Maravillosa casa familiar bajo nueva propiedad y administración. Alquilada las últimas dos temporadas bajo el nombre de "Starboard By The Sea", esta casa impecable y bien mantenida cuenta con 5 habitaciones, 4 baños completos y aire acondicionado central en todas partes, por lo que es un lugar de vacaciones ideal para familias numerosas.

Las 5 habitaciones ofrecen cómodas habitaciones para dormir para hasta 10 huéspedes, incluyendo una habitación con una cama king y baño completo, una con una cama queen y baño completo, y tres habitaciones adicionales cada una con dos camas individuales que comparten los otros dos baños completos. ¡La ducha al aire libre ofrece una forma refrescante de limpiar después de un día en la playa o en cualquier momento!

La cocina está totalmente equipada con todos los electrodomésticos, utensilios de cocina, platos y utensilios necesarios para facilitar su estadía. Los huéspedes disfrutarán especialmente de la gran terraza en la parte trasera de la casa, que es un gran lugar para pasar el rato después de un día en la playa. Hay una parrilla de gas y asientos integrados, así como una mesa para comer al aire libre.

Red River Beach está a 0. 5 millas de distancia y es fácil caminar o andar en bicicleta. La casa está ubicada en South Harwich, a poca distancia de muchas tiendas, restaurantes y supermercados. Village of Harwichport está a 5 minutos en coche y el centro de Chatham está a menos de 15 minutos en coche.

Como esta es nuestra primera temporada como propietarios de esta propiedad, no hay revisiones actuales, pero la casa se ha alquilado por temporadas durante los últimos años y siempre fue la mejor calificada. Tenemos la intención de continuar con esa tradición mientras realizamos mejoras adicionales para que sus vacaciones sean aún más especiales.

Tenga en cuenta que durante la temporada alta de verano, desde fines de junio hasta fines de agosto, ofrecemos opciones para estadías de 3 noches (jueves a domingo), estadías de mejor valor entre semana de 3 a 4 noches (domingos y jueves) o estadías de 7 noches (dom-dom o jueves) -Thurs). House was in great location, clean, plenty of room with plenty of bathrooms. Short walk to Red River Beach, right off Rt. 28. Hosts were fantastic, responsive, house had many amenities-beach items, items for cooking. Would definitely recommend!

Great Place

House was great for our stay with multiple families. Well-equipped, usable kitchen and large living room. Short, easy walk to the beach. John was one of the best hosts I've experienced, great communication.

Wonderful

A lovely house that’s an easy walk to an outstanding beach. The host was extremely thoughtful. He went out of his way to be kind and he was also very responsive. We accidentally locked ourselves out of a closet at one point and the problem was solved within minutes. Our party spanned three generations, and all were comfortable in the space. The house is equipped with a lot thoughtful details that made our stay so much easier. It was a joy and a privilege to spend the week here!

Wonderful place

The house was great - very nice inside and outside, with a large outside deck and tables for meals, and arts projects, outside fireplace, hammock, and shower to wash the sand off our feet before we got in the house. Also, the house was on a very private street, but just off the main road in the area, so grocery, liquor, and other stores were a very easy commute. The kitchen was nicely furnished, with all the condiments we could have needed, there were lots (and lots) of board games, some of them brand new and unopened. The living room was very nicely set up, enticing to doing things together - whether it's watching a movie, or playing games, charades, etc. The house was also some 15 minutes leisurely walk to the beach, or less than 5 minutes by bicycle, so the beach was very accessible. Not that the kids cared that much about that - they just needed the wifi and their screens - ARGH !!! At night the beach received very little light pollution from the few houses which were directly on the beach, making it ideal for watching the stars and the Milky Way on a cloudless evening. Finally, John, the owner, was very responsive over text and very accommodating - he came within minutes to take care of a small issue we were having (not being able to find one particular switch). And at the end, when we forgot one of our tablet chargers, he texted us to let us know, and mailed it within a day or two. Couldn't have hoped for a better experience.

