Paraíso a tu puerta

Aloha y bienvenidos a nuestro pequeño paraíso en el Luana Kai. Nuestra unidad es un condominio único y lujoso frente al mar con vista al mar ya la piscina.

Tenemos una cocina abierta con gabinetes de arce y encimeras de granito. Está alicatado desde el dormitorio a través de la terraza. Los baños tienen gabinetes nuevos y mostradores de granito. Hay un piso de madera en el dormitorio principal y en las escaleras.

Tendrá una bonita vista desde el lanai hasta el océano con una puesta de sol inolvidable. Gran lanai donde puedes comer con un ambiente agradable y una hermosa vista.

Disfrute de nuestro condominio luminoso y alegre con todas las comodidades que necesitará para unas vacaciones maravillosas.

Winter break 2024

Good location, easy drives to all our activities in Maui. Condo was well stocked with everything we needed and close to several grocery and convenience stores. Washer/dryer was nice to have. Easy stroll to beach, lovely sunsets every day. Pool and hot tub were nice to have at end of day. Grills by the pool were nice to have for evening dinners. Would stay here again.

Nicer than the pictures

This is a nice 3rd floor condo in a quiet part of north Kihei. I’ve stayed in probably 5 different condos in the area across different vacations and this was definitely on the higher end for the price. It seems like the condo is likely actually used by the owner based on the furnishings. There is a lovely view of the ocean from the lanai, and the condo has reading lights for each bed, which made for a comfy evening for our family. There’s a trunk on the lanai with several boogie boards, brand new (Dec 2023) beach umbrellas and 4 beach chairs. There’s also a generously sized cooler bag to bring your lunch to the beach. Communication re check in was super easy- I got all the details well in advance so I wasn’t worried when our flight arrived late.

We loved it

We loved this place and location. We did have an issue with the toilet (wouldn’t flush and continuously running) in the loft and it was fixed the same day. The king bed was extremely comfortable and we found the entire space to be really nice. All the extra kitchen amenities were great. ie basic cooking spices etc We will look at staying here again.

Vacation

Awesome views for sunsets and close to everything we wanted to do. Several beaches close by to enjoy. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook meals. The floor was dirty & sandy when we arrived. The sofa wasn't very comfortable for sitting, the sides sagged to the middle.

Comfortable and Well Stocked

The property was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The one issue we had was arriving very late with kids to find the beds unmade and wet sheets. It looked as though the cleaning service forgot to finish. After drying the sheets and making the beds we enjoyed the rest of our stay. The location is great and the view from the lanai was very nice. The grounds are manicured and the complex is quiet. The pool and BBQ area were nice and the little beach area was calm and safe for kids to wade in. We really appreciated the snorkeling equipment, beach chairs, cooler, boogie boards, and beach towels. The 3rd story location was a little challenging with my bad knee but the property description states no elevator so I knew in advance. Having AC and a washer/dryer was a definite plus. I would definitely recommend this property.

Lovely, well looked after condo with all you need

Really enjoyed our stay in this accommodation. It was really nicely furnished and comfortable. The pool was lovely and the location relatively convenient but is a brief 5 minute drive to beaches for surfing and swimming, food etc. Host was very obliging and easy to contact.

Clean place with great views

Very nice and clean place to stay. Beautiful views from the balcony, you can see the ocean and Haleakala. Great location, grounds and plenty of parking, minutes away from most of Kihei. The beach within walking distance is nice to get your feet wet but that's about it. Most everything in the condo was very well maintained and in good working order. Some of the plumbing fixtures upstairs could use some maintenance but it was no biggie. Only complaint was the upstairs king bed was not very comfortable. Great communication from the owner. Would love to stay here again!

Nice condo in Kihei

My wife and I stayed at this condo and enjoyed our stay. It was just as described - not fancy or luxurious, but plenty nice with everything we needed, and very good for the price. We would definitely stay in this condo again.

Great for the price, a few things weren’t stocked

Overall, this place is great: the view is unbeatable and the facilities were adequate. The manager responded immediately when contacted but a few essentials were lacking upon arrival and took over 24 hours to obtain….TP (!)), dish soap, laundry detergent, trash bags……I was shocked that they weren’t there upon arrival. Communication from the owner included that I should be stocking those items myself, but the manager made sure they were delivered on our second night there. Overall, we were quite happy but thought folks should know this may happen to you

Great condo in a great spot

The condo was well stocked with everything we needed to cook for ourselves and some of the beach extras were great to have. The place was just as represented, and we are so glad we choose it. It was in a great location for getting between beaches and close to groceries/supplies, restaurants, etc. We will definitely stay here again when we return!

Wonderful Condo Complex

This condo was a serene spot to just stay home in! Watched the sunset from the pool or hottub, jumped in the ocean whenever, and laid around reading and cooking and relaxing. Very comfortable spot with a quiet complex to sleep in… with amazing trade winds keeping us cool. Thank You…!

Kihei Stay / May-June 2021

Thank you Carolle for letting us stay at your little piece of paradise. We really loved this apartment and the location is fantastic, the complex is ocean front so the view from this unit is awesome. The complex is well taken care of and the unit although not ocean front, has such a great ocean view. The washer/dryer came in handy traveling with 2 small boys. The kitchen has all the supplies/appliances you may need and then some. Carolle has even containers that we used to stored fresh fruit in for the beach, ice packs and cooler. Beach chairs and umbrella, that were so greatly appreciated. Safeway is nearby but we went to Foodland and Times for great Poke. Tip- get your groceries at Costco and your car rental if you can. We got fruit, wine, pizza, chicken and salad before check in and it was so convenient. We also used filled up with gas with Costco before returning car rental. The unit has plenty of fans but no AC, we are from L.A and are kind of used to heat but if you are from a colder/cooler environment is something to think about. The unit is on the 3rd floor with no elevator, something to keep in mind for packing. Overall, great stay; great host communication; great vacation. We are considering coming back next summer again.

We are so happy that we choose this place to vacation at such an amazing view of the water and the surrounding area the entire complex was quite and relaxing the place was so clean and tidy we felt at home while we was there for the week we would most definitely stay here again if we return to Maui thank you so much to the host for letting us stay in the home it was beautiful and well enjoyed…

Excellent condo close to everything

A wonderful stay

This condo was about 100 yards from the small beach, which was not crowded. There are 2 twin beds in the downstairs bedroom and 1 king bed in the upstairs loft. There is a pickleball court about 200 feet from the condo. Play begins at 7:15 a.m. and continues until 11:30 a.m. when it gets too warm and too windy. There are about 50 people playing. You can play with either Beginners, Intermediates, or Advanced. The players are very friendly. There are few stores or restaurants within walking distance of the condo. We stayed during Thanksgiving. The temperature during the day was 84 and at night it was 75. With all of the fans going and the windows open it was comfortable. The beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, and boogie board were magnificent. Uluani's Shaved Ice, which is 2 miles north of the condo, and in Kahului, and in Lahaina is a must. Wailea and Makena Beaches, which are about 20 minutes south, are nice in the morning before the wind picks up. Parking at Wailea is free; at Makena it is $10. Rent your car from Costco for a good deal. I would definitely stay here again.

We have this property for so many years and we have many repeated customers. I am an accountant and my husband is a radiologist. Both are Canadians and Americans. We have 2 adults children. We travel to Maui at least 3 times per year and Europe one or twice per year. We love traveling and we are windsurfer, tennis player, skier, etc.

This condo has a gorgeous view on the ocean and we have the sunset in front of our beach in winter time and you can see the whales from the lanai. We take great care of your condo and keep it updates.
