Perfecto Wailea Ekahi condominio, renovado con gusto! Planta unidad central piso, # 13B. Pisos de madera de bambú recientemente instalados en la sala de estar. Nuevo aire acondicionado en la sala de estar y dormitorio. Internet inalámbrico en la unidad si sólo tiene que mantenerse en contacto! (¿Qué tipo de vacaciones es eso?) Ipod jugador, así que traiga su música favorita. Capacidad para 4 personas cómodamente (5 con cama de golpe en marcha de un niño). 2 baños completos. Centrar menor unidad en la construcción de 13, así que no hay escaleras para hacer frente, y una corta, nivel de a pie de la playa de estacionamiento. Lanai grande (con 2 tumbonas, un sofá de dos plazas, una nueva parrilla de gas, mesa y 4 sillas) que se abre directamente sobre un césped. Piscina para adultos tranquilo y aislado cerca, con la piscina Ekahi familia, pabellón rentable y Keawakapu playa a sólo unos pasos más allá.

Ekahi es probablemente el mejor desarrollo de Wailea condominio - bien situado, muy bien cuidado, con una excelente gestión en el lugar, y la seguridad de usar (pero muy alerta). Está a menos de 18 millas o 30 minutos del aeropuerto de Kahului (OGG), que tiene muchos vuelos directos desde los EE.UU. y Canadá. I loved the location and it was beautifully decorated with everything you could possibly need

As stated previously the place was absolutely beautiful with a well stocked kitchen and chairs and umbrellas for the beach . The garden and patio area were beautiful as well with a stunning view of the ocean. Many dinners were prepared on the grill and enjoyed, as well as breakfast! Simply lovely. Can’t wait to go back!

Maui Experience

The accommodations and location were just perfect for our Maui adventure. The setting was indeed a true paradise with an abundance of beautiful palms and flowers not to mention views of the pacific ocean and island of Kahoolawe. the entire condominium complex is well maintained.

Perfect getaway in paradise!

We LOVED our stay in this condo! The location was perfect - we could walk to all the resorts and shops/restaurants (or drive), several beaches to snorkel in walking distance including the one in front of the property! The pools were gorgeous and super wet maintained, as was the rest of the property. The condo was very clean, perfect location to just walk right off the patio while still being very private. The bed was SO comfortable. We wouldn't hesitate to return!

Great Accommodations

Excellent location close to ocean, pools and Wailea resorts and shops. Very spacious for two people. Lovely outdoor sitting area with a nice partial view of the ocean. Very comfortable living and sleeping spaces. Two bathrooms was nice. Very clean and modern. Owner was very responsive to questions. We would rent from this owner again without hesitation.

Just Perfect

My wife was opposed to renting a condo, that is, until she arrived at the Parry's unit. Now I don't think she'll ever go back to a hotel! What they failed to tell you about the recent updating is that they put in nothing but FIRST CLASS everything, from the sheets to the appliances. Everything you need to make your vacation memorable is there for your use. And the owners are very accommodating to your every need, from an early check in to a late check out. We can honestly give this property the highest of recommendations.

Best lanai at Ekahi!

This property is close to ideal...it has the best lanai at Ekahi with a phenomenal view of the ocean and beautiful trees and flowers. It has very comfy loungers, side tables for drinks, a great BBQ, shade when you need it, and even a fan to keep you cool while you're sitting at the table eating dinner and watching the sunset. David and Lauren are great hosts (we've stayed with them twice now), and Lauren does a wonderful job decorating. The new mattress on the sofa bed is great, as are the aesthetic upgrades (though you'll be on the lanai when not sleeping as it's so great). Super location in Wailea -- short walk to beach and pool. Very upscale. Keawakapu is one of our top three beaches on Maui (great for long walks and bobbing in waves in the morning and boarding in the afternoon, plus easy access to the Wailea boardwalk)...and we're not alone: there are $25 million properties backing on to it. We'll be back!

