Kayaks are available to paddle the river from our dock

All new modern coastal decor. Large open concept living area, dining area, and kitchen. Perfect for gathering to catch up with family and friends.

Large outside deck- perfect for relaxing. Grill up a meal on the charcoal grill outside. Play a game of cornhole. Or just sit and enjoy the sea breeze and the views of ships going by on the water.

Amenities for families with children include pack and play, highchair, step stool. Kids will love the bunk beds in the second bedroom. Parents will have room to stretch out on the king size bed.


Rainy days happen even at beach. Play with provided board games or curl up with a book.

Enjoy cooking meals in the fully stocked kitchen, stainless steel cookware, quality sharp knives, oven, stovetop, dishwasher are provided. There is a blender, kettle, coffee maker for all of your beverage needs. There is bakeware and a hand mixer for whipping up dessert.

Onsite outdoor security cameras for your safety and prevent vandalism

Other things to note
High tides do happen at this canal front home from time to time. Water may flood the driveway and your feet may get wet walking from the house to your car. Any impending hurricanes, especially if an evacuation warning is issued, and your stay will be refunded, excluding site fees.

The place was good. It was clean, stocked, and Boi was great. The neighborhood was good and the fishing off the back was fun. Crabbing was great! If you’re looking for a good place, close to the Intercoastal, with a great host, this is your place.

Fathers Day getaway

We had a great Father’s Day weekend here. We caught SO many crabs and quite a few fish! The house is very warm and inviting. Looking forward to our next stay here!

Peaceful and Relaxing

Mr Tran was very easy to communicate with, the property was perfectly quiet! The Deck was wonderful to fish and crab from! Thankful for the use of the kayaks those were GREAT! The beach is literally right outside of the neighborhood! Had a great time! Thank you!! Blessings, T. Sharp

Great family getaway !

After looking at multiple houses for our trip we thought we found one that would appeal to all of us.. near the beach , water access , tvs doe the kids and a deck for everyone. Well it was ! The kayaks were perfect for us. Even got to take my wife out on the tandem! Her first time. The solo yak was great for me fishing around the corner in oyster creek. House was just as described in the listing. Owner was very responsive when I had a few questions. Next trip we plan we will definitely book here again

Not as expected.

Area under building very untidy. Advertised pictures not true to actual appearance. All living space needed a thorough cleaning. Bed was cleaned, but sheets not smooth, pillars just tossed on bed. Stayed one night, contacted owner to let him know we were existing the property. We booked for 3 nights and 4 days. we asked for a partial refund but nothing from owner. We left the property much cleaner than we found. I sent owner several pictures showing our complaints.

Awesome house in Surfside

This house is amazing and is exactly how it is portrayed in the description. We enjoyed fishing off the dock and the convenience to the beach while staying in a quiet neighborhood. Boi communicates well and ensured we had a great time. This property is perfect for a small family.

Very nice house!

We had a great time staying at this house. It is newly remodeled and very clean. The kids enjoyed kayaking, fishing and crabbing. Owner communication was excellent. The neighbor was very nice and informative about the area.

Perfect house for a wonderful vacation!

The house was just like the pictures. It was updated and clean, which is important to us. We did some fishing and crabbing right out back! The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were even friendly. We hope to rent the house again in the future!
