Spring Break at the Beach

This unit is in such a lovely complex. We really enjoyed the beautiful landscaping. I don’t think I have ever stayed anywhere with such an expansive view of the ocean. It was so relaxing. We could even hear the ocean from the back bedroom. We enjoyed walks on the beach and to local restaurants. It was too chilly to swim, but we really enjoyed the hot tubs. The kitchen was large and very functional. It was just perfect for our family.

Only issue was with the internet access in the unit. You have to be right next to the router to use wifi. That caused a few issues for us and we dealt with it for the view. Stubbs was great and very responsive to our needs / requests. I would recommend this property highly.

Our stay at Beach You to It was just what we needed after our ordeal. The kitchen was complete with all we needed (though some of the cooking items were left unwashed), we slept so well on the firm bed and, best of all, the ocean view and the rhythm of the waves were the best medicine we could have hoped for. We felt relaxed and at home in the comfortable and roomy space.

Absolutely perfect in every way

This is honestly one of the most beautiful properties we've ever stayed at, and we plan on making this a yearly tradition! Where to begin... first off, we came into town late on a Sunday, and Tyler the property manager left a welcome package in a lockbox for us. It had extremely clear instructions that made it very easy to find our condo. The unit is in a very safe and secure coastal village/community including external entry gates (opened by a provided remote) as well as underground gated parking. Okay, let's talk about the condo- when we opened the doors we were immediately greeted by a clean, modern, well-furnished and comfortable unit that we knew our kids would love. Then you catch a glimpse of the view... WOW. The absolute beauty of the ocean through the sliding glass doors and window wall will take your breath away and instantly make you glad you booked this place. We were so content to start and end every day on the balcony listening to the waves crash, watching surfers, pelicans, dolphins and world-class sunsets with a glass of wine in hand and huge contented smiles on our faces. Seriously- if you stay here you will realize this alone makes it worth it. What's also amazing is the area around the property is like a cool little exotic ecosystem, complete with ponds and walkways teeming with beautiful flowers, koi fish, turtles and birds galore. It was so relaxing to traverse these walkways on the way to the private beach stairs. From leaving the front door to setting foot on the beach took about 6-7 minutes and we were down there everyday. My wife and I would wake up early every day, make good coffee, and then trek down for a 2-3 mile walk on the shore collecting shells and taking in the grandeur of it all. The kiddos took full advantage of the boogie boards provided and we spent every afternoon letting them frolic to their heart's content, although they had a tendency to paddle out farther than the local lifeguards seemed comfortable with based on the frequency of their rescue attempts. The area around the condo offered tons of fun Solana Beach food and shopping, and between the kids and us we found ourselves content to gorge on either Roberto's exquisite taco stand offerings or Bongiorno's NY style pizza. We're simple folks I suppose but when in Rome... In conclusion, this was an absolute 5-star stay and we were absolutely overjoyed at how much our family enjoyed our time here. We will be back.

It had everything we needed and wanted, very clean, beautiful view, gorgeous landscaped grounds and pool! We had to check in after hours and the after hours key pick up was simple and all went smoothly. This rental is also close to a lot of things such as grocery stores, restaurants and eateries. Great place for a family to stay and we plan to stay again when we are back out in California! Highly recommended

It was good.

The location of the property is amazing, the view of the ocean was great. Wish the condo was a little cleaner on the inside but overall it was a great stay. We enjoyed it and condo was very big and comfortable.

After 24 hours, you may experience rich fantasies of life overlooking the Pacific Ocean, you’ll ask the Stubbs realty experts to find you a place like this for $750K, and then receive the bad news, gently delivered, that you’ll need to scrape together another $1.5M. But then you’ll frolic in the waves with your family, play tennis on perfect courts, swim in the two pools with jacuzzis, ride bikes, boogie board, barbecue some sea bass from the nearby fish market and sip a cold beer, all of which will numb you to any pain or discomfort you felt during the Pandemic. Perfect location, nicely appointed, great staff at Stubbs, feels like home. Thanks for a great vacation 10/10.

We wanted a quiet setting & it definitely is. Thankful for strict HOA about no noise, partying, etc. Condo was older but very clean. From condo to beach is about 145 stairs. Heated pool was fine, hot tub was closed (Covid??) during our stay. Beds very soft. Tyler and Michelle at Stubbs did a great job ensuring we were comfortable (I.e. beach towels, a Keurig). We’d stay again.
