Disappointing

I loved the idea of big enough space to host 6-7 adults and it does. Owner was good about communication and the place was affordable. Pool table is an excellent amenity! You get what you pay for? Maybe— it is a humble house with much potential but I don’t think the hosts have paid attention to detail of hosting. I struggled writing this but I hope it may help the next guests. It was dirty and disappointing. Dirty— anything above 5’4” was filthy — top of shower, top of range, top Of fridge. Then the windows were dirty, blinds weren’t clean and broken. The refrigerator had dirty shelves and used butter. The sponges on sink had been well used. The bathroom counter was dirty when we arrived. The grout in kitchen and bathroom tile had never been scrubbed. Unkempt— the lawn hadn’t been mowed in a good while. The cabinetry has seen cleaner days. There was no outside seating available for the beautiful weather. The shampoo, soap etc in the shower felt like they were left behind? The whole place could use a Coat of paint. Frankly, I was embarrassed to have hosted my family.

Great for families

The host was wonderful with communication. The house was very clean and stocked with all the necessities for our weeklong stay. Loved the pool table as it got my kids off their screens and playing with the family for a change. Perfectly cozy in a quiet neighborhood. I would stay there again. Thank you!

Great Respite

Great place with all the beds and amenities we needed. Stayed with friends for a week for a grad school function. Be aware the master bathroom is attached to one of the bedrooms and just has a curtain for a door. It worked for us, still. We read in the reviews there are many rules that the host has. There are a number of signs that ask for no food in rooms, shoes off, and a list on the fridge, but everything is quite reasonable. Would stay here again.

Average Stay

Lots of restrictions, there are signs throughout the house stating what you can’t do. Great communication with owner. Neighborhood isn’t the best.

Ontario 2022

The house was selected for its location to our extended families in Lake Elsinore to the south, and LA area to the west. The house is about 5 miles from the Ontario Airport, making it super convenient. The vistas of the snow capped mountains are spectacular. The owner will be making a vacuum available to future tenents to use.

The property is very well kept and matches the online pictures. Quiet neighborhood.

Stay at this home was one of the highlights of the trip. The owners were very attentive to our needs and the house was stocked with everything needed for the comforts of family living. The pool table is also a nice touch for family activity! I encourage anyone looking for a family getaway to stay here.

Cozy, cute and convenient

Rented this cute house for five nights while in the area for a baseball tournament. Beautiful neighborhood and close to everything! Spacious floor plan for a small home. Kids enjoyed the pool table and the washer and dryer were a plus! Master bed and pillows were comfortable and we loved our stay. Owners were Incredibly friendly and communicative.

Very nice place!

Large, family sized property in a quiet neighborhood that is close to all the local places to be. The owner is extremely attentive and willing to accommodate requests if they can.
