Bienvenido, hogar futuro Amigos / Familia. Relájese y disfrute de su estadía en nuestra hermosa y nueva casa vintage remodelada de la era moderna. Vive una sensación vintage de los años treinta. Desde un clásico columpio del porche delantero hasta una relajante hamaca interior. Reclínese afuera con una gran terraza de madera al aire libre con 2 parrillas para entretener. Disfrute de un amplio y amplio piso de 1 piso con 1900 pies cuadrados en la planta baja, con 2 pisos adicionales de 900 pies cuadrados en el piso de arriba. Tres habitaciones separadas. 1 dormitorio King size abajo. Amplio baño y cocina completa con lavadora / secadora en la planta baja. Arriba tiene 2 habitaciones separadas con nuevos dormitorios Queen cada uno con armarios individuales. Nuevo Loft de entretenimiento arriba (Tim's Cave), completo con TV, reproductor de DVD, PS3. Get a way in Salem

Wonderful property. Little tricky getting out of the driveway. Tim was a wonderful host. Would definitely stay there again.

Family spring break trip

The place was nothing short of amazing. Surprised my three children with a Oregon trip this spring break since they always wanted to chase waterfalls and see the spots from twilight. This was located in the center of everything we wanted to do. Also close to any shopping when we needed it. Communication and entry was so quick and easy! My 9yr old made it clear that we need to go back and stay here for her 10th birthday in September. Fingers crossed! Thank you so much for opening your home to us!

Great property owners

We had a good stay! Place was super clean! Just what we needed after a long drive! Our daughters loved having their own rooms and enjoyed the fun area upstairs “Tim’s cave” We had issues with the air conditioning but the owner was right on it. He even sent us a gift card due to that issue. What a wonderful and thoughtful thing to do! Thank you so much! This is a good place to stay for a family! We recommend it!

Wish I could give more than the 3 stars.....

Older interesting-to-walk neighborhood, close to city and priced right. I completely missed reserving an extra night that we needed and Tim immediately fixed that for us, and I am VERY GRATEFUL for his quick action and flexibility. Thank you again. The house is big and roomy with a large living room, large dining table and separate work/office type area. The patio/yard is spacious. The kitchen is very well stocked. Some takeaways for the owners: there are signs all throughout - take off your shoes - keep the noise down - turn the blinds to the left - empty the lint trap - clean up your own carpet spills ((please remove or replace , it's quite soiled)), - bring in the seat cushions - leave this light switch on, etc. that left us unable to fully relax for fear of breaking a rule. Renters, note that the property shares walls with residents. You can hear TV, voices, doors, etc, that I was not expecting when the listing said "basement" and "separate", which I thought meant detached. The coming & going of many other shared tenants was constant, just note that there's a lot of activity around the house. I never felt unsafe, but there was movement and distraction. We simply needed lodging for a wedding and to work remotely (wifi was strong) so this was sufficiently functional. But if you are looking for a kick-back, chill-out, feel-right-at-home type, this is not the vibe it gives.

Thanksgiving in Salem
