Villa espaciosa de lujo mística

Villa Mystic se encuentra en St. Jean Hillside. Una impresionante vista panorámica sobre la bahía de St. Jean con Eden Rock como pieza central. La playa Nikki está a poca distancia.

Hay una gran sala de estar y está decorada con una gran Boudha y pinturas abstractas. La sala de estar se abre hacia el comedor y hay una gran mesa de teca con capacidad para doce. Hay cinco habitaciones espaciosas, cada una con baño privado. El quinto dormitorio se encuentra en el nivel inferior y tiene privacidad. La piscina tiene azulejos azul oscuro y tumbonas de teca. Todas las habitaciones tienen impresionantes vistas. Hay una segunda sala de estar afuera en la terraza junto a la piscina infinita.

This was an absolutely amazing experience. Peggy and Milo went out of their way to ensure we had a first class experience. From assisting to our luggage, helping us with groceries, recommending our plans and just being overall gracious, we loved our experience. The villa is exceptional. The view was beyond exceptional. What a great way to start every morning. Each room was large, had a king bed and its own bathroom. It could not have been better for the 4 couples. We loved it so much, we spent a lot of time in the villa enjoying the view. We also hope to stay in touch with Peggy and Milo and visit again in the future.

It was our eigth family trip to St Barths. The island has grown! some good and some bad... too much traffic, but St. Barths is such a special place, wonderful people, excellent dinning... superb holiday! Our Villa hostess was wonderful, so helpful. Advised us on what restaurants had closed since our last visit and helping make reservations at special local spots. The villa was wonderful, very comfortable, the view unbelievable and the best location in St Barths. Thank you Peggy.

Mystique

Excellent stay at Mystique. Peggy and Philippe took great care of us during our stay, finding the right balance between being always available for us yet giving us enough room to breath. The house itself is great: big wide open space, you essentially live outdoors, but in great comfort. Eat at home, out, explore beaches, the central location is perfect. Swimming in the pool, or taking an "aperitif" and watching airplanes land and take off above the beautiful bay is priceless. Go to Mystique, you won't regret it! Great for couples and families.

The perfect villa for your vacation

First of all, I’d like to start by saying how fantastic the property manager, Peggy is. She went above and beyond to make sure we had the perfect stay and was able to assist us in any way we needed. The villa is in the best possible location. The most perfect view to wake up to in the morning and it’s also central to everything on the island. Each bedroom is equally fantastic with king sized beds and ocean views. The villa came fully equipped with everything we needed. Beautiful infinity pool which lights up at night. Possibly the best vacation we’ve ever taken. Thank you again Peggy for a magical stay!!!

5-Star Villa

We rented Villa Mystique to celebrate my 40th birthday with 8 friends and family. From the moment we requested the dates, Peggy made sure our experience exceeded all expectations. She communicated with us several times prior to our trip to ensure we prepared for the St. Barth. She coordinated a chauffer, communicated with our charter boat, helped us with food and drinks for the villa, and took care of pretty much any other detail that mattered. Villa Mystique is a one of a kind property with a priceless view, but Peggy created an experience we could not have made happen on our own. We highly recommend Villa Mystique for an incredible St. Barth experience!

Villa Mystique - ST Barts

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Mystique. The villa was charming and had a great layout for our party with 3 couples. It’s all outdoors in common areas with separate traditional bedrooms with nice beds. Location was great - walking distance (via a very steep hill) to St Jean beach/Eden Rock and shopping.l and great access to the rest of the island. The views were also exceptional. The property host, Peggy, truly went above and beyond to assist us. She greeted u us at the or port, got us and out bags to the place, went shopping for us, personally went out of here way to early I’m the morning to ensure different members of our group got the right covid test, provided tons of great recommendations, and got us back to the airport. She is a host that process personal concierge service. She was awesome! The Housekeeper was also great and came every day. We had a wonderful vacation there and in St Barths! We will be back.

Fabulous views/Excellent Location

The villa is perfectly located above St Jean with easy access to the beach and restaurants below. Villa Mystique was a perfect space for 5 couples with an outdoor living room and full sized pool. Each bedroom was spacious and had views of the water. Peggy and Jerome took great care of our group, making restaurant suggestions and tended to our every need. We will return to this villa!

