House for rent on Grand Lagoon in Panama City Beach. The house has it own private dock and 100 feet of waterfront. - less than 1/4 mile from the beach and popular bars and restaurants. The house has three bedrooms and two baths; it is the perfect place to unwind! Watch the sun rise and set over Grand Lagoon, enjoy fishing from the dock, bike to popular bars and restaurants, or have a day at the beach!!

Perfect location on the water

We had the best time here. Collins, the property owner, was extremely helpful and great to rent from. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The property is located in the best location. We were down for a baseball tournament and this place was the perfect distance from the fields, shopping areas and great restaurants. The walk to the beach was easy and best of all the boat drive was perfect. You could be offshore or in the bay in minutes. Navigating the channel was a little tricky so if you bring your boat make sure to stay in the channel markers or you will be like us and beached within the first 2 minutes! We would definitely stay here again.

Great family spot for baseball and fishing

Went down to PCB for my son to play baseball at the PCB Sports complex and this house worked out perfect. Close proximity to everything and the fishing off the dock was really good. Great host to work with. We definitely recommend!

Great for boaters

Great property for someone wanting to bring their boat with them on vacation. Convenient to the bay or gulf with 2 boat ramps nearby. House was clean and in a nice area. My family will definitely be staying again.

Great waterfront location

The house was equipped with everything we needed for our trip. Very clean! The boat slip & dock was perfect for our family. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Pet friendly and fishing right out the back door!

We had a great last minute vacation. Located just off the strip and a private dock! Just wish the lights on the dock worked.

Perfect waterfront location

My boys had so much fun fishing off the dock in the back yard. We enjoyed short walks to the beach and the home was clean and had everything we could need for our 5 days in Panama City. Thank you so much

Fisherman’s dream

This was my 14 yr old grandson birthday fishing trip, I booked the property so he could enjoy the private dock and fish at his leisure since he doesn’t really care for the beach. The property was just as described , it was clean and sanitized. Decorated beautifully. 3 adults 2 kids and we brought along our dogs which were able to enjoy the outdoor patio. Plenty of room for all. The property owner messaged us the day of check in when the house was ready Early! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare our meals . The view was the most relaxing beginning and ending to each day. It is quiet no traffic but very convenient to everything PCB has to offer. We met the owner Collins Who was very helpful and he gave us some advise on fishing charters. If you own a boat bring it ! We do not but will rent one next time . I look forward to staying at fisherman’s dream again , My friends and I are already planning a trip . I cant say enough about the sweet little details this home provided that made this vacation so special. Thank you Collins

Perfect rental for our family beach vacation!

We had almost as much fun behind the house on the lagoon as we did at the beach! We caught lots of blue crabs, a few fish, and even got to spot a few dolphins in the lagoon! My son and his fiancé were out in the canoe as a dolphin was swimming around! It is only a short walk to the beach; however, you do have to cross a busy road. The public beach access was not crowded but that could have been because of the double red flags while we were there. The owner was very helpful and fast to answer all my questions. We had a great time and look forward to booking this home again in the future!
