Vacaciones ideales con o sin niños. Esta casa está situada en unos jardines tropicales con una gran piscina comunitaria dentro de una urbanización segura y cerrada. La casa está amueblada con un estándar muy alto, con 3 dormitorios y dos baños más un aseo / baño en la planta baja. El dormitorio en suite tiene una cama king size muy cómoda, y el baño ahora se ha convertido en una HABITACIÓN MOJADA muy moderna con una lujosa y espaciosa ducha. El segundo baño tiene bañera, ducha y bidet.
Hay un patio privado en la parte trasera con vistas a las canchas de tenis. Se proporcionan camas y cojines para hamacas. Cada habitación tiene un balcón exterior y también persianas de la ventana. Hay una cocina totalmente equipada con una lavadora nueva, nevera, horno, vitrocerámica, horno microondas, hervidor, tostadora y 2 máquinas de café y todas las ollas y utensilios necesarios para autoservicio. (Plancha y tabla de planchar también se suministran). El amplio y amplio piso de mármol cuenta con sofás grandes y muy cómodos, un gran televisor HD de pantalla plana y un reproductor de DVD, equipados con muchos DVD para ver. También hay una barra de sonido estéreo, así que usted puede reproducir toda su propia música desde el teléfono móvil a través de Bluetooth. Todas las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado y calefacción para el invierno.
INTERNET de fibra óptica se ha instalado en la casa para que pueda usar Internet o consultar sus correos electrónicos en su teléfono móvil, computadora portátil o tableta. Hay muchos excelentes restaurantes de la zona. Además, el famoso puerto, Puerto Banus, lleno de yates de lujo y tiendas de diseño, está a sólo quince minutos de distancia. La casa está también a poca distancia de varios campos de golf. El campo de golf de Los Flamingos está DENTRO DE LA CASA (3 campos de golf juntos). Entonces, si lo desea, puede hacer que este sea un TENIS Y VACACIONES DE GOLF. O simplemente puede nadar y relajarse en la piscina o en la playa.
TENIS Y APTITUD: La cancha de tenis, frente a la parte posterior de la casa, es un club privado y puede consultar sus detalles y precios en http: // www. belairtennis com / es / Además del tenis, operan clases de fitness y padel. También ofrecen capacitación y también organizan partidos, campamentos de verano para niños y barbacoas.
También hay un gimnasio a poca distancia.

Thank you, Stuart, for your very nice and honest review. Yes, March is too chilly to use the swimming pool. It's much warmer from May onwards. There are restaurants above the shops nearby which one can walk to, but a car ride is better.

We'll be back
First trip to Spain and we loved every minute. Estapona is beautiful and Stan's townhouse at Bel Air was perfect for us. It was classy, well maintained, private, and walking distance to everything we needed. I will be recommending this place to my friends and family.

Excellent
The house had everything we required and was very good value for money. The directions from Malaga Airport were spot on. We didn't realise that the swimming pool was so close to the property and spent a few days looking around the whole development for it. It is literally 10 paces from the front door, is a good size and, while we were there, was completely unused by anyone else. It should be born in mind that a car is really a must for most people. Highly recommended for anyone who doesn't mind not being in the middle of tourist resorts.

A few issues in terms of overall cleanliness and air con timer not in property description.
Similar to other reviews; the house needs a deep clean and the 2 hour timer on the air conditioning is not ideal, and this setup should be made more clear in the property description. The kettle was not clean and the towels had seen better days, to the point where we went and bought new for our stay. We had to stay for an extra night due to our flight being cancelled and was quite surprised to be charged even though we had to leave at 3am.

Thank you for the review, Andrew. I am sorry that you were disappointed with the state of cleaning. I did inform you before and during your stay that you should phone my agent at any time if anything is unsatisfactory. The house was cleaned before arrival, but a cleaner could have been sent round again for your complete satisfaction.
There are plenty of towels, some unused, in the drawer. Again contact with my agent would have been the solution.
I have asked my agent to descale the kettle or buy a new one for the house.
I also informed you that you are welcome to use the Air conditioning all day if you are in the house, but not to leave it on when you go out; otherwise the electricity costs are prohibitive.
I also informed you that you will be able to reclaim the cost of the additional night from the airline, in addition to about 300 or 400 euros compensation.

