Este condominio frente al mar está en el acantilado de la comunidad privada de Seascape Sur. Justo para familias o grupos grandes, esta gran casa está bien equipada con hermosas vistas al océano y se encuentra cerca de la piscina, el jacuzzi y el acceso a la playa.

El sueño de un artista, esta unidad a nivel del suelo con vista al mar tiene un amplio plano de planta con cómodos asientos. Mucho espacio para tomar el sol en el patio o ver la puesta de sol cada noche. Gran cocina completamente equipada o use la barbacoa para asar. Pequeña guarida linda para que los niños vean dibujos animados por la mañana. Toneladas de espacio de almacenamiento. Un dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales, el gran maestro tiene una cama king size. Hay controles deslizantes para el patio con vista al mar desde cada habitación y la sala de estar. Master tiene un escritorio para que pueda ponerse al día con sus correos electrónicos.

Con restaurantes gourmet, tiendas, el Distrito de Diseño de Cedros y entretenimiento a la vuelta de la esquina, esta casa es la base perfecta para sus próximas vacaciones. Esta unidad tiene internet de alta velocidad y llamadas telefónicas de larga distancia ilimitadas.

Only issue we had was the kitchen wasn’t as clean as we would have liked and the hall bath/shower did not drain well. Great location!

Great location

Great location and large property. The view were amazing and the check in process was super easy. The living room and fireplace were great. The biggest downer was the kitchen. All the pans are super warped and simply just don't work on the electric glass stovetop and there are no utensils, we had 3 forks, 2 spoons, and zero knives available for us.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful spacious condo overlooking the ocean in all bedrooms. Dining room and living room. Kitchen was fully equipped with cookware and updated appliances. Grounds very clean and amenities of dual hottubs and pools; serene garden with poi pond. No AC but not needed with the ceiling fans and cool ocean breeze flows in nicely. A few things to improve: dusting needed, hot water in master shower did not get warm, toilet in master bathroom was loose. Would these minor touch ups would definitely stay again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental itself is nice enough. It is a great location with nice amenities on the grounds. The condo itself is very dated which we knew coming in. Our biggest issue is that the shower door fell off, shattered and cut my brother. While Stubbs was very nice and understanding, no one followed up to see how the injuries were. Also, whoever came to clean, left some glass behind which could have resulted in more injuries. For this price, there should have been some compensation for only having one functional shower and it should have been cleaned more thoroughly.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've vacationed at SUR condos on and off for 20 years, the office staff is always wonderful!!! and the condo is awesome!!! The only thing we really do not like is SUR106 parking spot!!!!! The gate closed on both cars and its really hard to get in and out of, its a very tight fit, especially when the gate is not cooperative. Next time we'll see if we can get a different parking spot:)

Perfect Spot for an Ocean Getaway!

New couch was big and comfy, beds were good, kitchen had all we needed and the view was AMAZING. Beach access was nice (a lot of stairs) , perfect sunsets ... Honestly my only comment is the parking.. it is pretty low ceiling and tight in a corner so harder to turn into and we could not open our doors on one side when fitting between the lines. Smaller vehicles could be okay. Stubbs took care of us and we were really appreciative! Would come back in a heartbeat !

Very relaxing.A couple of things for Stubbs to look at in this rental: (1) Ice maker is not working correctly; (2) There were no hand towels in any of the bathrooms; (3) There was only a half roll of toilet paper left in each bathroom and no replacements; (4) The heater is not working in the den off the living room. These are small items but thought you should know about them.

A great place for a family getaway

What a fun condo - so light, bright, clean and in a great location. Our family loved having this location as our home base for a fun week in San Diego. Very convenient to I-5, tennis courts and pools on site, and we loved our nightly views from our patio of the sun setting.

Best ever!

Everything was furnished and the unit was described as it is. - I would have liked to have the outside left on knowing we weren't arriving until middle of the night. No light was a little troublesome unlocking the door. We will be back.
