Hermosa propiedad recientemente renovada de 6 dormitorios (para 14 personas) con vista al mar en una tranquila calle Narragansett. Desayune en una cocina abierta con una vista maravillosa del océano y luego camine una corta milla por la calle hasta Scarborough Beach y disfrute del sol y el surf. Para la cena, puede dar un paseo de 5 minutos al restaurante Spain o 1/2 milla por la calle se encuentra Iggy's Doughboys and Chowder House y el restaurante Aunt Carrie's.

Everything you need included. Short distance (walk or drive) to local beaches, Aunt Carrie's for ice cream nearby. Wonderful place to stay.

Great place to stay in Point Judith

Plenty of room, nice amenities, instant hot water, awesome a/c in hot humid week at the beach. All family members enjoyed their stay. Unusual to find a house this size at this price.

Another wonderful stay

This is our second year at the Pocono Rd property and it is everything we could ever need. It’s a great single-floor home for our multi-generational family with a view of the ocean and all needed amenities. We hope to come back every year.

Fantastic spot!

We spent two weeks at the property and it was excellent. Gregg was incredibly responsive to all of our requests, questions, and overall feedback. We would highly recommend this spot for families or vacationers who are looking for a quiet spot that is accessible to multiple beaches. The house was immaculate!

We loved our stay here despite the not so perfect weather. Everything was comfortable and easy to access. We struggled with the microwave that locked the food in and the oven that had no display so we guessed at what we were plugging into the temp settings but might have been user error! We cooked for 12 and the kitchen otherwise had all we needed! Perfect location close to the beach and great restaurants nearby.

Great home for family vacation

We had a great stay! Plenty of room for all 10 adults ranging in age from 26-90. One floor living was ideal for the older crowd. We had plenty of space, beaches in both directions are about a 2-3 minute drive, the house supplies plenty of beach chairs, umbrella, beach buggy, and boogy boards. The view of the ocean from the front patio was great! We had a few minor issues and the owner was on top of it all immediately! Owner was easy to work with. Would stay here again for sure!

Enjoyed Every Minute

Beautiful location, quiet with water view. Wonderful to listen to waves hitting rocky beach while watching boats going by. Lots of bathroom towels provided, well-provided kitchen items. Good place for multi-generations. The 1000 piece puzzle was difficult, could not quite get it all done!

Great location and views!

We were very pleased with this property. So much space! The view was awesome. Sadly it was so cold and windy, but we managed to enjoy the outdoor space and the beach in our sweatshirts lol It’s June, we knew it was a risk. The house had everything we needed. We stayed on the street right near there last year, so we knew and loved the area. Thanks Gregg for making everything so easy!

Enough space and a great view!

We have been renting in Narragansett for years and moved to this property to avoid stairs for elderly family members. This home has plenty of beds and bathrooms for six adults and two teenagers. The living/kitchen area and patio were spacious. We found the property well-appointed with everything we needed for a week-long stay. You really can’t beat the beautiful view and sea breeze! Gregg is a great host and stayed in communication. We would love to come back!

Great week!

Nice property for our large group with 6 bedrooms/3 bathrooms and a large open kitchen-living room. Plenty of glassware and silverware but wished there were more pots and pans, trivets and pot holders. Not a big issue, for sure, but when you cook for 12 people every day, it is certainly helpful. It is conveniently located to the beaches. We enjoyed the outside table and seating area. Also, lots of room to park our cars. We would definitely stay here again on our next vacation to Scarborough Beach.

Great house lots of space, great location

Big house, lots of room. Awesome location, easy walk to Iggy's! Close to the beach. Ocean view from house and a quick walk across the street to little rocky beach area. Very little carpeting so sound travels easily through house. Patio area and table with umbrella were wonderful. Kitchen table can fit 6 comfortably. No outside shower but there was a hose so that worked great to wash off sand. Great vacation

GREAT house!

We had such a nice vacation. The house was quite spacious with more than enough bedrooms for us, and the layout was great too. We've stayed at rental homes for 20 years, and this was the first place where there were actually enough dishes for more than one meal. And we've been to places where the listing says that there is a/c, but sweated the entire time-------not the case here. We were able to keep it at a comfortable temp the entire time. The outside patio was quite nice as well. The one thing that would have made it perfect was if it had been closer to beach------but it wasn't a huge deal, and we'll definitely look to stay here again.

family vacation

We had a great week! The whole process couldn't have been easier. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Great that beach chairs were there and we didn't have to travel with them. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful house

This was a beautiful home and the 10 of us that stayed here had a wonderful vacation. From age 85 to age 18 all of our family members (grandmother, siblings, aunts, uncles and cousins) all had such a great time enjoying our trip. We walked to the beach, sat on the outdoor patio listening to the waves, laughed and were able to enjoy family time in this spacious home.

Location is wonderful, with a beautiful view of the water. Access to a rocky small beach. House is single level (helpful with broken foot and elderly in-laws), well-stocked complete kitchen, and lines provided! Definitely enjoyed the house and will rent again!

Family beach vacation

Our family and friends loved this property for its close location to the beach and absolutely stunning ocean views right from the patio and dining room. Easy to walk or bike to the beach about a quarter of a mile away. The house has everthing you need for a family vacation down to the hair dryers and a TV in each bedroom... Just in case. Clean linens and plenty of bath towels were provided; the rooms are spacious and clean and the place as a whole was spotless. Gregg was easy to reach with questions. Overall, wonderful property for a worry-free relaxing getaway for a large group. Thank you!

Beach Getaway

My family has rented homes in Narragansett for many years and this rental was one of the most enjoyable stays we have had. The property has everything you could ask for in a beach getaway. The home has an amazing water view with a direct path down to a small rocky beach area, where we spent time fishing and relaxing - it was like a private oasis! We enjoyed morning coffee and afternoon cocktails on the adirondack chairs out front, soaking up the sun and enjoying the ocean view. The location is perfect for walking or biking to local restaurants, beaches,or quiet neighborhoods and the beach is just a mile away. The house was spotless and recently renovated so everything is new. Bedrooms and bathrooms are large and comfortable. The living area is open and spacious and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Greg is a great host who made sure our stay was enjoyable. We are looking forward to renting here again next Summer!
