Precioso apartamento de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños ubicado en el 4to piso. Unidad 404 cuenta con una cama king en el dormitorio principal con un televisor de pantalla plana, reproductor de DVD y el baño principal tiene una ducha a ras de suelo con doble cabezal de ducha. El huésped dos camas matrimoniales en el dormitorio de invitados con un televisor de pantalla plana y reproductor de DVD. Hay un sof�� cama en la sala de estar. We’ve notified housekeeping to re-clean the unit, remove any dirty dishes, and ensure all cookware is sanitary. Maintenance has been scheduled to repair the dishwasher latch, investigate and fix the refrigerator leak and nonworking ice maker, and replace the missing cabinet panels related to recent pipe work. Housekeeping will also restock coffee filters and extra toilet paper going forward. We appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention and will use your comments to improve. We hope to have the chance to provide a better stay in the future.

I’ve never went any place where you literally had to take your own toilet paper and paper towels. Also they only give you enough towels for 8 people so everyone got one towel for the week, along with wash rags. Our condo was leaking water from the fridge and the dishwasher and couldn’t get anyone to respond until the last day we were there and it was at 9pm and they wanted to send someone out to fix it then! If I go back to orange beach, I won’t be staying here again!

Great place to stay!

The location of the condo is great! The beach is not crowded (yet). There is some construction going in the area, but for now it is perfect! We would definitely stay there again!

Nice stay

This was really a nice property and we enjoyed our stay. Only one minor wish...that there would have been a bit more kitchen basics such as cookie sheets and hot pads. Would still stay here again.

We found the location to be fantastic, despite experiencing some issues. Upon requesting another parking pass for my additional vehicle, the host did not respond promptly, taking almost a day. Furthermore, the beds in the second bedroom were uncomfortable and noisy, indicating a need for replacement. While our stay was generally great, better response times and upgraded beds would enhance the experience.

Although the condo was nice, there were a few things that needed attention. The cabinet was full of dirty dishes, and someone had broken the latch on the dishwasher. Whoever cleans the condo, assumed that the dishes in the dishwasher were clean, however, they were definitely dirty and still covered in food.I have stayed in several condos, and although it is not necessary, there were no filters for the coffee maker, and no extra toilet paper. There appeared to have been some pipe repairs in the bathroom and kitchen, because wooden panels were missing from the bottom of the cabinet.One last thing. The refrigerator seems to be leaking water on the freezer side. We had to clean up water multiple times it’ll leak down onto the floor from somewhere in the refrigerator. Andy icemaker does not work.

Girlfriends' Getaway

The property was clean with great beach access. The proximity to restaurants and grocery stores is excellent. Additional elevators would be beneficial; check in/out was prolonged due to the volume of people attempting to use the 2 small elevators.

Amazing place

The place was amazing but our host was even more AMAZING! We had to adjust our stay by a day because my son’s ship date for marine boot camp changed by a whole week! I never buy the insurance they offer at check out but our host allowed and changed the days for us and moved it up sooner! They condo was great with amazing views, well stocked, clean and comfortable beds! Would most definitely stay again!

Perfect for us

Really pretty, updated unit. Loved the tiled showers. Great location. We walked fo several of our suppers. Only complaint for the week was the rainy weather! We need a do over!

We stayed in Room 404. Everything from the property mgt standpoint was perfect. The ONLY issue was the sofa, loveseat and chair in the main area. I have never sat on something so uncomfortable. It made a pullout bed but you sank soooo deep when you sit down it is almost impossible to get up. Everything ese was perfect but we won't rent 404 again. The owner really need to replace sofa, loveseat, and chair in the worst kind of way.

Great trip but not comfortable

We really enjoyed our stay however the most comfortable furniture was the patio furniture. Fortunately for our backs we did find a egg create type pad that we threw on the bed though it was made for a full or queen. The living room furniture was also VERY uncomfortable. We would stay again but would just know to bring meds for our backs and we wouldn't spend much time in the condo.

It was nice and had all accomodations needed. Mattresses need to be changed- were hard. Had to purchase mattress topper for couch bed to use. Couch is need of replacement- looked soiled in some places. Kitchen was terrific. Washer/dryer terrific. Wonderful view from balcony which is what we were wanting. Condo could use some painting to clean up. Had good response with one issue we had. Would recommend to others.
