¡Bienvenido a la hermosa comunidad de Hermosa Palms! Nuestra casa se completó en marzo de 2008, completamente nueva, con decoración interior y todas las comodidades. La casa tiene aire acondicionado en todas partes. La casa está equipada con televisión por cable, teléfono y WIFI / Internet. Todas las camas son colchones con pillow-top y muy cómodas. La cocina está equipada con todo lo que pueda necesitar.
Hermosa Palms es una comunidad muy segura, vigilada por la puerta, hermosa. Nuestra casa tiene una de las mejores ubicaciones en el vecindario. Se encuentra detrás de la piscina frente al mar / océano, con una sola casa en el medio. Esta cerca del
piscina. El surf es excelente durante todo el año y no está lleno de gente. Disfrute paseando por la exótica playa de arena negra llena de conchas marinas interesantes. Hermosa Beach es conocida por su anidación de tortugas. A veces puedes participar en la liberación de las tortugas recién nacidas al mar. La piscina frente a la playa es de estilo resort, sin las multitudes. Disfrute de deliciosas comidas y bebidas en el restaurante junto a la piscina de YoYo. Además, Hermosa Palms ahora tiene un Palms Mini Market para comprar lo que necesite. Frecuentemente verás a las hermosas guacamayas rojas volar y detenerse en las copas de los árboles sobre la piscina.
Playa Hermosa y los pueblos de los alrededores tienen mucho que hacer. Excursiones de cocodrilos, cabalgatas, excursiones de canopy, selvas tropicales, excursiones de manglares, compras, etc. Playa Hermosa tiene algunos pequeños restaurantes geniales con pescado fresco, sushi, deliciosos batidos y mucho más.

Close enough...but not too close

Perfect location. Close enough to Jaco, but not in Jaco. Very quite area with a lovely beach within a 3 minute walk. Great bar and restaurant which is owned and operated by a wonderful woman Yoyo. Fresh, handmade food! The surf here is not for beginners. The waves are pretty large and the current is strong. However, you can be at any number of surf schools on Jaco Beach within 15 minutes. I recommend the team at the Surf Factory. My wife and both kids were first time surfers and they all were standing within minutes and kept asking to surf more each day. This is a great location for doing trips for Zip lining, surfing, Park tours... The house is great. Comfy beds. Plenty of towels and a nice kitchen. Perfect vacation home! Kristin was super responsive!

Great vacation!

The house is super well maintained, well furbished, comfortable and well located in a nice private gated community. Great beach, great sunset and nice pool. Would return anytime!

Fun in the Sun in Costa Rica

First off the pictures Kristy has on the profile don't do the house justice, the house is amazing!!!! and so much bigger than what the pictures showed, everything was comfortable. We were just sorry we had to cut our vacation short. The community pool was beautiful with the ocean as the backdrop. YOYO's bar and grill wonderful!!! Great food and drinks and she is such a sweet and inviting lady, we loved her 1/2 day gal Friday Deby super sweet and fun also. My daughter was able to get a video of the sea turtles coming in to nest, super cool! So bottom line anyone looking for a place to stay in CR, this is it, no need to look any further. Book It!!! We will be back. Thank you Kristy for all your help it was nice working with you.

The property is amazing.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Casa 27 in Hermosa Palms. The house is incredible; very clean and very comfortable; especially the mattresses. This is our sixth year in Hermosa Palms and it has so much to offer. The pool Clubhouse area is finally completed and is awesome. Yonite's concession at the pool is always amazing with terrific food and many kinds of drinks. We ate many dinners there. We always meet very nice people from all walks of life.

Great stay!

Todd and Kristy's house in Hermosa Palms is wonderful. Great location, great property. Clean, beautiful and well stocked. Everything was nicer than stated and well taken care of. Marco was great at helping us out anytime we needed him. He even arranged an airport shuttle for us! Overall, I give this property a 10! I have stayed in numerous vrbo houses and most are better in the pictures posted. This house is fantastic! We will return and recommend Costa Rica and Hermosa!

Perfect Paradise

My husband and I had a fabulous time in Hermosa Palms. The house is located by the beach and it's equipped with everything even wine . It's in a gated community with a pool and bar/grill. Yoyo runs the bar/grill, she's super sweet, makes the best cocktail concoctions and delicious tacos, definitely stop by when you're lounging by the pool. Marco is the gentleman in charge of concierge services he's very nice and helpful, make sure to book your tours through him. Marco arranged our Tortuga Island and monkey tours. Both tours were fun and very much worth going to. The house is modern with a beach chic style and a roof top. The kitchen has granite counter tops and every kitchen gadget needed for cooking and grilling. If you're looking for a beautiful place by the beach with 24 hour security, lovely grounds...Look no further. We highly recommend this beach house. We plan to come back next year with our kids.

