Walk or bike to the beach, pier or downtown restaurants and bars. Minutes to Northern San Diego County attractions such as LegoLand, San Diego Zoo Safari Park, Hang Gliding at Torrey Pines, USCD. Great for family attending soccer events at the Oceanside Soccer Complex or Surf Soccer Fields.

For your vacation use, we have 2 bicylcles, helmets, boogie boards, wet suits (kids & adults), tennis rackets, folding chairs, beach mats, and fishing rods.

It was a lovely stay, and we liked the place. Very clean, great location. The host was very good at communicating minus one miscommunication at first, but it was very quickly remedied and we had absolutely no other issues after that. It was nice and quiet there and a perfect location to the beach. Just a bit of a walk to a quiet part of the beach that was really neat. It was also still a quick walk to the pier from there but we enjoyed the part we were closer to. The place worked for my husband, myself, my 7 year old daughter and 10 year old son. They slept on the pull out couch and the bed was very comfy. It had everything we needed too, including all the pots, pans, spices, etc. It was very comfortable!!

As we walked into the apartment, we were pleasantly surprised at how clean and neat the apt was. All the instructions were clearly communicated about parking, getting through the front gate to the units, and the front door. They thought about all the little and big details. We had supplies for the full month we were there. One clue about the front door, to get in you put a code in, and that's it, but to leave, you also need to put a code in to lock it.. Don't assume it locks on it's own, We didn't figure this out until half way through our stay. The other thing to note is since we were there a month, we did more cooking then others might. The pans could use a bit of updating. They have lost their ability to be cooked in without adding oil or butter.

Nice location but no sky view

The condo was very convenient for walking to the beach which was across the tracks. It was close to a brewery, wine shop, and coffee houses. Our only negative would be how we felt like we were in a cave with no windows to even look at the sky outside. There was a courtyard but it was always in the shade and in January we were seeking sunshine!

Great stay

Spent the night here for a wedding in Oceanside. Great location and walking distance to restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. Easy check in/out process.

Very accommodating

Firstly, the property is clean and well manicured. Not a lot of traffic in this area which is very nice. Right across the street is a coffee shop and a couple of eateries. The condo is quaint and clean. Completely accommodating. Khoi, thank you, for the body wash. I forgot mine! Kitchen is fully equipped. I didn’t use anything. There’s no air conditioner, but there are ceiling fans. Come bedtime I was a little warm, and had to end up closing the bedroom window because the neighbor was talking. Thankfully I still slept fairly well. The bed was comfortable. Oh, thank you, for allowing usage of the bikes! I went out for an early bike ride down by the water.

Father’s Day gathering

After coffee at Communal across the street, we walked with our family to the beach and back. Dinner and fun followed at the condo; after which my husband and I enjoyed a quiet evening together. It was safe and quiet and perfect our gathering.

Quiet and clean

Quiet little apt. complex, clean, easily accessible. We we're just there for a short 2 night stay. Could use a little more seating in living room. Couch not very comfortable. Host quick to respond to our needs.

Nice quiet get-away

We enjoyed our stay and found the location to be close to but not so close as to be in a very congested area. It's a close walk to the ocean and a short drive to the pier and restaurants area. We were very comfortable at the condo and had everything we needed.

Very nice clean condo, close to everything in Oceanside, great host!

Nice clean condo for our family of 3, two adults one teen. Very much as advertised. The host (Kohi) was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond. I would highly recommend!

Convenient, comfortable and cute!

This was a great find for us. We come to Oceanside often and usually spend the night in a hotel. Khoi’s place was perfect for us - right by Bagby Beer which we love. Thank you for the comfortable place to land!
