Ubicado directamente al otro lado del bulevar Santa Rosa del Golfo de México. Hay una torre de condominios frente al golfo directamente al otro lado del bulevar, por lo que tendrá unos pocos pasos a la derecha para llegar al cruce público de la playa. Aproximadamente 2-5 minutos a pie. La propiedad es segura y está bien mantenida. Código de cerraduras para puerta de entrada y garaje.

Ambas habitaciones tienen baño privado completo, camas king size, una tiene un sofá cama y un armario con vestidor. El otro tiene una paleta de piso para que cada uno pueda tener una familia pequeña. En la planta baja tiene un sofá cama y un futón, por lo que también podría tener una familia pequeña. Máximo 12 personas si 6 son niños.

Tiene un garaje privado para dos autos. Tiene un patio privado y un patio privado donde los huéspedes pueden relajarse y disfrutar bajo el sol. Hay un baño en la planta baja con ducha a ras de suelo.

Look elsewhere!!!

The only good out of this place is the 5 minute walk to the beach and my vehicle fit in the garage. The street is sketchy with sketchy people. The place smelled awful like smoke and mold. The floors were filthy (my son had black feet after 20 minutes) The thickness of dust on the fans were scary. The mold on the bathroom ceiling is a health hazard. There were pubes on the toilet seats. The carpet is filthy and smelled terrible. For the price of this condo, save your money and get a real crap trap thats cheaper if you are ok living that way. I took pictures of everything. At least I left it cleaner then when i arrived. Never again will i stay here.

Great Family Time

Nice clean comfortable place to stay. Plenty of space to stretch out and relax after a day on the beach. In most of the reviews, there were complaints about bathroom tissue and towels. I’ve learned over the years to pack extras on those items when traveling with my crew so it wasn’t an issue for me. Great location for restaurants and shopping. The walk to the beach wasn’t as bad as I expected. Not very far at all. I think the walk did me good. The neighborhood was fairly quiet. Mike the host was quick to respond to any questions I had. Thank you for having us. I would recommend this place to anyone.❤️

False Damage Claims- take videos before and after stay

My friends and I were in town for a wedding and thought this place would be great as it was less than a block to beach access and 10 min from the Wedding. The owner seemed genuinely nice and helpful when I communicated with him, so we ignored some of the bad reviews and booked the place. Those reviews were absolutely correct! The owner claimed that we ripped a towel rack loose from the wall and charged my card for $100. Disputing it now. The owner has 14 days to charge claims. I can’t wait to see what he tries to say we did next. We absolutely left that place as it was and even asked how we needed to clean up a bit before we left as he never communicated that too us nor left instructions. If you are staying here, take videos and pictures when you arrive and right when you leave so no false damage claims can be charged against you.

Weekend getaway

Place was very clean but very dated. Pullout mattresses were uncomfortable but then it’s a futon and couch. Cookware and glasses don’t accommodate 8 guests. Had to purchase a large fry pan to cook for the family. It would be nice to have toilet paper and other basics available when you arrive until a grocery list is complete for a store run. Mike is super nice to work with. Location is great. Close to the public beach. Overall it was good but you will spend extra money for essentials.

Great spot

Host was very nice and communicative. This is an excellent place to stay if you are looking for a place to sleep and to prepare a meal and hit the beach. If you are looking for all of the amenities, go across the street to the 1000k a night condos. This is a humble, clean, basic abode.

The owner was great to work with and location is grand. Please read details in full. You are supplied with limited toilet paper. No paper towels, 1 wash cloth and 4 bath towels. There is no WI-FI which we used our data no problem for us. All in all it was a great stay. We would stay again at this property.

Making memories with our family of 5

We stayed for 7 days and absolutely enjoyed our stay here! Definitely recommend if you want to get away from your normal life! It's CLEAN!! Close to everything!! The beach.. you can either drive or walk to the beach! We did both, but mainly drove across the street to the public beach parking. If you just want to spend time with your family without your kids being glued to their phones and tablets, this place doesn't have wifi, but this was great for us! There is only one TV, but it's in the livingroom which they do provide cable and VHS/DVD player. Which that helped us out a lot when the 3 kids were getting ready for bed or nap, so they got to watch some movies on the DVD player. You can always just pack a hotspot or tvs for your family. We had brought a small tv with us, just in case if we wanted to watch a movie in our room. Honestly, we didn't even use our tv.. lol They do provide a few things like: some hangers, 4 bath towels, 2 hand towels, hand soap for all 4 sinks, toilet paper to start out with, a rag and another hand towel for the kitchen, a great coffee maker, 1 extra bed sheets, a comforter, and 2 pillows & pillow cases, 2 pullout couches, wash and dryer machines, charcoal grill, patio furniture, 2 car garage. The 2 bedrooms upstairs are a great size, loved that it had it's own bathroom with each room! Plus, a stand up shower downstairs. We will be coming back again!!! Got excellent customer service and Mike was just all around wonderful to us!! Of course, read the description that is provided.. This place reminds me how we need to spend more time together, rather than a screen in our faces! Thank you so much, Mike!

Crab Island Trip

Our group boated over to Crab Island from Gulf Shores, AL. This was a great location for us as we were able to walk back and forth from the boat marina to the condo in back in just a few short blocks!

This property was perfect for us.

This property was located conveniently to all that we wanted to do on this vacation. Really close to the beach, fishing, parks and shopping. It worked out great for us. Great play area for the grandkids and hang out room for the adults. The rooms were clean, 3 full baths an added plus. We really enjoyed ourselves.

Not bad

Yes the place was out dated and there were no tvs in the upstairs bedrooms. But there was enough room for everyone and a quick walk to the beach. It was very clean minus a couple of spots on the carpet, but thats excpected by the beach. Mike was very nice and we were able to check in early. I wouldnt mind staying here again.

We enjoyed our trip very, condo needs some attention

Mike was very accommodating 😃. However the condo does not sleep 12, possibly 7 at best. The futon is horrible to sit on, much less sleep in. The dishwasher did not work properly and the kitchen definitely need more supplies. We did not have wash clothes with the towels. We made the best of it and had a great trip.

Lesson learned ... Book early!!

By the time we decided we could all go, almost everything was booked in Destin/Ft. Walton. With little to no options, we booked this rental condo. No wifi (seriously?), minimal kitchen amenities, half a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, no ambience, dirty carpets, smelling garbage, on and on. The one thing it had was the convenience of walking distance to the beach, but wow did we pay for that! This is the first time we have been disappointed with our VRBO choice. Just a little effort on the part of this property owner could go a long way toward repeat business.

Wonderful

Great room. Great location. Clean, accommodating. Contact was easy to reach. Everything went easily and how one would expect staying at a new location. I, my family and our friends stayed for four days and really enjoyed it.

Renter beware*

I read the reviews on how the owner will claim damages and say it was the renter. I rented anyways. This place is what it looks like. Old, dingy, and not for families. The neighbors next door were loud, fighting, and talking about male see acts they do on each other. The carpet is dirty, blinds broken, old appliances, and smelly couches. I'm glad we spent most of our time "away from home at the beach". Owner tried to say he required having to blinds when they were already broken. I have plenty of pictures of the blinds, floors, walls, beds, appliances, and chairs the neighbors threw. The codes stopped working and we message the owner. Never got a response back. My husband had to climb the garage to go through the middle patio to open from the inside out. I plan on going again in the spring or summer but will make sure to stay clear way from this place again.
