¡Escápese a esta cabaña de playa para relajarse y divertirse bajo el sol! This spot was perfect. The home is spacious and accommodated our group perfectly. Walking/Biking distance to the beach, playground and the Mist. The market and farmers stand are close as well for any last minute items you may need. Would 100% stay here again.

Beach Vacation

We had a great stay at this rental! It was comfortable, clean and well-stocked. We stayed with another couple and their two boys (6 and 7). We loved the beach pass that was included and took multiple trips to the beach during the week. The house is also close to plenty of restaurants and other activities!

Fabulous stay with four adult children and more friends and family. Short walk to the best town beach in the universe with 8:15 am yoga! House was perfect - clean, comfortable and well appointed.

Beach haven

This home is so close to the beach that you will be going many times a day. The house is large with plenty of room to spread out and the kitchen is well stocked. The individual splits made our stay enjoyable as the three bedrooms could be individually controlled, which was a big bonus. It was nice that sheets and pillows were included as we traveled across the country and didn’t need to worry about renting them. The bathroom showers were tall enough for my 6’8 son in law. The large couches in the living room provided a place to sit and relax at the end of the day. The outdoor grill and patio furniture were a bonus. We didn’t use the pool table as we were so busy doing other things. The Seaview Market is walkable and we didn’t have to go far for what we needed. My family had a wonderful stay! We would definitely recommend your wonderful beach haven! Thank you for hosting!Patti Hanschen

Overrated Property

The property description is incorrect. The exterior shrubs and trees need attention. It looks nothing like the picture on VRBO. The interior is aged, however clean except for the basement pool table area. The furniture there is old and dusty and the pool table is not usable. The balls do not return to be cued up. The master suite area on the second floor, where the king bed is located, has steps leading up to the bed. With the dark hardwood floor, it is very challenging at night if you need to use the facilities. In addition, there are also steps leading up to the bathroom. Bring a flashlight! The main egress entrance (side entrance) into the house has a step down onto a 2’ step. This should a minimum of 3’ in depth from the opening to meet code. The same width as the the 3’ door.In addition, for anyone that likes to relax and keep up to date on the news or real time TV be prepared to bring or sign up for APPs. The TVsare ROKU, not cable or satellite.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. The house was very clean. The kitchen had everything needed, there were plenty of towels for bathing and the beach, and the beds were very comfortable. Overall excellent and comfortable stay. Thank you!

Quaint Matunuck stay - great for multiple families

Visiting family who live in RI and needed a place to stay, and this fit our needs in every way. Quiet neighborhood. Great location near S Kingston Beach. Spacious rooms and living areas. Although we didn’t use the kitchen to cook, it was very well stocked. Tons of towels and amenities. Quick and easy communication with the property owner. Definitely going to book again for future trips to RI

Spacious and Fresh

We rented this home for a week vacation with my husband and three young children. The weather wasn't great while we were there, so rather than spending all our time on the beach as we had intended, we spent a lot of time at the house. My husband worked from home in the primary bedroom and the house and property was spacious enough that I could entertain all three kids while he worked without any issues. The property is beautiful - we had family over for dinner and stayed outside on the patio and porch all evening. Most of the house had been renovated within the past decade (my guess) with the exception of the kitchen cabinets and counter, and everything felt clean and easy!

Relax - it’s all been taken care of

Delightful home base for a week at the beach. Within walking distance to South County town beach and a short drive to many others. The home has everything you could need, including an outdoor shower and a porch for morning coffee, which made the entire experience enjoyable.

Beautiful home in a fantastic location

This home is the perfect VRBO rental. The home is beautiful, the neighborhood is quiet and the location less than a mile from Matunuck beach is perfect! we thoroughly enjoyed the ocean breeze while sitting on the front porch. This one is a keeper!

Location of the house was very nice, close to the beach, small grocery store and in a quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and well stocked. Two of the ladies were disappointed that the bikes that they thought would be there were not.

Clean and Near

We were there for our grandson's graduation from Brown. It was about 40 minutes away, but we were out of the crowds of Providence. Very convenient to the beach, restaurants, and outdoor activities.

Great Location

We just returned home from our daughter's graduation weekend. It was an easy drive to campus for the graduation ceremony. The house had a great layout and was impeccably clean inside and out! Beds and pillows were comfortable. Nice outdoor space. Easy walk to the beach, ice cream, pizza, a small grocery store and a few other things in that area. We would love to come back for a longer stay in the summer!

Loved location

House was great , good size . Problem with upstairs bathroom sink draining very slowly. Reached out to manager and heard absolutely nothing back. Communication very poor . Other than that, enjoyed our stay, kitchen well equipped and 2 out of the 3 beds we’re comfortable

Another fabulous stay!

This was our second year spending a week in this wonderful home! It is such a great size, so well stocked, and well located. We were a group of four adults and two toddlers and there was plenty of room for everyone to hang out together, but also have space. The yard was great for the kids and it's an easy walk to the beach. We hope to be back for a third year!