Vacation/Reunion Par Excellence

Our Thanksgiving week stay at John & Laurie's Cape Cod home was superb! The house offered open space for gathering and private areas for retreat. The living room w/comfortable & ample seating easily accommodated us 9 people. The game table provided a separate area for arts, crafts, & puzzles. The newly renovated kitchen was the best equipped of any VRBO we have stayed in; several cooks could work together! The dining area w/extended leaf let us all share our T'giving meal at one table. We were unable to fully take advantage of the outdoor porch, but in warmer weather, it would be fantastic. The game room was an immense hit for our 5-7 year olds. The adults enjoyed ping pong while this grandmother pretended to play bumper pool with her grandchildren--an experience none of us will forget. Ever! The youngsters adored their private retreat upstairs w/its own TV & loved the many books available there. The 5 bedrooms offered more than sufficient space & privacy; the beds are extremely comfortable; we all loved the walk-in showers. The one bathtub was appreciated by the grandchild who needed one. There are more than ample supplies; stores are nearby if you need anything else. Our beach visits were New England at its brisk, but definitive best in the fall. We have lovely photos in coats with seagulls circling overhead, blue skies, & grandchildren climbing vacant lifeguard chairs! John is an exceptionally responsive host, attentive to any needs a group might have. He and Laurie truly want you to enjoy your time here. Our family thanks you both for the lovely surprise gifts, especially the thoughtful one left for the grandchildren! We are grateful to you for sharing your Cape home. I cannot think of anything else we could have needed. Most of all, we don't know how VRBO selects Super Hosts, but we would like to nominate you and see you advance to the top of the list! We would rate you 10 stars if we could! Thank you ever so much. P.S. We loved Marion's Pie Shop. Thanks for the tip!

Just like home

A lovely property with all conveniences. The kitchen was better equipped than my own! The kids loved being together in the "family room." There were enough games to stock a toy store. Communication with the owners was easy; they were very accommodating and even left a gift basket to welcome us.

Great Rental Experience

We were in Harwich for our son's wedding over Labor Day weekend. Owner was very flexible for the dates we needed. Multiple generations of family and house was perfect! Very well appointed, clean and great location with lots to do in the area. Would definitely come back again.

Wonderful Cape Stay

We stayed here for a family get-together. While the most important thing is getting the family together, the house could not have been more perfect for us. It was exceptionally neat and clean, it had everything you could need, and had all the charm of a classic cape house. There was a short walk to beautiful Red River beach we took advantage of (despite it being very much shoulder season) and an excellent deck and barbecue setup that made for a great place to hang out while the kids played in the yard. Really can't thank John enough for being so accommodating for our family and communicative. If you're looking for a place to stay on the Cape, you can't go wrong here.

Fantastic Cape Extended Stay

We spent an amazing month at John's beautiful house. He was very responsive and great to work with during the booking. The house exceeded our expectations and we felt right at home with a great beach theme. A few blocks away from the ocean and beach. Centrally located, it gave the the opportunity to frequent Harwich, Chatham, Brewster, Yarmouth, Hyannis, Orleans & Wellfleet. Highlights were an amazing day trip to Provincetown (which my husband biked up to) with a perfect Whale watch and dolphin cruise. Seafood was amazing and so many choices and our kids were amazed by the Brewster flats and loved the post season timeframe as we had the beach to ourselves many times. Highly recommend John's home and this location! Cant wait to come back!

Very clean and well equipped

We had a wonderful stay with our extended family to celebrate our parents 50th wedding anniversary. The house was well equipped with everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The outdoor deck is was perfect for our breakfast and dinner gatherings. Location was great-- within a 10 minute walk to the beautiful red river beach and short bike ride to the bike path. We will definitely be back!

Our experience was great.

The house was very clean, well maintained, spacious and very comfortable. It has a large and wonderful deck. The beach is within a five minute walk. All three generations of our family enjoyed our stay and we look forward to doing so again.

My wife and I live outside of Boston and our family loves spending time in Harwich on Cape Cod. Our work schedules don't allow us to use the property nearly as much as we would like, so we are pleased to open this great property for rental use by responsible parties.

This home originally belonged to my grandparents since new in the 1960's, and has remained in the extended family since then. Recently updated, this is a perfect house for multiple families or multi-generational vacations, with 2 master bedrooms, each with private bath, 3 additional bedrooms and 2 additional baths.

Walking distance to Red River Beach. Short drive or bike ride to shopping and restaurants. Wait till you try the griddle!