Loved staying at this house

I rented this house as a single lady and invited girlfriends to come down for various length stays. We all just loved this house ... found it to be clean and looked better than the pictures. Exceeded our expectations. I find it important on vacations to have high quality beds and every bed was very comfortable. Lots of all the kitchen items that one would need to make any meal. Great internet too. Ingrid is the property manager and any time that I would call or email, she was back to me immediately ... never had major issues ... minor stuff like needing a new battery and such. Felt right at home and hated to leave. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks for the wonderful stay.

Perfect vacation rental

We loved this house. It is nicer than the photos, and the location is perfect. The house is comfortably furnished and clean as can be. The beach is so close and has got to be the prettiest in the area. It was so nice to be able to sit under the palm trees and watch the surfers. Everyone we met was extremely helpful and anxious for us to have a good visit to Costa Rica. I would go back in a minute.

Don't miss this MAGNIFICENT vacation opportunity!

I cannot say enough positive remarks about this particular rental. I have stayed at various VRBO homes, at many different locations in Costa Rica and this is #1! The home & certainly the owners who operate it have created an absolutely spectacular vacation experience. The interior is immaculate, tastefully decorated, & the layout/design lends itself to privacy, superior comfort, and free-flowing relaxed living. Owners Kristy & Todd are extremely pleasant professional, very accomodating and FUN! They answered every question I had about their home, the surrounding area, & gave helpful suggestions about CR in general. The nightly rate is as affordable as they come- a true value. The venue is gorgeous, the pool ideal, the surf out front epic! Please book Kristy & Todd's wonderful rental property on your calendar pronto! You will be ecstatic that you did. Best vacation I have ever had!

We had the best time in Todd and Kristy's home this past week - more than we could have even imagined. I'm not even sure where to begin. First of all, the location is a tropical paradise, filled with beautiful birds and wildlife. The home itself is right next to a huge pool, which sits right on the beach. Every day we spent time at the pool, took long walks on the beach, and met some very nice people. The Costa Rica natives (affectionately called "Ticos") are very friendly - many of them speak English and they all made us feel welcome, as well as pointing us in the direction of many awesome restaurants and local sights and tourist spots. We felt VERY safe the entire trip - the home is located in a guarded and gated community, which is constantly patrolled. At no point did we ever feel vulnerable or unsafe, and this is from people who know almost no Spanish and had never been to Costa Rica (or Central America) at all! Besides the beautiful home and community, there are dozens upon dozens of amazing activities located within a very short driving distance - our personal highlight was meeting Rafa, the "father of the monkeys," who took us on a 2 hour river cruise on his boat and introduced us to a giant pack of white-headed capuchin monkeys! We also zip-lined, hiked, and ate some amazing food. It is worth noting that the house has a very efficient air conditioning system that will keep you cool and relaxed. The kitchen is fully equipped, there is a TV and DVD player, and a beautiful huge master bedroom which leads to a 3-story terrace which offers amazing views of Playa Hermosa. The staff of the community, lead by a very nice man named Marco, were more than helpful. Needless to say, we are already planning our trip back to the Rich Coast for next year. We met some other families who were staying at hotels - if only they knew about the chance to stay at an actual home like we did. I cannot exaggerate how much of a recommendation I give to Todd and Kristy's home - if you are thinking of exploring Costa Rica for the first or even 51st time, you owe it to yourself to stay at a home like this. Pura Vida!

Great House - Great Location

We had a wonderful time in Kristy's home. The location was perfect! Marco the property manager was helpful setting up excursions and giving us information. The "House Book" with favorite restaurants, tours etc. was extremely helpful. The pool was perfect. Couldn't have asked for a better location. My family is already planning our next trip to Costa Rica!! Thank you Kristy for a great first experience.

Great Vacation - Great House!

This house is a great place to stay in Playa Hermosa. It is everything that is described on homeaway.com and more. A completely stocked kitchen, cold air-conditioning, and English TV channels add to the beautiful furnishings. Great surf is within walking distance from the house. The pool and the swim-up bar and restaurant are awesome. We felt very safe and the property management people were extremely nice. It is also within a couple of miles to several great restaurants and convenient to any Costa Rican adventure tours. All six of us were so comfortable here and looked forward to having a great place to go at the end of the day. We would definitely want to stay here, again.

We lived in Costa Rica for 6 months to learn Spanish and give our kids a cultural experience outside of the United States. We have traveled immensely throughout Costa Rica and other countries and realized the best place is Hermosa Palms!

We love the community feel of Hermosa Palms, everyone who owns and rents here are wonderful people. Surfing is epic most of the year(according to my extreme surfer husband and 3 boys). Our neighborhood is very safe and quiet, too.