I am surprised at your very low rate 🤩 on stars whilst commenting: "❤️very enjoyable❤️". I guess you did help us to "get everything right" for the season since we attended ALL of your requirements- merci. This is the Caribean, if doors are left open bugs can get in... No one after you complained on the "bugs" matter so it is sorted- we do treat regularly. In order to get this breath taking view, the road is steep and if my memory is correct you didn't have a 4 wheel drive. Going ups steep roads in St Barths can be tricky- steep roads are all over the island. You should work for "Le guide Michelin", you are severe on the note. Thank you very much however for taking the time to review. All the best to you and your family. 😘

Best View of St Jean!

The best part of the Villa was the owner, Peggy. She was at our service the entire stay. She helped arranged dinner reservations & our taxi. We loved taxi driver # 18 , Guillaume he was awesome too. He followed through every day to confirm our nightly needs. The Villa was laid out nicely providing separation between rooms. There was one upper deck room and two lower deck rooms that were removed from the three main rooms across from the pool providing a little more privacy. We were traveling for spring break there were 48 of us total that rented 7 different villas . We all agreed ours had the best view! The only complaint I would have is the towels. There were 9 of us that rented the villa and only 5 beach/pool towels were provided. Additionally we never got clean towels for the bathrooms. If we wanted towels washed it would cost 35 Euros per load. For the price of the villa clean towels should be provided daily. Other than the towel situation we loved our stay! Thank you Peggy you were the hostess of the mostest!

I wish you had pointed this out to me immediately as I am very reactive with something like this so simple 'to fix'. Fresh towels and beach towels are normally provided daily when the maid does her service (except for Sundays). This is part of our service and it is included in the rate of the villa, as well as clean bed sheets, cleaning of the kitchen, bedrooms and common areas of the villa. I hope you will return and rent both villas next time: Mystique and Sunrise. I will make sure you get extra towels for your stay. I send you a lot of sun and thank you again for your visit. 👓�🎶�💕�😘�

Awesome Villa - Amazing View - Gracious Hostess!!

Bonjour Wow! Where to begin regarding Villa Mystique, Peggy (the Owner) and St. Barth's. My party and I were greeted at the airport. The owner arranged for the collection of my luggage and had it sent UP (yes, up) the hill! This gave me the proper time to grab a car and get quickly acclimated to the local traffic. The owner drove my party up the breath taking hill to Villa Mystique where we were greeted by a breath taking view of Nikki Beach, and Nikki Cove. The Villa is complete with a infinity edge pool that looks as though it drifts into the ocean. This six bedroom Villa was exquisite, and well suited for our party of 9. We were never infringing upon each other, with plenty of space to relax and enjoy the beauty. The owner was gracious to take the time to point out the Do's and Don'ts of St. Barth's and was willing to do everything possible to ensure we had a fantastic time. The villa is plush with all amenities of your home in the states. We prepared breakfast and lunch at our leisure and dined out and enjoyed the local fare in the evening. This was my first time renting a Villa (outside of a hotel resort). I was skeptical of the quality. I was overwhelmingly pleased with the Villa, our stay and would book the same exact trip and villa next time I travel to St. Barth's. The Nightlife of St. Barth's was awesome. It was clean, Crisp and very European! we have teenagers in our party, and never once did we feel like safety was an issue!. There are several local grocery stores and the local are friendly and accommodating. This was a first class vacation and the Villa and the owner all but reinforced the outstanding accommodations that we enjoyed. Take my word, don't pass on this opportunity. You will regret it if you don't book Villa Mystique and Peggy! Au revoir! St. Bath's (and Peggy)

Excellent Stay

The manager Peggy is excellent and very attentive. Everything at the house was in good working order. The location and view is prime - very close to St Jean (walking distance if you don't mind a steep hill). Common and pool areas are very nice and spacious. The housekeeper was also very good and came daily. The one suggestion I would have it better pillows - those were very uncomfortable, But that's a minor point on an otherwise excellent stay!

Villa Mystique & Villa Sunset

Our St. Barths vacation could not have been any better thanks to Peggy and Jerome. We stayed at the Villa Mystique for 4 nights and at Villa Sunset for one night and they were equally as fabulous. The location of the two villas is perfect with a wonderful ocean front view and close proximity to shops, restaurants, night life, and beaches. The outdoor living and kitchen areas at both of the villas are wonderful for entertaining and relaxing and the swimming pools are fantastic. The most relaxed we have been in a long time! Peggy and Jerome were so hospitable and were able to provide us with just about anything that we wanted during our stay. Truly one of the best vacations we have ever taken!

