Looking for a place to stay in the LA metro area or a temporary home in Inland Empire? Look no further! This spacious house has everything you need, including 5 bedrooms with ample space for everyone. It features one bedroom with a bathroom on the first floor, and four bedrooms with 2 bathrooms on the second floor. Enjoy the backyard with a grill and a two-car garage.

The space
When you first get in to the house, you will first entering into a huge living room perfect for the whole family to hang out and enjoy TV 65''. To the back of the living room is a beautiful kitchen. To the right of the kitchen is dining room with dinning table for 6. Outside the backyard has a grill.

- Bedroom No#1: First bedroom with a queen bed and attached bathroom
- Bedroom No#2: King size bed master - on 2nd floor with the attached bathroom
- Bedroom No#3: queen size bed - on 2nd floor
- Bedroom No#4: queen size bed - on 2nd floor
- Bedroom No#5: queen size bed - on 2nd floor

Really it should be 4.5 stars. The house was comfortable, the ac worked very good and the beds were comfortable. The couple of issues we had Ella was on top of and had amazing communication with us when I contacted her regarding them. The neighborhood was quiet. Over all we were very satisfied and highly recommend

Yes, it was welcoming to pets, but our pet ended up staying with family. The house was beautiful and we very much enjoyed our stay. We would for sure rent it again and we will tell our friends about it.

Excellent communication with the host. House was as advertised. The actual location of the home was somewhat different than the area we were searching but everything worked out ok.Family-friendly neighborhood that is very close to grocery stores, restaurants, basically all types of shopping. Convenient travel to I15.The house itself is well-maintained, secure and spacious. Minor issue with the hot water in the kitchen but it was resolved quickly. We would stay here again!

Great townhouse

The townhouse was very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is safe and quiet and very close to amenities like Sprouts and several eateries to include a Starbucks. My only complaint would be how loud the dryer is. Possible that it needs a new belt or some maintenance. The drum would make an awful scraping noise as it rotated to dry the clothes which was super inconvenient when people are trying to sleep.

The house size is excellent for family and friends but the size of the furniture was very small and was not very clean. Me and my friends and family are 50 and over. The beds were comfortable but the are very low to the floor. There were no paper towels no cleaning supplies. I believe in cleaning up behind myself. The kitchen had no potholders, trash bags. The house is excellent in size just lack the amenities they were are use to. The host is very good at communicating and pleasant to work with. I would rent again with the things being corrected that i mentioned. We had a good time and the house served its purpose.

The description and size of the house is accurate, however the homes cleanliness and kitchen furniture inside the house was in poor condition. We don't report things to the host unless they are something that we must have corrected in order to stay at a rental, but they should look at hiring a better cleaning and maintenance provider.
