Observe a los peces saltar de la gran envoltura proyectada en la cubierta. Mejor aún agarra tu caña de pescar! El uso de la rampa para botes está incluido y ubicado al lado de la Villa. Hay espacio debajo de la villa para almacenar su bote / remolque y estacionar su automóvil. También se encuentra en la propiedad un área para limpiar su bote y sus peces. Habrá un par de cañas de pescar básicas para su uso. El cebo y el aparejo también se encuentran justo al lado de la puerta de la propiedad.

La villa tiene pisos de madera nuevos en toda la sala de estar principal. Ha sido recientemente amueblado, incluyendo una nueva cama queen y un sofá cama de cuero queen. El dormitorio tiene puertas correderas para facilitar el acceso a la terraza. Tanto el dormitorio como la sala de estar tienen televisores de pantalla plana con cable. El salón también tiene un reproductor de DVD. Las películas y algunos juegos se guardan allí para su disfrute. WiFi también está incluido.

La parte delantera del patio al aire libre tiene un techo alto con dos taburetes, un sillón y un sofá en forma de L. Un gran lugar para relajarse con un libro, un cóctel o tomar un café por la mañana. También hay una puerta de la cocina que conduce a la terraza cubierta. Cuenta con techos estilo catedral, barbacoa y mesa con sillas para disfrutar de sus comidas al aire libre.

Convenientemente ubicado al lado de la propiedad hay una tienda de comestibles y una tienda de cebos. Algunas atracciones cercanas incluyen recorridos en lancha aérea, excursiones de pesca y recorridos en kayak. ¡Disfruta de la belleza de los Everglades y de las 10,000 islas!

También puede explorar con excursiones de un día a Marco Island y Nápoles.

Quiet setting!

As first timers to Everglades City, not sure what to expect, we fell in love with the area! Thing to do if you want, or just sit and relax by the pool. Restaurants in the area were amazing. And it’s a nice drive to Goodland or Marco if so desired. We sat out on the screened porch a lot, and enjoyed the location of the condo. Kim is so very attentive to anything you may need!

Excellence in the Everglades

We have been spending time in Everglades City annually for more than 20 years and had a family home there until Hurricane Irma forcing us to rent somewhere to stay since then. Kim's Place is the best place that we have found in Everglades City. The villa is immaculate, charming, & comfortable. Kim leaves nothing to chance with clear communication from the time that the booking is made until checkout. Our only regret was that we were too busy to spend as much time as we would have liked on the huge screened porch looking at the water. We will be back, Thank you, Kim!

Perfect place to stay in the Everglades!

You cant go wrong staying in this cute, clean, cozy little villa. The location is perfect. We caught tons of crabs off the back docks. The area is quiet and neighbors are friendly. Kim was amazing to deal with. It was a wonderful 2 weeks in the Everglades!

Great place to stay in the Everglades!

We love this place. Great covered porch for sitting outside, great view of the water, and great spot for kayaking. Kim goes out of her way to make our stay enjoyable. We plan to come back next year!

This is a Diamond in the rough

We stayed at this property for three weeks. Loved every thing about our time there. The outside screened in patio was our favorite place to hang out. The king size bed was very comfy and all the extras that you had for us was so appreciated. Would have loved to stay here again next year, however it was already booked. Thanks Kim for everything. You were wonderful to correspond with.

Wonderful!

Kim's condo and this community were a rare find--right on the water, away from the noise of the main street, and far enough away from the wastewater treatment plant not to hear that noise either. We couldn't think of a better location. We loved being able to launch our kayaks just steps from our door, with lots of options on where to go from there. We loved having the screened lanai so that biting flies didn't drive us indoors in the evenings. Because the condo is north-facing, it probably stays cool enough for many months, but since we were there for the month of January, that's just a guess.

Everglades Getaway

My wife and I had a great stay, no traffic and great friendly neighbors. The owners were the best we have ever dealt with. We highly recommend this property.

Perfect relaxing location to enjoy all the Everglades has to offer. The villa was very clean and well equipped. Kim was very responsive to all questions. The neighbors were all friendly and made you feel right at home.

We love this place!

A great time for us! Swimming in the pool, kayaking, visiting the Everglades. The Villa is wonderful for the 2 of us! It is just as pictured and very clean and well supplied. Kim responds immediately to messages. We hope to return!

A Tranquil Paradise!

We’ve just returned from a wonderful month staying at this beautiful Villa. We can ABSOLUTELY recommend a stay here. The villa is just lovely. It’s modern, spacious and spotlessly clean. The screened in porch was lovely to sit, read, work and just look at the wildlife all around. The water across from us was just as added bonus! The pool area is just perfect for sitting out, sunbathing and for swimming. There was high speed internet that we both used every day working from home, without any issues at all. The villa and grounds are very well maintained and it’s a lovely, quiet complex. The neighbors were wonderful—welcoming and very pleasant. You can basically walk or ride bikes to everything on the island, which is something we really loved about it. Kim was in regular contact from the time of booking thru our whole stay and provided lots of really useful information and tips while we were there, and also new to the Everglades area. We were particularly touched when she often reached out to make sure we had everything we needed. They also left us many essentials in the house. Exceptional! It was a real home away from home. Kim and Bob have thought of everything. We felt very pampered! Thank you for a wonderful stay, and we cannot wait to be back. :)

Fabulous place - very clean and comfortable!

Excellent location, we biked to restaurants and cooled off in the pool. Everything you need is in the apartment. Cooked dinner on the grill several times, kitchen was updated and had all needed items. Great place to leave work behind and relax. Kim was unbelievable- checking in by text to make sure things were OK and when we had questions she got back to us immediately! Kayaking, hiking and seeing natural areas made for a terrific vacation. We will be back.

Lovely affordable Rental in the Everglades

This is a well appointed rental in a remote area. The owners have invested in making the rental attractive and as connected as is possible. It does not have consistent internet access or consistent cell phone reception because it is in a special location - the Everglades. You will enjoy your stay as long as you understand that this is not a rental in an urban setting. Enjoy the exceptional opportunities there, which are not available where you have great tech services. The water view and the community are a real plus for this rental. The owners are exceptionally engaged and responsive. You will enjoy your time in this unique area and comfortable villa.

First time Everglades visit

We loved this villa! It was well stocked and perfect for the 2 of us! We enjoyed using the outdoor grill and sitting on the screened in porch. The pool and kayak launching ramp were just feet from our door. We enjoyed visiting the Everglades National Park. The villa was clean and just as pictured. Kim responds immediately to messages. We would like to come again next year.

Outstanding

Very well stocked and extraordinarily clean house. After walking aeound the place after arriving my wife said it looked like we were the first people to ever stay there. The house is so well organized it feels much larger than it actually is. Nice porch overlooking the water, though there is a narrow road with almost no traffic between house and water. If we return to the area this is the first place we will consider for lodging.

Perfect get away.

Great place to stay in Everglades City

This is a beautiful place to stay. It's well appointed, and the host has anticipated your needs. She's great and very responsive. You'll be in close proximity to most everything you'd want to do in Everglades City and the surrounding area. You can be at the Fakahatchee Boardwalk in 10 minutes. Same for Big Cyprus and Chokoloskee Island. This is right on the water in a quiet community, so take advantage of enjoying the mornings or evenings waterside.
