Gorgeous Riverfront Fishing Cottage in Sebastian, FL - Summer 2026 Specials

This beautiful Florida fishing cottage features breathtaking riverfront views, a cozy living space, a comfortable bedroom, a full bath, a guest 1/2 bath with an outdoor shower (that includes hot and cold running water), a fully equipped kitchen, deck overlooking the Indian River. Boats can be tied off at the dock. This area of the river boasts some of the best local fishing and is perfect for canoeing and kayaking, all while being just minutes from downtown Sebastian and The Sebastian Inlet Marina.

The property also has a bungalow with two master suites (The Micco Bungalow) that can accommodate two couples both include the same amenities and are directly on the water. Be sure to ask about pricing and details.


Note: The dock is shared with two other private cottages on the same private property. The depth of the dock depends on the time of year and can be shallow at times.

Very nice cottage. Just know that internet password is all lower case letters. The way they have it written is a little confusing. There is TV in the bedroom as well. Very cozy place on the water. Not to far from wabasso beach or Sebastian state park. Wish we could have stayed longer. We would definitely rent there again. Pam was very responsive if you had a question. All in all a nice relaxing wk end get away. Enjoy if you pick this place and bring a boat if you have one. You can dock it right there.

This place was great! Cottage is truly waterfront, good fishing and bird watching from deck & dock. Firepit for night burn. Place is clean, beach themed and very accommodating. I'll be back.

This is such a nice, quiet spot on the river. With the shades open in the morning and a clear view of the river, you can hear the lapping of the waves on the rocky shore as the sun rises over the seaboard. Gorgeous time for us once again!

Peaceful Waterfront Oasis

Beautiful little cottage with gorgeous river front views. Everything was very comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. Especially loved sitting on the back deck for the morning sunrise and hubby enjoyed fishing off the dock! Would love to stay again!

Beautiful cottage on the Indian River lagoon.

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage. The views were spectacular and the cottage had all the amenities that you would need. Even took our small boat out and went exploring the islands 🏝

Place was great right on the water. Enjoyed the weekend fishing. The dock was great for the boat an there is great fishing all around. Plenty of local places to eat on an off the water. Will definitely be back again.

Quiet & Relaxing

They did a really nice job on this cottage. Everything is remodeled, air conditioning works great, the front porch and dock are great to relax on. Great location too, close to the inlet and lot of great waterfront dining spots.

Property is very well maintained, quiet, clean and relaxing. We spent the whole week relaxing on the property either on the dock fishing or relaxing on back porch. Definitely will be staying again…
