NUEVA casa de 5 dormitorios, 100 yardas para parada de transporte, o caminable a la base. Bañera de hidromasaje privada con vistas a las pistas de esquí, habitación familiar doble, plano de planta abierto con gran terraza, impresionantes vistas de las pistas de esquí y una chimenea de gas. Esta casa se terminó en el verano de 2019 con acabados de primera línea, electrodomésticos GE y encimeras de granito. Todo lo que necesitará para unas vacaciones increíbles ya está aquí: ¡se sentirá tan mimado! Nuestra cocina bien equipada y nuestro plano de planta abierto te harán sentir relajado y como en casa. La casa tiene capacidad para 14 personas con 7 camas. El diseño es perfecto para grandes reuniones y al mismo tiempo permite la privacidad.

Perfect home for a family ski trip! Plenty of space for grandparents, kids, and grandkids, and a very well-equipped kitchen with lots of cookware and spices. The hot tub was amazing after skiing, and the view from the large picture window where we could see skiers on the mountain was absolutely beautiful. Short walk to the slopes, ski village, and even the Coca-Cola tubing hill. Hosts were wonderful to work with. Truly a perfect vacation and we would stay here again.

Great Vacation!

My family and I had an amazing time at this rental property in Winter Park, Colorado. The property was beautiful, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed the stunning views, cozy atmosphere, and convenient location. It was the perfect getaway for us!

We had never been to Winter Park, really enjoyed our time there skiing this past week. House was great, spacious and had everything we needed. Easy to get to and from lifts- short walk or bus ride.

Beautiful Home!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. You can tell the host went out of their way to make sure you have everything you need and added a lot of extra special touches to make your stay even more enjoyable. The home was super clean and in a great location. The short walk to the bus stop made getting around very easy. We will definitely come back!

Amazing Ski Vacation!

Such a great time was had at Winter Park! This was possible because of this awesome place! We had a big group with varying ages and everyone was happy! Such great amenities like heated garage, heated floors, andhot tub that works great. The hosts are great too! Great communication!

Perfect house for a mountain biking trip

The house was beautiful with comfy beds and plenty of everything (sheets, blankets ,towels and a stocked kitchen). The hot tub worked wonderful after a day at the bike park, which was within walking distance of the house. And the hosts were super easy to work with.

Best winter park experience!

Have to say the property was everything we could have asked for. The place was spacious, clean, and set up for fun. The rooms are large, beds are comfortable, and the big living room is clutch for a large group. Highly recommend!

Great house & location

My husband and I, our 3 kids (ages 10,13 &16) and my parents stayed here over spring break. House was immaculate, communication with the property manager was fabulous, and the location was amazing. Loved that we could walk to the base of the mountain and didn’t have to hassle with parking. We also did dinner at the A Frame (per recommendation) and it didn’t disappoint. The views were amazing. Will definitely stay here again next time we come to WP!

Couldn’t Be Better!

5-stars for every aspect of this beautiful and very up to date property. The kitchen was huge and fully stocked. We played games and made great memories around the dinner table. The fireplace and hot tub kept us warm every night and the couches were super comfy way to gather and talk about the day. The bedrooms and bathrooms were large and fully stocked as well. We were able to fit 5 SUVs in the garage and driveway. Communication with the host couldn’t be better. The walk to the shuttle stop was an easy few minutes. We will absolutely be staying here next time we visit.

Great Family Ski Trip

The house was wonderful and had everything my family needed or wanted. We had enough rooms and beds for everyone. The kitchen had all the pots and pans we needed and we enjoyed cooking in it. All of the instructions were clear and gave us all the information we needed. Thank you so much for sharing your home and letting us have the best family time we have had in years

Best Christmas holiday stay

We had ages 10 yr old to 70 years old, and it was a perfect location and size house for 10 of us. You can walk to the resort and either ski back, slide down the little hill (our choice ) or take the shuttle. The shuttle is right at the end of the flat road and super easy access. The A frame restaurant is also at the end of the street. House is an easy walk back from the resort if shuttles aren’t running. The house was fully stocked and owners went above and beyond with having Xmas decorations up and so many recommendations and great communication while we were there. We loved the house and plan to come back!

Family got together for Dad’s 96th birthday, this house and all its appointments made this an even more incredible week. It was a perfect location to walk into town, or hike trails. And the house was so comfortable, it was great to just relax on the deck. So much room for everyone and everyone was very comfortable. Loved it ! The management team was very responsive and the house was spotless. The guide was super comprehensive and helpful to find local places to eat. Thank you

Great location with all you need!

