Walk or bike to the beach, pier or downtown restaurants and bars. Minutes to Northern San Diego County attractions such as LegoLand, San Diego Zoo Safari Park, Hang Gliding at Torrey Pines, USCD. Great for family attending soccer events at the Oceanside Soccer Complex or Surf Soccer Fields.

For your vacation use, we have 2 bicylcles, helmets, boogie boards, wet suits (kids & adults), tennis rackets, folding chairs, beach mats, and fishing rods.

Beach was easy walking distance, lots of dining choices! Reserved parking in Front of the condo was a BIG plus! Host was accessible and VERY helpful!!

Awesome spot! A super convenient location, coffee and food right across the street, as well as a variety of other options within walking distance. Beach views are a few blocks away, but beach (swimming/hang out access) is probably closer to a 20-30 min. walk if you have kids with you. Pull-out couch worked for our small kids, but I don't think an adult would have a good time sleeping on it for multiple days.

The place was cute with the items we needed. Unfortunately, the secondary bed was absolutely horrible. It really should not be posted or considered a pull out bed. We ended up putting one of our children on the floor with blankets as it was more comfortable for them. The noise level was horrible with all of the work being done on nearby streets, but that is no fault of the host's. We loved being able to use a boogie board from the garage. Overall, it was a decent stay for what we needed.

Spent the night here for a wedding in Oceanside. Great location and walking distance to restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. Easy check in/out process.

Nice quiet get-away

We enjoyed our stay and found the location to be close to but not so close as to be in a very congested area. It's a close walk to the ocean and a short drive to the pier and restaurants area. We were very comfortable at the condo and had everything we needed.

Father’s Day gathering

After coffee at Communal across the street, we walked with our family to the beach and back. Dinner and fun followed at the condo; after which my husband and I enjoyed a quiet evening together. It was safe and quiet and perfect our gathering.

Very nice clean condo, close to everything in Oceanside, great host!

Nice clean condo for our family of 3, two adults one teen. Very much as advertised. The host (Kohi) was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond. I would highly recommend!

Quiet and clean

Quiet little apt. complex, clean, easily accessible. We we're just there for a short 2 night stay. Could use a little more seating in living room. Couch not very comfortable. Host quick to respond to our needs.

It was a lovely stay, and we liked the place. Very clean, great location. The host was very good at communicating minus one miscommunication at first, but it was very quickly remedied and we had absolutely no other issues after that. It was nice and quiet there and a perfect location to the beach. Just a bit of a walk to a quiet part of the beach that was really neat. It was also still a quick walk to the pier from there but we enjoyed the part we were closer to. The place worked for my husband, myself, my 7 year old daughter and 10 year old son. They slept on the pull out couch and the bed was very comfy. It had everything we needed too, including all the pots, pans, spices, etc. It was very comfortable!!

Nice location but no sky view

The condo was very convenient for walking to the beach which was across the tracks. It was close to a brewery, wine shop, and coffee houses. Our only negative would be how we felt like we were in a cave with no windows to even look at the sky outside. There was a courtyard but it was always in the shade and in January we were seeking sunshine!

As we walked into the apartment, we were pleasantly surprised at how clean and neat the apt was. All the instructions were clearly communicated about parking, getting through the front gate to the units, and the front door. They thought about all the little and big details. We had supplies for the full month we were there. One clue about the front door, to get in you put a code in, and that's it, but to leave, you also need to put a code in to lock it.. Don't assume it locks on it's own, We didn't figure this out until half way through our stay. The other thing to note is since we were there a month, we did more cooking then others might. The pans could use a bit of updating. They have lost their ability to be cooked in without adding oil or butter.

Very accommodating

Firstly, the property is clean and well manicured. Not a lot of traffic in this area which is very nice. Right across the street is a coffee shop and a couple of eateries. The condo is quaint and clean. Completely accommodating. Khoi, thank you, for the body wash. I forgot mine! Kitchen is fully equipped. I didn’t use anything. There’s no air conditioner, but there are ceiling fans. Come bedtime I was a little warm, and had to end up closing the bedroom window because the neighbor was talking. Thankfully I still slept fairly well. The bed was comfortable. Oh, thank you, for allowing usage of the bikes! I went out for an early bike ride down by the water.

We loved the convenience of the location. This location is walking distance to many eateries, the Oceanside Pier, beach, and CVS. We were just a few minutes from the gate of Camp Pendleton (not really a walking distance but close by car). The parking space was much appreciated because the coffee shop and eatery across the street are very busy with street parking and having a designated parking space made it much easier. The provided beach gear was a great addition. Being from a place that is land-locked, not having to purchase body boards or sand items was very thoughtful and sweet. The place was nice and clean with a kitchen that was stocked with spices, cookware, and anything you would need to cook minus the actual groceries so while we didn’t use any of it because we were on the move quite a bit, it was definitely a plus if we had chosen to cook. The highlight for my teen son was the beach gear and the highlight of the stay for me was the security of the rental and cleanliness. If you are not from Cali, don’t be alarmed that there is no air conditioning, the breeze from the ocean provides enough cool air that if you open windows, it is cool inside all day. I actually grew to love not needing to use A/C so I want others to know whom might be used to such as well. Host responded to messages quickly and was accommodating throughout. The little booklet explained everything in perfect detail while not being overwhelming.

Convenient, comfortable and cute!

This was a great find for us. We come to Oceanside often and usually spend the night in a hotel. Khoi’s place was perfect for us - right by Bagby Beer which we love. Thank you for the comfortable place to land!
