This is a middle floor two bed two bath condo in building 2. Free WI-FI. The living room offers a 47 inch TV, & DVD. The kitchen is fully equipped with many accessories and seating for 6 in the dining area. The master bedroom offers a queen size bed and 32 inch flat screen TV. The guest bedroom has two sets of bunk beds. The condo is a short walk to Sugar Slalom and Oma's Meadow in winter, and mountain biking in summer. Tennis court on site, also outfitted for pickleball. The new clubhouse is complete with an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, changing rooms and fitness room. The property also has gazebos and outdoor grilling areas. **No wood burning fire place**

Awesome ski trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Was awesome to have a nice warm condo to go back to right at the top of he mountain. Even though it was super cold we had a blast as a family and enjoyed staying somewhere with full kitchen and all the ammenities.Front desk staff so friendly and never had a bad stay here! We come back every year several times highly recommend!

family ski weekend

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Can't beat the location - excellent mountaintop access to ski right down and come back up for snacks etc. Unit and building definitely need some work and TLC. The unit had some nice work done with new tile and shower but shower curtain is covered in mold. Kitchen appliances barely work (stove, oven, toaster - dishwasher upper rack wants to fall off) - living room sofa has seen better days. Housekeeping did not bother to make the upper two bunks, only the bottom two so we had to make beds upon arrival. Had to request extra towels and blankets. Building smelled like cigarette smoke. ski racks that probably were once wall mounted were on the floor of the landing area by the stairs. We have stayed here for 3 years, all different units and buildings. This one was our favorite for access to the slopes just definitely in need of some major updates

Last minute vacation stop

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family had booked and traveled to Wintergreen. However, the day we arrived, Wintergreen decided to not open. We looked around and found Sugar Mountain 5 hours south. I called and spoke with Gina (who was WONDERFUL) who booked us immediately and we drove the 5 hours to Sugar Mountain. So thankful that a last minute trip was accommodated. The units are very, very dated, filthy dirty and yuck in the bathrooms, and the dryer caught fire and smoked up our clothes.

Excellent Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We went to Sugar Mtn for skiing. The location is hard to beat right next to two runs so you can ski down in the morning and catch the lift back to the condo. Property mgmt was friendly and helpful. We had family in other units and the layout of this one was great with the bunkbeds and extra bar area for seating. Only small criticism would be the couch and appliances are a bit outdated and worn. Would definitely stay at this location and this unit again.