Perfect for our family! Had an 18 month old and 4 year old with our 3 kids and spouses. Had everything we needed for everyone. Clean, spacious and for the first time on one of these trips, we didn’t turn the tv on once. ;-) Got a bunch of snow during the week and we all walked up the hill to get to the base… 15 minutes… a GOOD warmup. Didn’t take the shuttle once. And we figured out how to ski right back to the garage… which was great. Definitely hope to stay again - thank you!

Beautiful home, beautiful views

Having never been to the Winter Park area, it was a shot in the dark on where to book. I was planning a hiking retreat for young adults from Kansas City! We ended up using this property for the women to stay at - and hosted meals and Mass for men + women. Our expectations were blown out of the water - the most beautiful views, quaint little neighborhood, and great accommodations. One note - in the basement and main floor bathrooms, consider adding frosted glass or window coverings. They are a bit open and revealing! Would be a nice touch for privacy!

Best idea ever

Rented the house for a month with 5 friends while working from home and could not have conceived of a better setup. Had all the conveniences you want as a guest all the while feeling like a home. Plenty of space, so we never felt on top of one another even when all of us were sprawled out working. While we loved the space, highlight of the trip was the proximity to the mountain. Quite the satisfying feeling finishing up work or hanging out in the hot tub while seeing skiers go down the mountain. They under advertise it, but if felt like a ski in property for me. The walk to the lift took me about 8 minutes. Meanwhile you can ski almost the whole way back. There is a steep (not too large) hill that you need to scale. Unless you are very fit you will be huffing and puffing a bit. Most of our group did not mind the hill, but some of our less fit friends chose to avoid it and took the bus. You haven't lived life until you go skiing on your lunch break.

Amazing house with all the touches slope side

Loved the vibe and all the touches at the property. High ceilings, nice rooms, lovely bathrooms, very modern. Very close to the resort therefore every convenient.

Perfect vacation home!

This home was incredible. We had 3 families stay here all with kids around 6-12 years old. It came outfitted with everything you would need. You could technically “walk” to the base, but we left that to our in-shape young dads. They had to traverse up a huge hill in tons of snow. Everyone in our group could walk home, which included sliding down that same huge hill on our butts and then walking 100 yards. It was actually a lot of fun! The house is perfect for families and friends. The top floor has a fun hangout space for kids and the basement has another area to watch tv or play. The washing machine and dryer are huge and great for large groups. We used the hot tub every night after skiing and mid-week the owner had a spa guy come refresh it for us without us asking. We ended up cooking most of our meals at the house, since it was so well stocked. The gas grill outside was great and if you have little ones they even had supply cups, a bib, pack n play and Highchair. The beds were comfortable and lots of extra linens. We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect large house for multiple families

Beautiful, well furnished and very well stocked house with nice separate space for two different families to stay together. You can walk down the street a block to the resort shuttle or the other way to the end of the road and hike up a little hill across the tracks to get right on the slope and ski school area. Owner was extremely responsive and nice!

Huge Ski in-ski out House with Stunning Views. 5 Stars!

We will definitely be coming back to this one of a kind location! The main living quarters felt massive with an open concept and huge kitchen full of everything a larger family needs. With ample sunlight and huge windows, you could view the slopes of the mountain by drinking your morning coffee. The hottub was amazing and spacious and they even sent out a maintenance guy to clean it half way through! Beds were more comfortable than most vrbos we have stayed in. It's only about a 10 minute walk to the first chair lift. And we skied all the way back to the garage door ever day. It was a blast to have the whole family together in this beautiful vrbo. 5 stars!

We are two couples who bought this property together in 2018, and completed construction during the summer of 2019. Abby and I (Stephanie) grew up skiing together all over Colorado. We always talked about owning our own ski house one day!
We convinced our husbands (Jeff and Matt) to help us complete our vision.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We finally narrowed our search to Winter Park, Colorado. Grand county is absolutely gorgeous, and offers so many year round activities. As well as the proximity to Denver and the ability to avoid parts of the I-70 commute. We toured a number of condos, homes and vacant pieces of land. We couldn't believe we still had the opportunity to build a custom house so close to the base of the ski resort. We wanted plenty of room for two families as well as a set of grandparents or two!
We bring our families up for vacation. . . park the cars in the garage. . . and set out to explore the bike paths, hiking trails, and of course skiing. . . just out our back door. We also really enjoy the location, because members of the family can ski a half day or a full day and still come back for lunch or a soak in the hot tub!
We love Old Town Winter Park!
