El trabajo se puede realizar de lunes a viernes de 8:00 a.m. a 5:00 p.m., existe la posibilidad de que se realicen algunos trabajos los sábados. La parte más ruidosa de la construcción serán las primeras 5 a 6 semanas durante la fase de demolición.

The resort amenities having direct access to a beautiful beach exceeded our expectations. The unit was lacking small conveniences that could’ve made the stay great, such as closet wire shelves in the bathroom area allowing for women to hang long dresses, large hooks on the wall to hang a hat or bag, a full length mirror, night light, a sitting bench with storage and use put blankets inside XL zip bag in bedroom, soft towels, one or two battery candles for lanai, beach storage box was filthy, beach chairs couldn’t be carried bc the handles were broken.

Ekahi Village is great!

Our 3rd time staying on the property and it's always clean and short walk to beach side pool and access to a great beach for walks and swimming. Great location and condo itself was well stocked except for lowball cocktail glasses so we took care of that and got the house a 4 pack for the next guests. We'll be back for sure.

Everything was fine. The unit is close to the road so late night road noise was heard. Carpet in the bedroom was not one for bare feet.

Wonderful property!

Located in a peaceful neighborhood with so many amenities, this condo was the perfect choice for our Winter escape to Maui! We enjoyed the pools and the short walk to the beautiful beach. The condo has everything you need to enjoy your stay!

Beautiful condo

We had a great stay at this condo. It was perfect for me and my two teenage daughters. It was well equipped with all the things we needed for the beach. Would highly recommend this condo.

Lovely Maui

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in Maui Ekahi 25C in early December 2023. The unit itself is nicely decorated and the furniture is in good, newish shape. Unfortunately we didn’t find that it was very clean upon arrival and is definitely in need of a good deep clean. There was liquid spilled down the wall and onto the floor. Food spilled on the outside of cabinets, the bath mat was filthy. When I went to wash it the machine smelled quite badly of mold. There were many many cobwebs on the ceiling in the bathroom with tiny spiders. We did some cleaning and settled in. The unit has beach chairs, umbrellas and a cooler for use which is nice. The complex, which we have stayed at many times, has a great lower pool but really does need more loungers with shade for the amount of people using them.

No view from the patio for those looking for that, was near road but didn’t bother us at all as well the plants provide privacy. The Murphy bed in living room was great for our children to sleep comfortably. There are beach chairs, umbrella and toys included. Would suggest an upgrade to bedroom pillows and linens to make more comfortable. Recommend and would stay again.

The refrigerator in the unit was not the one normally in the unit, and it was very small. All of the kitchen cabinet drawers and doors were loose or falling off. The unit was full of laminated notes of what "not" to do; very annoying.

Liked the layout of the unit, with two nice lanais (one off the livingroom, and one off the bedroom). The pavillion at the pool with BBQs and kitchen was very nice, and we enjoyed using it on a couple of occasions. The beach area in front of the complex was also very enjoyable. However, there were a few things we considered to be problems. First off, there was a small refrigerator in the unit as it was very apparent that they had taken the regular fridge out of the unit . Not a whole lot of room in the fridge for a place that recommends keeping all your food in the fridge due to bugs. Most of the cabinet doors and draw faces in the kitchen were loose and popping off when we opened them. The keurig didn't work, the washing machine always smelled (even when left open as asked to), and the complex map is deceptive as to how close to the beach the unit is. Lastly, the owner had lamenated cards tacked up all over the unit, informing us what NOT to do in the unit. I have never stayed anywhere that had such a long "do not" list. We were traveling with our best friends and their unit didn't have any "do not" notes or any problems with appliances and such.

The location is close to street so street noise but easy to find. The beach associated us great.. family friendly. The Pavillion is great.. we spent a day there. Eould have been great if home had provided info about beach walk. We didn't find out until last day. Restuarant available at the next resort over if you don't want to drive. Th comminication is very corporate. You are renting from large corp. No options or suggestion yo help poor tourist. Uou can rent directly from complex them you get a person. The complex is a lot of rentals so quite dead.

Excellent Summer Stay

My family and I had a great stay in this unit. It had everything we needed in a vacation rental (well-equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and a/c). All the ameneties listed were enough for the 4 nights we stayed. The location was perfect for attending a wedding in the Wailea/Kihei area. We enjoyed the pools, beach pavilion and easy access to the beach. We would definitely stay again!

Great wedding stay spot!

We stayed with family and friends in other units of Waimea Ekahi for a wedding during the week. Truly great stay with great beach and grill/pool area. First time in Hawaii and I hope to come back again!

First time Maui

Property had a great location. Some previous reviews stated that it was close to the road. You can hear the road but if you are eager to get up early and seize the days on your vacation it is manageable. Well stocked kitchen and outdoor supplies. Great deck to get some much needed shade on hot days. Longer walk to beach than some units and same complex but not an issue for us. Had a great time and enjoyed the Hawaii themed decor.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Well-appointed condo in a complex we have stayed in quite a few times already. Close to one of the quiet pools, bbq and tennis court. Well stocked with everything we needed for a week in Maui (cups, plates, cooking utensils, beach chairs & umbrella, towels etc). The lanais do face Okolani drive, so can be a bit louder with traffic noise, but this didn't bother us. We will stay here again!
