Esta casa de playa se encuentra en Seagrove ubicado entre las comunidades de Mar y la playa de Rosemary a lo largo de las aguas verde esmeralda de la carretera 30A. Todo lo que pueda desear en una experiencia junto al mar le espera en este amplio 2.500 pies cuadrados escondido dentro de Cassine Village, uno de los mejores barrios orientados a la familia de Seagrove. Nuestra casa de vacaciones ha sido cuidadosamente atendidos y sabemos que se sentirá como en casa desde el momento en que entra a través de las puertas francesas.

Con tres amplios dormitorios en el segundo piso y principal en la planta principal, esta casa tiene el diseño perfecto para su familia e invitados. La sala de estar de gran tamaño es una rareza en esta zona y asientos es amplia. Una cocina espaciosa y bien surtida es una ventaja junto con un espacio para comer para 11 personas, una conveniente ducha exterior (¡que tiene agua caliente!) Lavadero y entrada lateral. La lavandería también tiene una nevera extra!

Hay 26 millas de senderos para bicicleta / caminar a lo largo de la carretera Escénica 30A. Cuando llegue el momento de un refrigerio, es solo una caminata corta para una pizza en Brozini's (mejor en 30A) o su plato de pasta favorito en Angelina's. Best of Nature in a quaint neighborhood

We love the proximity to the beach (easy walk) , community pools, proximity to stores, porches and nature trail. The house was well stocked with everything we needed and provided adequate space for our 2 families.

Beautiful home great beach getaway

It is a short walk to beach and restaurants and some shopping. The home is beautiful only con was furniture needs cleaning and so do many spots on the walls, but overall clean.

We liked the quiet neighborhood, community pools, tennis & basketball courts. We also liked the easy beach access, quick walk to One Seagrove, bike path to Seaside or Eastern Lake, and the proximity to restaurants, ice cream, and Goatfeathers! Would definitely choose this location again. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything we needed for cooking for 9 people. The management company was quick to respond when we needed them (a couple of chairs were broken when we arrived) and took good care of us. Thanks for a great week!

The kitchen seemed well-stocked as well and loved the location where we could walk to the beach, ride bikes, take walks and play pickleball. The only thing we would change was that both the queen beds upstairs were very hard and not very comfortable. All the other beds seemed good.

House was very well equipped and we only needed one thing while we were there and benchmark quickly delivered. My only complaint would be that the two community pools are much smaller than they appear in photos and very crowded since it was peak season.

The house is adorable and the location cannot be beat-within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, ice cream shops, souvenir shops, nature trails and a short trip into Seaside. The layout of the house was perfect for our two families and we used the screened porches every day. The beds were the most comfortable beds I’ve ever found in a rental and the extra fridge was a bonus! Benchmark Management was so easy to work with and we are already planning to come back next summer!

Walking distance to restaurants, beach store, ice cream shop & donuts shop. Quite family oriented neighborhood, w/very well maintained streets. 2 very nice & clean pools. Highly recommend this lovely home.

The house was spacious and full of thoughtful touches. The kitchen was very well stocked, the beds were incredibly comfortable, the numerous hooks to hang wet suits and towels on were so helpful, and the front porch was an absolute dream. It was beautifully decorated and made our beach vacation even more enjoyable. We loved every second we spent there! The management company was so quick to respond as well when the disposal quit working. They were so prompt, and had it fixed by the end of the day. It truly was a wonderful home!

Thanksgiving at the beach

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful rental house in great area! Very walkable to the beach, cute shops & restaurants. Cute quiet community with picturesque houses. We had everything we needed to cook Thanksgiving dinner and more than enough space for seating for my family of 5. My only issue was the brightness of every bedroom in the morning. Curtains really need to be added since the sun comes shining in so early at 6am. My toddler was awake that early every morning so it was not a sleep in kind of vacation. I will look more closely at window coverings for my next rental in the area. Management company didn't fix a tv issue of only 1 of the 5 working so will not rent from them again.
