short walk up to gorgeous beach. We saw dolphins every day and one day a whale! House is clean as a whistle and beautifully decorated. Kitchen has everything you need, spacious living room, and sound of ocean the entire time. Andee is a wonderful host and it was so nice meeting him while we were there! Close to ACME, Skipper Dipper and Restaurants, Fantasy Island and Bay Village. We had the most awesome time here! Highly recommend!

Great beach home!

My family and I had a great stay at Andy’s home. The location is amazing, the family room has ample space with games and toys and Andy is a great host. He was easy to communicate with and answered any questions I had. We hope to be back!

Location location lovation

This is the perfect oceanfront beach house for a relaxing get away. Comfortable and just steps to the beach. Also near many dining options. Owner checked in to make sure everything was perfect - nice touch! Already booked for next year!

Perfect Family Getaway

You can’t be the location of this place. Having your own private entrance to the beach was so convenient with small children. We loved the area of the island and being able to walk to stores and restaurants. The house was spacious and comfortable. Would definitely come back again!

LBI Ocean Front Gem

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Summer Dreams beach house, and it exceeded all my expectations for a beachfront retreat. From the moment I arrived, I instantly felt like I had stepped into paradise. The location of the house is simply breathtaking. Nestled right on the sandy shores of Beach Haven beaches, the sunrise views of the blue waters were absolutely mesmerizing. The accommodations at the Beach House were nothing short of exceptional. The house was beautifully decorated, showcasing a soothing coastal theme that perfectly complemented the surroundings. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep, and the amenities within steps of the home were top-notch. I particularly loved the private patio that offered– the perfect spot to unwind and listen to the ocean. Overall, our experience at the house was fantastic. It offered the perfect balance of luxury, relaxation, and natural beauty. Whether you're seeking a a family vacation, or a relaxing escape, this house should be at the top of your list. I cannot recommend this LBI gem enough and am eagerly looking forward to returning to this little slice of paradise in the near future.

Fantastic stay

Stayed here with my family. Perfect location and just the right size for a family with small children. Loved that they had board games and puzzles at the ready, and the furniture was all new and so comfortable.

What we’ve been looking for!

I can’t express fully what a wonderful week we had! This property has everything we were looking for. The private walk to the beach is just amazing. We spent hours sitting under the covered porch listening to the sound of the waves. This house is a literal hidden gem that feels so private and peaceful. Inside the house had all the amenities we could ask for plus so many little extra touches that made it special. It’s beautifully decorated and very clean. Andy was amazing to work with and so kind! He checked in often and even shared weather alerts with us to keep everyone safe. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and can’t wait to return year after year!

Fun family getaway

Stayed with my young children and had a blast. It’s close to all the attractions and right on the beach. Appliances and amenities are very basic but that was fine for us. Overall a good experience.

Great location!

From the moment I booked the owner was very helpful and friendly. He gave me lots of info before arriving for a super easy check in and stay. The house was very clean, the location right on the beach was perfect and also very close to downtown. Perfect for a family week down the shore!

Fantastic relaxing vacation!

Great experience! Place was perfect - clean, with all amenities, right on the beach with great ocean views from the upstairs. Close to downtown, walking paths. Great quiet neighborhood with a fantastic beach. Good communication with the host. Highly recommend!

We have owned and been going to LBI since 2011. We are a married couple, with 2 middle school aged boys. The family loves the beach and we look forward to someday not having to rent them....but our loss is your gain.
