Ubicada a orillas del pintoresco río Indian, nuestra propiedad ofrece impresionantes vistas del agua y está a solo minutos del océano. Sunrise on the River ganó su nombre por el amor de sus huéspedes por disfrutar de una taza de café mientras contemplan el impresionante amanecer. Nuestro alquiler acogedor y cómodo cuenta con una amplia sala de estar, cocina totalmente equipada, 3 cómodas habitaciones con 5 camas, 2 baños completos y dos lugares de reunión adicionales que incluyen un área de salón/bar y una habitación al aire libre adicional para lo que desee. Durante su estadía, tendrá acceso a todas las comodidades modernas que necesita, incluido Wi-Fi de alta velocidad y televisores inteligentes para transmitir sus programas favoritos. Dicho esto, el espacio al aire libre es donde realmente te enamorarás de esta propiedad.Desde el patio trasero completamente amueblado con una hoguera, varias áreas para sentarse y un gran Gazebo.



La propiedad es perfecta para dueños de botes/motos acuáticas. Hay suficiente espacio de estacionamiento para estacionar un remolque (s) de bote / jetski en la propiedad. ¡Hay un muelle de amarre donde puedes dejar el barco durante el día! La rampa para botes de aterrizaje de Christenson está a 2.3 millas de distancia y ofrece 4 carriles para el acceso en bote a Indian River Lagoon y está a solo 6 millas de Sebastian Inlet y Sand Bar. Nuestro muelle justo al otro lado de la calle, donde puede lanzar su propio kayak, canoa o paddleboard y dejar/recoger a los invitados. Las posibilidades de recuerdos y diversión son infinitas.¡Las vistas de Doplphis y la pesca desde nuestro muelle serán una experiencia que nunca olvidará!

The home was clean and as described. Its on a busy highway and near a small airport. The pier is across the highway. The backyard is large, but not fenced in for pets as the side gate was collapsed and on the ground. About 2 hours prior to our arrival, the owner sent check in info which included instructions NOT to flush toilet paper and to put it in the garbage. This was not sanitary in our opinion. After discussing with the owner, we were permitted to flush toilet paper as long as it was septic approved and in reasonable amounts. I do wish we had known this prior to booking this property. If the next guest doesn't discuss their concerns, they could end up not flushing toilet paper for their entire stay.

Villa was spacious, very clean and modern. Having the 3 bedrooms was great. Owners were very friendly and accommodating. The dock was immaculate and Boat accessible. Fire pit was icing on the cake. Will definitely book again!

Perfect family Vacation spot!

We have stayed at this property a few times! Can’t say enough how awesome it is for a fairly inexpensive family vacation! We are from Savanah and we spend a lot of time on the water. It’s a great option for the boat and having water time! It gots our lifestyle and always enjoy the convenience of being near the tourist area but, not all the expensive costs to go along with it! We will certainly be back again! It’s worth it!

Beautiful home, stunning view

Our family had a perfect long weekend celebration for our Dad's 80th birthday. So many cozy spaces to comnect and relax, we brought our boat and fishing gear, cooked great meals and got to bring the pups along so we didn't have to stress about their care - checked all the boxes!! You'll want to wake early to catch the sunrises. You'll be glad you did! Host was very informative and quickly responded to our questions. US-1 can be a busy road but we did not have a problem waiting for a break in traffic to cross. The dock is well lit and in good condition. This was a very peaceful and sweet spot! Smiles and good times were abundant!

Nightmare on the River

Total nightmare. Raw sewage backed up into the showers 8 days into our 18 day stay. Without a place to stay we had to return home which caused our 76 yr old mom to miss scheduled medical appointments in Florida. The management would not even refund the cleaning fee as asked! Unbelievable really. The final gift was our 4 month old puppy bringing home fleas from their backyard! The location is horrible - the busy road in front yard prevented any walking or biking from the home. Window units in the bedrooms. Horrible experience overall.

Family Friendly

So worth it! Was in town for our granddaughters 1st birthday, had a great time. Plenty of room for all that stayed or stopped by to say hi. Great back yard with lots of room to run around with the kids and dock across the street where we watched dolphins on a couple of occasions. If back in the area in the future we'd definitely stay again.!

Beautiful Sunrise on the River

Our family had such a wonderful time! Our dog was in heaven and he felt like this vacation was for him! So many comfy cozy places to sit and hangout with friends or family! The view was AMAZING! I grew up in the Sebastian area and it just felt like home. The kids loved the kayak and paddle boards on the property and the dock was top notch! We definitely will be back!