Breathtaking Views

Our arrival in St Barths began with our meeting with Jerome at the airport. He promptly collected our luggage and led us to paradise. The view from the villa is surreal. We watched the planes throughout the day and the pictures from this elevation are pristine. A four wheel drive vehicle is a must, the location is just above Nikki Beach. The bedrooms were spacious ,clean and air conditioned. Babysitting and reservations were accomplished with the assistance of Peggy which made our stay effortless. This was a last minute trip but with the assistance of Jerome & Peggy our dinner reservations and babysitter were booked. Thank you Jerome & Peggy for the cherished memories !

Perfection for Villa Mystique

2 couples stayed 10 nights at Villa Mystique and we couldn't have been more pleased. As stated in other comments, Peggy and Jerome are excellent hosts, offering concierge-like services. The villa itself has an excellent location up the hill across from Nikki Beach, thereby allowing for vista like views of all St. Jean. The outdoor kitchen and living spaces are consistent with a Caribbean climate and casual lifestyle, and surprisingly we did not encounter many insects or bugs. We appreciated our hosts' receptiveness to our questions while still affording us privacy. Jerome's excursion to the caves off Shell Beach was a breathtaking experience that we'll all cherish. You won't be disappointed with this villa!

Wonderful Vacation!

We had a wonderful week at Mystique! The house was beautiful, view amazing and Peggy and Jerome fantastic!! The location is also great! Very central to everything. Peggy did an amazing job booking all our needs and Jerome was so much fun taking us on lots of fun excursions to the sea. Everything they recommended was fantastic!! We loved every minute of our week in paradise and meeting our new friends!

OUTSTANDING!

Villa Mystic is an outstanding property with an incredible view of St. Jean and Nikki Beach. Peggy the hostess was INCREDIBLE. She has just the right personality and made sure every single detail was taken care of perfectly. SHE made the entire experience wonderful. The villa is conveniently located not far from the airport so plane watching was quite fun. It was just a short walk down to the beach for exercise in the morning and very convenient to great French shops for coffee, espresso, and French pastries. Outstanding all the way around. Highly recommend.

Loved it!

We just returned from Villa Mystique and loved every minute of it. The location was perfect for us in St Jean, I walked the steep hill in the morning to go into town or to the beach, at the bottom of the hill is Eden Rock Hotel. We visited all of the beaches in St Barth and this was our favorite. The house was beautiful with the most amazing views, you can watch the planes take off and land which is entertaining. We were a group of 6 adults and we all enjoyed it. Peggy was fantastic, she greeted us at the airport and helped us with our luggage, she also came by to recommend restaurants for us and booked us on an excellent boat trip (Filante - highly recommend). All rooms were equally perfect so we didn't have to draw straws on the bedrooms. We would definitely recommend this villa.

Wonderful villa, excellent service, fantastic views

Our 3rd visit to St Barts. 5 couples for 2 weeks. The villa worked perfectly. Rooms are nearly equal, and all are very, very nice. Pool was excellent; in the sun all day so nice and warm. Common spaces are very good. Good WiFi, good stereo system, good TV (although we never watched it; the view was too good). Tastefully decorated but not "over the top". Good appliances and kitchen area plus a gas grill. The service by Peggy and her brother Philippe was extraordinary; we've rented in the past through one of the big agencies in St Barts and they don't hold a candle to Peggy and Philippe. If you want a free beach bag with a rental agency logo, then use one of the big agencies. If you want fantastic service, then go with Peggy & Philippe. The location is outstanding; walk to the beach at Baie St Jean, walk to the restaurants in this area. An easy drive to Gustavia and all of the other beaches; very quick to Anse de Saline (my favorite). Close to the largest grocery store and lots of outstanding boulangeries and patisseries nearby. Very centrally located. The view is the best we've had on the island. Stunning seascape!! I would highly recommend this property.

The Best Birthday Week A Girl Could Have Hoped For!!!!