Clean but very tired accommodation and absolutely not as advertised
The positives:
- The place was very clean
- Jim who was super helpful and supportive
- New bathroom
The negatives:
- No door handle on main door, just a piece of string
- broken and old dining chairs
- parts of fridge were held together with sticky tape
- 3rd bedroom - wasn't really a bedroom. Could only squeeze between bed and cupboard. Door needed to be opened with a key when closed. Torn bedsheets
- Sliding doors to terrace did not slide or close properly
- Very cold during night with heating switching off every 2 hours
- Furniture, most of the furniture was very old and dated. With drawers not closing properly
Conclusion:
We had to find another property for our holidays. This would absolutely not have worked for 4 adults. So all in all for us very disappointing and ended up being very expensive with having to find a new rental

Thank you for the review, Ursula. I am pleased that you found the house very clean, but I am sorry that you were disappointed with other parts. The front door is opened easily from the inside, but a previous guest put a string there to help a child. I am having this removed as a result of your comment!
There was no broken dining chair - 2 caps had been lost from a leg. Nevertheless these will be replaced! The door container in the fridge was cracked by a previous guest. I shall try to replace this or buy a new fridge.
The third bedroom is more suitable for a child; the photo is on the website and it is only a single room. The sliding patio door has now been oiled, and slides easily.
I appreciate your feedback is this helps me to improve for future guests.
I would urge everyone to view the many 4 and 5 star reviews received in the past.

The good the bad and the ugly
We felt property was tired and by no means luxurious as described but acknowledge this can be a subjective opinion.
The ensuite, mattresses, TV and internet were excellent. There was however no English TV, but the smart TV compensated somewhat. It should be noted there is no dishwasher.
When we arrived the aged microwave was visibly broken but this was dealt with immediately by the property manager. The AC controllers were also aged and were almost impossible to read. The AC was on a 2 hour timer requiring continuous resetting in the cold weather. The crockery and utensils were old and uncoordinated . We felt the whole town house needed a deep clean especially the sofas which appeared quite grubby.
During our stay, heavy rain occurred which caused the roof to leak, knocking out the electricity which caused us to vacate the property at short notice. The property manager and owner acted immediately to relocate us and we thank them immensely for this.
If attention was given to the matters raised above we feel this could be a pleasant property to stay in.

Thank you for your review. I have had guests staying for several years now and have received mostly 5 star reviews. It was very unfortunate that this was the first time that I had a leak from the very heavy rains, which we found was caused by a crack in the special waterproofing paint caused by the hot summer sun. Now resolved, and I am pleased my agent was able to rehome you same day, which I paid for.
All other matters you mentioned have now been addressed. New microwave oven and cutlery. Replaced batteries in AC remote controls. Sofas being steam cleaned. Many thanks for bringing these issues to my attention so that future guests can enjoy their stay.

Nice location great apartment
The apartment was clean, spacious and in a very quiet location. Walking to local shops, bars and local eateries was easy and convenient.
The pool and surrounding areas were great and we had a great time using the house as a base for our holiday.
Stan was great and the welcome pack and pre arrival details are second to none.
We had a great time and the addition of the broadband was very welcome. Fastest broadband I have known in Spain!!

Fantastic location & accommodation
We were firstly greeted by a friendly chap called Jim who was very efficient with his timings and very welcoming.
Jim showed to our accommodation and gave us the Welcome Pack which came in very useful!!
The surrounding area was very peaceful as was the pool area, there was lots of space for you to enjoy & it was kept extremely clean.
The house itself was very light & airy with lots of space to accommodate 5 adults. It had literally everything we needed from the kitchen, to the lounge & even the patio area!!
The main beach we used was San Pedro which was in our opinion beautiful & only 10 minute drive away. We also used Estepona beach which was a little further but well worth the drive as was the town in the evening with plenty of lovely restaurants to choose from!!
One find was a restaurant that was recommended in the Welcome Pack and was exactly as Stan said it would be, friendly, great food & a great price!!!
Also which is a must is Selwo Adventure Park, we spent most of the day there so make sure you wear comfy shoes but was worth every penny!!
All in all we had a fantastic time and would like to take this opportunity to say a huge thanks to Stan for allowing us to stay at his beautiful home & would definitely stay again!!!

