Inviting atmosphere as you walked into the condo! Perfect for our short getaway with my wife and two kids. Everyone had a place to sleep thanks to the hallway bunks! The walk to beach was nothing at all! Perfect location on 30A.

Even better than expected!

The condo was immaculate and the location was even better than anticipated. The pizza/ice cream shop next door was great and we were a golf cart ride away to Rosemary Beach and Seaside. We'd love to visit 30A again and we would want to stay here again!

Nicely tucked away

The space was clean, well-appointed, and had a nice flow. A little dated in places, and the bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but overall it had a pleasant, relaxing vibe. I’d prefer a slightly different flow of text communication — with timing and focus that feels more about the guest experience.Would consider staying again!

Rest and relaxation

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the unit was clean and comfortable and met the needs we had. Glad that we had an elevator and trash chute right outside our room, made it convenient for us when loading and unloading our luggage and disposal of trash. Lots of restaurants nearby and close to seaside and the beach! Wish they had a deeded beach location cause trying to find a spot on the beach at the public access across the street was practically impossible. Over all definitely recommend this place!

The condo was very clean but the mattress was so awful. The mattress felt like it came off a bed on a showroom floor. The pools weren’t part of the condo so if you did choose to go to the pool it’s part of another community.

Cassine station vacation

The location was perfect, just across the street from the beach. The room was right next to the elevator for loading and unloading. It was clean and the perfect size for the four of us. The only thing that could be improved would be the water pressure. Otherwise, great location and will come again!

May 6-12, 2026 2 adults My sister and I Property is in a good location. Easy access to the beach and walkable to many other things like coffee, shopping and restaurants.Communication was great and very easy for check in. Property was very quiet and clean. I did feel it was lacking a few necessities ( we travelled from the west coast, so had to fly) We brought our own beach towels because they are not provided. I’m not one to put everything in the dishwasher and they only had dishwasher soap. ( yes could buy my own but feel this should just be provided) I am also a neat freak and like to leave the place clean on top of after a week of sand and sun it would have been nice to scrub the bathtub after a few showers in, so having an all purpose cleaner of some sort would have been nice. ( I may be out of the ordinary with that request) Not much space to hang clothes ( could easily reconfigure the closet space there was to allow for that) The only other was lack of food storage space. Maybe less coffee mugs and wine glasses and a cabinet to put dry food items so they all aren’t on the counter. Not trying to pick apart this place because we had a fabulous time and it was perfect for us. But not all travelers are driving in and can bring the items it was lacking. Don’t let my quirky request discourage you from this place, take this as a “Know before you go” so you can plan. Definitely a 9 out of 10 score !

Location is perfect

This was great for 3 people. Not a lot of space but enough. Needs more coffee mugs and not a lot of kitchen supplies if you plan on cooking. Had a beach chair and umbrella for use. Best part was the quick walk to the beach. Next to elevator but never heard it or any neighbors. The ice cream shop below offers breakfast and coffee too….good find. Only problem was with xplorie and renting bikes. Only 2 of 3 were delivered so delayed our riding down to center of Seaside. Seemed confusing all around with xplorie so would not recommend using them.

Thank you for the review and the location is really a great find and am glad you found so as well. I have mentioned some of this to our managers about the coffee mugs etc. As for the bikes, I have reached out to Xplorie of them only delivering 2 of the 3 bikes and am sorry they failed to properly deliver the correct quantity. I have to agree, I don't recall an elevator so quiet as the one at this property. Thank you so much for the review 😊
