Bienvenido a su retiro de 2 dormitorios / 2 baños con acceso directo a las pistas ubicado en los condominios Grandview at Breckenridge. ¡El acceso de entrada / salida de esquí está a aproximadamente 200 yardas de nuestro condominio! Disfrute de un cómodo acceso para esquiar y estacionamiento permitido para 2 autos. Estás a un corto trayecto en transporte del centro de Breckenridge y la estación de esquí de Breckenridge, y a solo unos pasos de Four O 'Clock Run y el telesilla Snowflake.

En el interior, encontrará un condominio completamente remodelado, perfecto para relajarse después de un día en las laderas o caminar por nuestras hermosas montañas. Cocina la comida perfecta en la cocina gourmet. Relájese junto a la acogedora chimenea de gas que agrega calidez y un ambiente increíble con solo pulsar un interruptor para pasar una noche relajante jugando o viendo su película favorita.

Esta unidad de planta baja proporciona fácil acceso en un complejo sin ascensores. Sumérgete en el lujoso sofá o sillón y relájate junto al fuego después de un día emocionante en la montaña. Mire sus programas favoritos en la televisión de pantalla plana con cable y reproductor de DVD. El sofá se convierte en una cama para invitados adicionales.

Comfortable and cozy accommodations for small group or family. Great location and proximity that was just a short walk to trail that takes you to a lift. Quick drive to parking garage near all the shops and restaurants. My family and I enjoyed our time here and would rent this place again.

We had a very nice stay.. Condo is very well equipped, high end appliances, beds were very comfortable, nice warmth from the fireplace.. I did have some issues with the lock, host promptly had maintenance take care of it.. There was even enough snow on the road to mostly ski (not walk) the 100 yards to 4 O'Clock ski run.

Great place to stay

We loved the condo and our time there snowboarding. Clean, updated, and easy to check in. Beds were comfy and nice having 2 bathrooms with showers. Lots of cooking essentials if needed. Hard to find a complaint but if I had to would say the couch was pretty uncomfortable so not a great area to hang out in. Everything else seemed very new and updated.

Noisy- building has very little soundproofing so you could hear everything the upstairs neighbors were doing. Bed was “springy” so when one person moves whole bed moves. Living furniture worn out and uncomfortable. Great kitchen, clean and distance to the slopes excellent. Management very responsive. Would not stay again because of the noise and uncomfortable furniture.

Thank you, we appreciate the feedback. Unfortunately, we cannot control the noisy neighbors but I would have been happy to make a call to request them to calm down. We have had a few complaints of the living room furniture and all is being replaced April-May 2025.

Nice spot. Convenient. Smaller than the description. Double queen bunk beds are fine for kids, not adults, the sofa/ hidabed should be replaced ( I slept on the floor), the pots and pans have loose Teflon( known carcinogen), and should be replaced. Nice knives for food prep.

Great Place - Family Room Furniture very Uncomfortable

Our only complaint is with the family room furniture, and the entertainment electronics. The sectional furniture was very uncomfortable, with metal bars everywhere. We couldn't find a comfortable place to sit. The recliner was in bad shape also. The entertainment system, with 4 remotes, was very difficult to control. We figured it out, but not very intuitive. Small complaints but for the money paid, I expected better furniture to relax in after a great day skiing.

Enjoyed our stay

The condo was in a convenient location (about 200 yards from 4 o'clock run), the condo was well furnished with all the extras, property manager responsive. Only down fall was, we were unable to get early/late checkout. However, we went during peak season so it's understandable.

Condo is very nice and very clean. Kitchen was well stock in terms of kitchenware, dishes, etc. location was very close to slope. Though we never did figure out how it was ski in/out. Highly recommend this condo for your visit.

The condo was not cleaned.

When we checked into the condo, we discovered that it was not cleaned from the previous occupants. There were sheets and towels laying on the floor and it looks like they had started to clean it and then stopped. It was a mess! We tried to find other accommodations for the night, but that wasn’t possible. We called the manager and his wife brought us clean towels and sheets to get us through the night. He scheduled the cleaners to come the next day. We made our beds and tried to clean it up a bit, but during these days of COVID, we were extremely disappointed and concerned about our health. When they did clean the place, they didn’t leave any soap or shampoo so we had to get that ourselves. The manager said he would refund part of stay but that hasn’t happened yet. Overall, I’m very disappointed with the service.

Hello, thank you for your comments. Yes, we did have a scheduling error but did all in our power to accommodate the guest and he is receiving the majority of his nightly rate refunded for the scheduling error. Thankfully, this is a very rare occurrence and apologize you had to experience it.