Excellent communications from the owner and his agent before and during our stay. The agent (Jim) was very accommodating in respect of our arrival time and our early morning departure on our last day. In addition, Jim helped with our booking for the safari park even though it was a Sunday - most impressive.
The inclusion of the air conditioning throughout was excellent.
The kitchen was very good and with more than adequate crockery, cutlery, utensils etc for all 5 of us.
The lounge/dining room was very good size to accommodate all 5 of us including a 2 years old toddler. The only minor issue we found was that the loose covers to the sofas were a bit dusty and could have done with a dry clean.
The two bathrooms (especially the ensuite) were very good and with the toilet downstairs as well - more than adequate.
The main bedroom is excellent. The small bedroom with its single bed was fine for one but we needed a travel cot (which we brought in a suitcase) for the two year old.The third bedroom size was fine and Stan has taken on-board our comments regarding the bed.
The adjacent amenities (pool etc) are very good - there is no doubt that the location does require a car.
Overall, the property, the owner and agent are excellent and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property.

Peaceful location on the Costa del Sol
Well maintained townhouse in a lovely gated complex .A car is recommended to explore the nearby towns and resorts which are all easily accessible from here.
You can enjoy the sun in the patio area whilst looking at the gorgeous hills behind the house .There are loungers and a table and chairs for al fresco dining in the outdoor patio. The pool is absolutely gorgeous and the nearby communal area well looked after.
The ensuite bathroom has recently been upgraded and is very snazzy .
Quiet location which is well suited for relaxation and a good night's sleep.
The ac/heating was a bonus.
I hope to come back in the future .

Good value for money
House and facilities excellent. Well equipped kitchen with all necessary cooking and eating utensils. Very comfortable beds and plenty of good quality towels . Super onsuite wet room. Very spacious and comfortable lounge. Gardens and pool area very attractive and little used by the residents. However as with many urbanisations no sun loungers are available-perhaps some lightweight fold up chairs or loungers could be available in the house for use at the pool. To sum up this is a great place to stay with good supermarkets within easy reach. Mercadona good quality and lower prices than Carrefore but not such a wide range of products. In our opinion a car is essential.

Great accommodation -excellent base for exploring
We have stayed at this accommodation now on several occasions over the past few years and can happily recommend it. The house itself is clean and has recently been refurbished with a brand new ensuite bathroom in the Master Bedroom. The descriptions are accurate and the urbanisation is quiet and relaxed, with a lovely swimming pool. The house is ideally located (a car is to be recommended) for exploring wider afield along the coast and it is close to almost all amenities you could wish for - both for self-catering and for restaurants and nightlife. Marbella and Estepona are just minutes away by car, although we took the opportunity to drive a bit furthe and visit the wonderful towns of Seville and Granada during our stay. Always nice to know that we can come back to the house and relax at the end of a busy day. We have always found the management of the property to be troble-free - and would happily stay here again.

Spanish Holiday
My wife and I enjoyed our first holiday in Spain in 2014 when we stayed in this lovely town house in Bel Air.
W
we found the accommodation to be as advertised and was quite comfortable and well appointed. The location was quiet and we especially enjoyed the sunny terrace overlooking the hills behind Bel Air.
The location in Bel Air is central to visit many places on the coast such as Marbello, San
Pedro and Estepona. There were also many great markets in the area for picking up those special bargains.
We especially enjoyed a day trip to Gibraltar which is well within reach for a pleasant day out.
I would recommend this accommodation to anyone looking at planning a holiday in this lovely part of Spain.

I purchased the house in 1988 as a home because I was living and working in the area. I had to return to England in the recession of 1993 as no work was available in Spain. I kept the house as a holiday home and have undertaken several refurbishments all through the years to keep the property in a very modern state. I have just completed the refurbishment of the en-suite bathroom and downstairs toilet. I also installed air conditioning in all the rooms. I grew up, and still live, in London and I am an accountant.

After searching the whole area, I found this house was set in the most beautifully designed gardens and kept returning to view again, until I finally bought it. The house was purchased as a home and not just a property to let out. I like to keep the house well maintained and furnished for myself as well as for my guests. The new king-size, memory foam/pocket sprung bed is extremely comfortable. Friends have now purchased another property nearby as they also fell in love with the area.

The urbanisation is well laid out with beautiful tropical gardens. There is a spacious feel to it and the houses circle around the swimming pool and lawn area. You can sunbathe around the pool or on the back patio. Otherwise you may choose to go to the local beach. The large swimming pool is great for both adults and children. The through-lounge and stairs have polished marble floors. 2 new, extremely comfortable king size beds (combined pocket sprung and memory foam). Very large, comfortable sofas in the lounge. Golf clubs within walking distance. Tennis club opposite the house. Gym within walking distance. The house now has internet installed and is included free in the rental price. Amazon Prime and Netflix available.
