The primary renter of this unit does have to be 25 or over.

The MariSol is directly on the beach and built close to the sand so you get stunning views of the water. You'll want to spend all your time on the balcony in awe of the views of the beach. You’ll really enjoy the spectacular sunsets to the west.

This property features a gulf front living room. Being an end unit, this property has wrap around views from all over. The living room offers plenty of room for the whole family. It has a large flat screen TV.

The KITCHEN area is well equipped and gives you great views. Plus, it features beautiful granite counter tops with attractive cabinets and stainless steel appliances. It’s fully stocked so no matter whether you’re cooking your specialty or just fixing mac and cheese for the kids you’ve got everything you need to please the family.

The DINING AREA comfortably seats 6 and offers beach views so the family can share meals and trade their favorite part of their days at the beach while enjoying all the beauty of the gulf.

The MASTER SUITE features luxurious KING bed and private bath. There’s plenty of space to store your beachwear in the spacious closets. You’ll notice the large SMART TV that makes for great viewing when you’re relaxing after an activity filled day in Panama City Beach. You can step out onto the balcony from the MASTER SUITE as well.

The SECOND bedroom is equipped with a Queen size bed and flat screen TV in the suite.

The THIRD BEDROOM is equipped with a twin over full bunkbed and a twin size bed. It has a flatscreen TV as well.

The 4TH BEDROOM or very large efficiency suite has a Queen SIZE bed. It has an en suite large bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and walk in shower. It has a flatscreen TV as well.

The Washer/Dryer is conveniently located to make keeping everyone in clean clothes a breeze.

These bedrooms along with a pull out sleeper sofas allow the unit to easily sleep 12 comfortably including 3 complete baths.

PARKING: One pass for the covered reserved spot under the building, and an additional pass for the overflow lot across the street.

*The pool will not be heated in the off season*

We were given the option to pay an additional fee to check in early. We paid the fee to check in at noon and when we got to our condo it hadn’t been cleaned. That was at noon, we went to have lunch and came back, still not clean, had groceries scheduled to be delivered at 2, still not clean, wait until normal check in at 4, STILL NOT CLEAN. We finally got the all cleaned at 430…rush job. The shower in the master has mold all over the shower head and around the door, the floors still had sand on them, and the kitchen still had food in the fridge from the previous renters, and the rug in the living room was disgusting. The actual condo was really nice with enough space for three families.

This condo is absolutely amazing. It accommodate my family of 8 and we had extra room too. It was very clean and had most of the things we needed. The appliances are updated. My only complaint is the furniture in the living room and on the balcony was very uncomfortable both were worn and very low. There were people in my group that was tall and the low furniture was uncomfortable to them. But other than that this condo is perfect.

Senior trip

Overall, the condo was nice. However, the bedroom immediately to the right had a strong smell of cat urine, especially when it rained. I was able to manage the odor by mopping the floors daily in the entryway, bedroom, and bathroom, which helped keep it under control for the week. Several maintenance issues were also noticeable—some lights were hanging from the ceiling, tiles were missing in the shower, and the mini blinds were broken.

Family Vacation

The Condo was clean upon arrival. Dont think its had a deep clean in quite a while. We had to contact our host because of coach roaches which they had to xome and spray for while we was there. And the washmaxhine smelt like mildew. And not to mention our water quit working for hours multiple times which made us have to resudle family photos. This is not somewhere i will ever take my family again. Only nice things was the view and the beds was confortable

Awesome Experience

We had a wonderful time and a very pleasant stay. The property is located in a great place, right on the beach with access to everything nearby. The host was great, got instant response for any queries. Property is well equipped and very clean. We had an awesome time.

Great condo

Condo was as described. Good location, clean and very spacious. There were a couple of issues when we arrived but they were taken care of in a timely manner. I would recommend staying here but make sure you’re aware of the 4% fee the rental company adds when paying the final payment with a credit card.

Our first time in this unit

We’ve stayed in another unit two times, but there too many of us going to all fit in one. So we already love everything about the Marisol. This is identical set up & we loved it just the same. It was clean and practical. Check in was ease.

Winter break

Thanksgiving on the beach was great. This property is just what we needed and every thing as advertised. I agree with a previois post that it might be time for a new couch and love seat. But lots of room and right on the beach!

November Beach Trip

The condo we stayed in 505 was nicely furnished, however, the entire condo, including the patio needs cleaning. The rug in the den was filthy, and all the floors were dirty. The television never came on in bedroom that was spot itself. I called the office on either Tuesday or Wednesday and they said it and they said it would be fixed, It was not. The parking was a big problem. There were four couples and we needed four parking spaces.

We had an amazing time. The room was everything it could’ve been. It was perfect space for our group. The only thing I thought the couch was a couch bed and it is not, but we were fine without it. It was a wonderful condo and the balcony was perfect

Family vacation

this was our first family vacation with 5 adults and 3 children. The unit was clean and beds comfortable. The beach and pool were close, especially carrying the beach chairs and beach toys.

overall, nice stay, furniture in living room definitely need to be updated, condo glass doors to deck appeared to have not been cleaned- finger and hand prints all over it, wooden chair on front balcony was rotten- so glad we noticed that before someone tried to sit in it