Exceeded our expectations

Ekahi has an excellent location in Wailea on one of the best beaches on Maui. Our stay in 13B really did exceed our expectations. Based on the photos the unit looked very nice. It was even better in person and the views were incredible and panoramic. We enjoyed spending lots of time hanging out on the large lanai enjoying the sweeping ocean view. The condo itself is one of the most well maintained condos we have ever seen. Housekeeping is exceptional. The renovation seems very fresh with a very elegant tropical feel. There is a small pool within a few steps of the lanai of 13B. There is a larger pool right down next to the beach. Getting to the beach from building 13 is a very short walk through the beautifully landscaped property. Everything you possibly need for the beach is provided - umbrella, chairs, towels, cooler, beach bag, etc. David is one of the most responsive owners we have rented from in our experience with properties listed on the VRBO web site. Explains why the availability calendar is showing lots of bookings. I think this unit is going to be seeing many repeat guests!

Perfect condo

We absolutely loved this property. The photos do not do it justice—the view is spectacular, and the condo is comfortable and tastefully furnished. Kitchen is well stocked and the bedroom is comfortable. The location cannot be beat. We would love to come back!

Perfect Vacation

Beautiful home with everything we needed. Loved sitting on the private patio in the mornings for breakfast, and the evenings for sunset admiring the the amazing view of the ocean! Condo was stalked with all the necessities and was sparkling clean. Easy walk to the beach and main pool. Would love to stay again!

The suite was exactly as advertised. Love the location! We love this complex and have stayed at other suites as well. the suite amenities (dishes, towels, beach chairs, blender, coffee pot) were exactly what we needed.

Amazing property

The minute we walked into this property we knew we had made a great choice (actually I get the credit for the decision - my wife was wowed). The lanai is wonderful - which we where we spent the majority of our time. The pictures are accurate, the kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked (from every utensil imaginable to high quality towels). We were on Maui in late July - so the AC was a real plus. The bed was extremely comfortable - our 13 year old daughter slept on the pull out sofa bed in the living room - which also was very comfortable. The condo is beautifully decorated. No complaints - only positives. Highly recommended.

Absolutely Perfect for Our Family!

We stayed in 13B for a week in late August. It was perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults, 1 toddler and a teen). Beautifully appointed (even better than the photos), air-conditioned, big lanai, QUIET and ocean views. Comfortable and simply lovely. The 2 full bathrooms and washer/dryer was must for us. Grill works great and the kitchen is fully equipped. The condo has beach chairs, a cooler and even beach towels. The sheets and bath towels are luxury hotel quality. I spent HOURS reading reviews before settling on this unit- so glad I did! The Ekahi Village property is beautifully maintained and you can't beat the pool and beach location- we spent most of our time between the pool and the beach (turtles, fish, small waves) and only ventured out a bit because we were so happy with the location. I've stayed on the island numerous times in both condos and luxury hotels- this is now our go-to spot. One thing to note- the higher the building number, the further from the beach- this condo is a short walk to the pool/beach. It is uphill on the way back (short), but unless you have physical issues, its not a problem. David was wonderful- so easy to work with, we will be back!

This lovely condo has a beautiful location and all the amenities needed for a perfect stay.

Beautiful views of the ocean can be seen from the spacious lanai. The Keawakapu Beach is a short walk from the property. We enjoyed morning walks along the beach trail. The Shops at Wailea are also a short distance from the property. Our stay was very comfortable and we will definitely stay here on our future trips to Maui.

Lauren and I live in San Francisco and I work full time there in residential real estate.
We bought this unit from delightful, long-term, original resident owners.
Lauren personally supervised a major remodel of it, adding exquisite furnishings and air conditioning! She updates it every 6 months, recently installing bamboo hardwood floors in the living area and new cabinet facings in the kitchen and bathrooms.

I was delighted when I found out that Ekahi had been designed by the highly-respected San Francisco architectural firm of Esherick, Homsey, Dodge and Davis. As an architectural researcher, I wrote an article several years ago on their founder Joe Esherick. I'll e-mail that article to you upon request.

Ekahi attracts many full-time residents as well as vacationers. It is a mature, peaceful, well-managed condominium complex in Wailea, with beautifully-maintained grounds. Facing west, you'll enjoy fabulous sunsets at all times of the year! Staying in our unit at Ekahi, you'll understand why the locals say 'Maui No Ka Oi' ('Maui is the Best').

13B is a quiet center lower unit, so it has no stairs, the largest private lanai in Ekahi, and every room enjoys the ocean view! It is just steps to the nearest, quiet pool and 300 yards or a 3 minute walk to lovely Keawakapu beach and the beachfront walking/jogging trail that leads to the Shops at Wailea and the major hotels. You'll just love it! Take advantage of the slower summer months to kick back and enjoy a long vacation here!