My stay at Villa Mystique was Magical from start to finish. Besides myself, 4 additional family members came to celebrate my 50th Birthday. Peggy is a Gem. She arranged for every moment to transpire seamlessly. She arranged a wonderful pickup from the SXM airport and transport to the ferry dock and met us at the St Barts Dock herself. We arrived at the Villa to a wonderful Champagne toast and every moment after I couldn't stop singing "I'm so Happy." The Villa is beautifully appointed, every room offering a different flavor. I occupied the master and awakened every day to the most fabulous view of Eden Rock and St. Jean Beach, blue skies, blue ocean, complete with rainbows from the sporadic rainfalls over the sea. My son loved cooking in the open air kitchen while we all danced around to the wonderful sounds coming from the fabulous stereo system. The location overlooking St Jean was perfect with easy access to all parts of the island. Our group enjoyed fireworks at the Eden Roc that were for someones huge wedding celebration, and it felt like they were for me as we watched from our poolside seats. Peggy sat down with me on our first morning and helped me plan the entire week, making reservations and extending herself to us. She is the warmest, kindest, and most postive person and she was a joy to be around. She fulfilled our every need and request and then some. We had other guests come in for my birthday celebration and Peggy arranged chef services for the night. The group of three provided outstanding service, excellent food, champagne, desserts, and a glorious birthday cake, all of my personal choosing. Choosing the Villa Mystique for this celebration was the absolute BEST!!!! A beautiful location, warm, attentive, responsive owners, a lovely lady, Amelia, taking care of our daily cleaning service, Phillipe offering the best advice for our daily excursions, Peggy planning every moment perfectly..All I can say is WOW and I can't wait to reserve my next week at Villa Mystique. For the return home, Peggy arranged again excellent transport with our last stop for lunch in St Marteen prior to arriving at the airport, a chance for us to get one last moment of relaxation before heading home. I will take Peggy's advice and use the commuter air service rather than the ferry for my next trip. The ferry was a bit rough and if seas are high you could actually miss a day of your beautiful Villa Mystique experience and that would be a travesty!!!!

Our Annual Pilgrimage to Caribbean - February 2012

We came from St Louis Missouri, Mendham New Jersey and Minneapolis for our annual three couple get together in the Caribbean. Mystic was fantastic. the total outdoor living areas are like camping out but with luxurious surroundings. The view from the kitchen, dining room and sitting area is spectacular and must be one of the best on the island. Our host and house manager Peggy was simply fantastic from arranging for our favorite foods in the fridge when we arrived, to arranging for our airport transport, dinner reservations, you name it she was great. The villa was well kept and very nice. Daily maid service was excellent. If you are looking for a great villa, great price, great view and outstanding service.....stay at Mystic

Fantastic villa, location and service

We were five couples from NYC who all left our kids at home. This villa was perfect for us. The bedrooms were all nice and private. The common space was fantastic for hanging out and socializing. More than anything, the host/manager Peggy was so nice, attentive and helpful that I can't imagine going back to St Barth's without her guidance. Five Big Stars

Incredible 10 Days !!!

Just got back from spending 10 incredible days at Villa Mystic. Cannot begin to describe the picture postcard view of St. Jean and Eden Rock that I woke up to every morning! Incredible !! We had 4 couples and the villa offered each of us total privacy in a luxurious setting. The stereo rocks !!! We never left the villa the first two days !! The pool is fantastic and easily accomodated all of us .... Philippe checked on us everyday to make sure everything was perfect ... which it was .... Loved it so much have already booked another week in May !!!

2010 Thanksgiving Holiday in Paradise

Our holiday in Villa Mystic was wonderful. The Villa is located high above the beach in St. Jean. The views are truly amazing, really spectacular, so breathtaking and panoramic. The property description is accurate. Nice large bedrooms and baths.Good and spacious common areas. A well equiped kitchen.The furnishings are comfortable and interesting. The swimming pool is lovely. The property was clean and well maintained. Amelia, the housekeeper is very pleasant and prompt. Starting with the booking process, dealing with Peggy and Phillipe Karsenti was a pleasure. They both were so helpful in answering all our questions and concerns. Marvelous people! The island of St. Barth is very special, the beaches are perfect! St. Barth is loaded with marvelous resturants. All the ingredients for a perfect vacation.

It is the most beautiful cartier of St. Barths.
