Amazing stay

We loved our visit to Naragansett. Kim was an amazing host, gave great reco’s and thought of every last detail to make her guests comfortable. Pool was lovely, beds were comfortable and we had more than enough space for everyone. Would definitely recommend Kim’s house to anyone visiting the area.

Every aspect of our reservation was great. The check in was super easy, communication was great, and the house had everything we could need to enjoy our time there. Doesn’t hurt to be so close to a great ice cream shop either.

The house was spotless and exactly as described. The pool was a highlight and matched the listing perfectly. The landlord was very welcoming, informative, and even surprised us with a dozen donuts upon arrival. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely rent here again!

Our stay was awesome , the area was as nice as the listing said it was. The property owner was very good with information to help us along on our stay. The house was perfect size and the pool was worth it for afternoons after the beach. I would recommend staying at this rental

Very relaxing. Deck and pool were wonderful. Such comfortable furniture on the deck! The house owner provided so many niceties that we didn’t need to think about or bring. She let us know about food and shopping in the area too.

Lovely Stay and Lots of Space

It was great! In the area for a hockey game. Quick drive to URI, minutes to Narragansett. The house is just as described and in such a lovely neighborhood. Lots of space and Kimberly has it so well stocked! The entire process was seamless and Kimberly is the perfect host!! Should our travels bring us to this area again, we will be back!!

Great family getaway

Kim thought of everything! Even little things like make-up wipes and shower caps were found. We were welcomed with the most amazing doughnuts I have ever eaten and the house was cool on an even the hottest day! The only thing I should warn you is that due to how busy the house is that the check out time is 10am sharp which can be a challenge with a group of people sharing 2 showers!

Wonderful summer getaway

We had a wonderful long weekend here. Our group of four adults and four children ages 4-8 really enjoyed relaxing poolside, grilling, and playing in the backyard. Kim was a conscientious host and a great communicator. The house was very clean with comfortable linens, and the kitchen was well-stocked. We enjoyed this quiet neighborhood and appreciated being able to get our groceries delivered. We would be happy to stay here again!

We were in for my son's graduation. The property manager went out of her way to communicate with me, even went as far as to help me find a caterer and bakery! This house was fantastic and a great location to the college!

Peaceful, Easy Feeling.

The property\residence was well kept and well maintained. The surrounding neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Our hostess, Kim, was in constant communication with us and she made us feel at ease during our stay. My daughter and son-in-law share my comments. My grandbaby Makena says thanks for the travel crib and the stair gate. Overall, an above average experience.

"bestest" house and host

We had an abdolutely wonderful time at this beach house! we've stayed at many lovely homes dealung with great host managers, but Kim is absolutely the best re accommodations, genuine caring , and so many extras with stocked cupboards, clean AND SOFT TOWELS AND ESP COMFORTABLE BEDS. House is very homey- house is gorgeous! we did NOT want to leave - my hubby, our dog and ME! Maureen S

A gem!

We had an amazing stay at Kim’s house! Every little detail was though through. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. The kitchen was great and had everything needed for cooking. The beach is close and great but may be too cold for swimming. But how lucky we were to have the pool where the kids spent hours enjoying themselves! Kim was also an amazing host, answering questions and going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We will be back!

My home has a great salt pool to relax and cool off, central air, tv’s in all the rooms and a chefs kitchen with everything you need and more. We supply all white sheets, towels, duvets, to keep it all clean and sanitized. Spices, oils, vinegars and paper goods to get you going are supplied. We are in a quiet, no party neighborhood so that you and the neighbors can relax and enjoy. And we happily accept your furry family members. 🐶
