Hermosa casa del canal en el corazón de Christmas Bay

Nuestra casa, El Cerito Place, está ubicada en la tranquila subdivisión de Key Largo. El Cerito Place está ubicado a 9 millas al este de Freeport, TX y 6 millas al oeste de San Luis Pass. Esta casa de 2000 pies cuadrados tiene capacidad para 10 personas cómodamente con 4 dormitorios / 3 baños, cocina totalmente amueblada y 3 terrazas amplias para disfrutar de los más bellos amaneceres y atardeceres. Disfrutará caminando por la puerta trasera y disfrutará de la pesca y la pesca de cangrejos desde el muelle con casa de botes y acceso completo a Navidad, Drum, Bastrop y West Bays para una excelente pesca de trucha, pez rojo y lenguado. Hay excelente wade fishing y kayak en todo el sistema de la bahía. La subdivisión tiene una rampa para botes y tiene acceso completo para atracar su bote según sea necesario. Justo al otro lado de la autopista Bluewater, a menos de 1 minuto, puede disfrutar de las extensas y tranquilas playas de Texas. Esta es una casa familiar y un excelente ambiente para escaparse durante unos días de pesca o simplemente relajarse en la playa con su familia o amigos. Hay algo para que todos disfruten en todo lo que la costa de Texas tiene para ofrecer.

This was by far one of our favorite stays in Freeport. We come down every year for my daughters birthday and this house was a hit. Mike is very helpful and quick to respond. The house was clean, very well put together, and in a great location. We even brought a fishing boat down for the weekend and had complete ease of use and set up near the dock.

Great Beach House

The stay was awesome. This house had amazing views of the bay, and you could stilld hear the beach. The bedrooms were a nice size, and there were 3 bathrooms.

Our weekend at the beach house was unforgettable! The location was absolutely perfect, offering breathtaking views and serene surroundings. Fishing was fantastic, and the incredible scenery made every moment more enjoyable. A true gem—highly recommend!

Great stay

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The house is on a canal in an area that very quiet. We fished from the dock, it is very clean and would recommend this place for any getaway.

Spring Break Fun and Fishing

We had a wonderful time at the house. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. The dooorplan was perfect for a big crowd and the beds and bedding were very comfortable. Great location for beach access and direct fishing access! I was sad to leave. The only recommendation I may have is that It would have been nice to have additional outdoor seating on the upstairs deck. The deck was large and beautiful, but there was little seating. Other than that, it honestly was perfect for all!!!! I will miss waking up to those sunrises!

Great getaway

The house was beautiful and comfortable, very nicely appointed. We all had a great time, fishing and hanging out. Our host responded quickly to any questions we had about the property. We will definitely book again, and bring the boat. Mother Nature just didn’t have it her plans this trip. Overall great stay!

Amazing Weekend with Family

We loved this beautiful house on the canal. It was comfortably furnished with everything we could possibly need. The deck was perfect for fishing in the canal. We enjoyed watching the fish in the green light at night. We will definitely stay there again.

Amazing

This property was beautiful and amazing! We had everything we needed to be comfortable and have a relaxing weekend. The wind even slowed down enough for us to fish. Just wish we could have caught something edible to try out the grill! We stay at Surfside and Bolivar regularly and this has been our favorite place! We will definitely be renting again and again!

Beautiful home!

Very well appointed home you can tell the owners take great pride in it. The cookie sheets and washcloths were the only thing lacking, nevertheless it was a great property and certainly was enjoyed We spent most days downstairs in the shade of the boat house and enjoy the breeze, it was wonderful!

Perfect Spot for Relaxation

I loved that this home was away from the jetties yet still close to the beach. My family and I had a blast crabbing and fishing down stairs at the dock. (The views from the upstairs deck are incredible) The owners were so responsive and accommodating. We hope to visit again soon! Thanks Mike and Jamie.

Wonderful stay

Beautiful well appointed property. Easy access to both the beach and bay with stunning views of both. We found fun things to do in both Galveston and Freeport. Owners were very accommodating to a special request. Would definately book again.

AMAZING!

This was our second time staying at this property and we brought friends with us this time. Everybody from the adults to the kids are already asking to go back again next year! There is plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen and supplies were amazing to cook so many meals in. Caught some crab. Did some fishing off the dock. So close to the beach! Even their next door neighbors are amazing and gave us some lures to fish with. The owner is super responsive as well. Definitely a one in a million type place. Can’t wait for our third stay here!

Pre-summer getaway

Perfect location, access to bay and the beach! 2 decks to enjoy the sunrise and sunset. Check in was convenient and accommodated check out. Easy launch of our jetski, caught crabs, catfish. House was better than pictured. Great weekend with family and friends

Spring Break City Escape

Amazing property in the perfect location. We travel to the area several times a year to relax with grandparents and life long family friends, and the entire group vote this one as the most comfortable property yet. Everything is as described, the house is spacious, comfortable and the kitchen was perfect for cooking meals on site without being left out of the conversations. We did have some pretty big north winds blow through the night of our arrival but once the water returned to normal levels we were able to fish right off the dock with success. Mike the owner was available to us for whatever we needed and we really appreciated his communications. Thank you for the perfect trip, we look forward to visiting your property again soon. The Foxes

Great stay

The pictures do not to this house justice... it is even more amazing in person. Owners are fantastic as well. Beach access is minutes away by car. If you are fanatical about fishing like I am I would advise renting kayaks or bringing a boat. Crabbing was great fun for the kids off the dock though. Great place with fantastic owners. 5 stars all around.

Awesome Property

Great experience!! Will definitely recommend and book again. The owners were very easy to communicate with. This place is very clean and updated. I loved that it included all of the amenities and the faucet water was clean unlike other properties on the coast that smell like sulfur. Great access to Christmas bay and Surfside beach!! Will definitely book again!!

Summer Vacation
